INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE:

Today's industry environment demands a robust Quality management System. Competence of Lead auditors
ensures the system is implemented across the Organization. The Accredited Lead auditor Course for ISO 9001
2008 has been specially designed by international experienced specialists.

The training faculty (lead Tutor) has conducted several lead auditor, internal auditor, awareness and
implementation courses across the globe with a very good response from participants.

The faculty also has several years of working / auditing experience in various industries (hardware, software,
processed materials and services and automotive). The course is being conducted in collaboration with
Training Solution International, UK and Intertek

The course duration is of five days and the topics to be covered are

§Quality concepts and quality management system principles.

§ISO 9001:2008 requirements and their interpretation in brief.
§Auditing process including the role and responsibility of auditors and Lead auditors & Techniques.
§Case studies workshop.
§Examination.

The participants could be management representatives of organization, document controllers, any person
associated with the implementation of ISO systems in their company.

organizations planning to go for ISO 9001
certification, students on quality management,
people who want to take auditing as their
profession, prospective consultants, employees/
owners/employers from organizations wishing
to excel in their industry sectors. It is
recommended that the participants attending
this course shall read the ISO 9001:2008
standards and the pre-course material.

Rs.17,000.00 (Rupees seventeen thousand only) plus service tax of 10.3% per person drawn in favor of Tata
