 Project Information:

 Project Name: CONSTRUCTION OF 2W & 4W CBU WAREOUSE

 Project Sponsor: PAK SUZUKI MOTOR CO. LTD.
 End User: SALES DEPARTMENT.
 Project Purpose: STORAGE OF 1000 2W & 600 4W CBU VEHICLES
INSIDE COMPANY PREMISES.

 Business Case:
Currently there is no storage capacity of 2W & 4W CBU vehicles in company permises. To
store the CBU units company pay heavy amount of money (Rs. 4.66 million / month) to
its dealers to maintain demand & supply of products.

Therefore, storage building is required to store CBU 2W/4W vehicles inside the company
permises.

 Project Objectives:
The objective of this is to save heavy amount of money Rs. 56 million / annum which
company has to pay to its dealers for storage of CBU vehicles to maintain demand &
supply of Bikes & Cars for Pak Suzuki costumers.

 Project Scope:

Contruction of a Columnless high weather proof Building (96m x 46m) for storage of
1000 2W & 600 4W CBU vehicles alongwith loading & unloading Deck Ramp with all
standard Safty meaures.

 Project Deliverables:
 Office for CBU vehicles storage Record keeping & Dispatch controlling.
 Deck & Ramp for Loading & Unloading of CBU vehicles.
 Security Office for safety & security of stored vehicles.
 Firefighting system.
 CBU storage building (96m x 46m) with storage capacity of 1000 2W & 600 4W CBU
vehicles.

 Project Estimated Required Budget:


Rs. 148.00 Million will be required for construction of CBU Storage
Building.

 Project Completion Schedule:


Complete Building completion & handover to end user (Sales Deptt.) by
25th Feb 2020.

 Project Risks:

 Project Constraints:
 Construction work can not be done from 15th June to 20th June 2019.
 On 10th August 2019 only 05 workers will be available on Site.
 As per contract agreement working hours on Site will be reistricted from
07:30 to 15:00.

 Project Assumptions:
 There is Chance of Heat Stroke in month of June & July because of
forthcoming extreme Summer season which may effect the working
effeciency of working labours.

 There is a chance of heavy rainfall in August which can intrupt the


construction work at Site.

 The Building Material imported from Australia will be available in month


of June 2019, so building erection can be start 01 week earlier.

 Project Acceptance Criteria:


High weather proof columnless building with an area of 4416m 2 to
accomodate 1000 2W & 600 4W CBU vehicles, alongwith loading &
unloading Deck & Ramp of 1000mm height.
