Hukm:
Upar jin sharton ka zikr hua hai, in mein se agar koi ek shart bhi bila-uzr sahi
na payi jaye, qasdan ho ya bhool kar to namaz hogi hi nahin.
1) Taharat:
Y’ani namazi ke badan ka hads e akbar (jis se ghusl wajib hota hai) hads e
asgar (jis se wazu tut’ta hai) aur najasat e haqeeqiya qadr e maane’ (yani
itni najasat jis se namaz durust na ho) se pak hona, yunhi kapde aur
namaz padhne ki jagah ka najasat e haqeeqiya qadre maane’ se pak hona
namaz ki pehli shart hai.
2) Satr e aurat:
Y’ani namazi ke badan ke wo tamam hisse jinka chhupana farz hai, unko
namaz ki haalat mein chhupa hua rakhna namaz ki dusri shart hai.Mard
ke liye satr e aurat naaf ke niche se lekar ghutnon ke niche tak hai, aur
aurat ke liye uska saara badan, siwaye munh ki tikli, hath ki hatheliyon
aur paun ke talwon ke.
3) Istaqbal e Qibla:
Y’ani namaz ki haalat mein K’abah ki taraf munh karna, namaz ki teesri
shart hai.
4) Waqt:
Y’ani Islam ne namazon ke liye jo awqaat muqarar kiye hain unka shuru’ ho
jana, namaz ki chauthi shart hai, agar waqt se pehle namaz padhi to na
hogi.

Y’ani Takbir e Tahreema se pehle jis namaz ke padhne ka irada hai uska dil
mein pukhta irada karna, namaz ki panchwein shart hai. Niyyat dar asl dil
ke irade ka naam hai, magar zaban se niyyat ke alfaaz keh lena mustahab
hai.
6) Takbir e Tahreema:
Yani niyyat ke b’ad namaz shuru’ karne ke irade se wo alfaaz kehna jo
khaas ALLAH Ta’ala ki ta’zeem par dalalat karte hain, jaise ALLAHU Akbar,
ALLAHU Ajal, ALLAHU A’zam, ALLAHU Kabeer, La ilaha illal laah,
TabarakAllah, Sub’han ALLAH, ya Alhamdulillah wagairha, in alfaaz ke keh
lene se namaz shuru ho jayegi magar lafz ALLAHU Akbar kehna wajib hai,
isko dusre alfaaz se badalna makrooh e tahreemi hai, takbir e tahreema
namaz ki chhati shart hai.

Hukm: Upar zikr kiye gaye farzon mein se koi bhi bila uzr e sahi qasdan ho
ya bhool kar agar chhut jaye to namaz faasid ho jayegi, bahr soorat namaz
lautani padegi, sajda e sahw se kaam nahin chalega.

Yani khada hona, qayaam ki kam se kam had ye hai k hath ko agar
niche ki taraf badhaye to ghutnon tak na pahunche, aur pura qayaam ye
hai ki seedha khada ho, ba-sharte ki koi uzr na ho, farz, witr, sunnat e
fajr, juma’ aur eidain ki namazon mein qayaam farz hai, nafl namazein
baith kar padhi ja sakti hai.
3. Qira’at:
Yani farz ki 2 rak’aton mein, witr, sunnat aur nafl ki sab rak’aton mein,
imam aur munfarid ( tanha namaz padhne wale) par mutlaqan qira’at
farz hai, ya’ni Qur’an mein se kam az kam ek chhoti ayat ki miqdar
padhna.
Mas’ala:
Imam ke pichhe padhne walon ko kisi bhi namaz mein qira’at jaiz nahin,
na surah Fatiha na aur koi surah.
4. Ruku’:
Y’ani ruku’ ke liye itna jhukna ki hath badhaye to ghutnon tak pahunch
jaye, ye ruku’ ki kam se kam had hai aur pura ruku’ ye hai ki peeth
seedhi bichha de.
5. Sajda:
Y’ani peshani ka zameen par tik jana sajde ki haqeeqat hai, aur paun ki
ek ungli ka pet zameen par lagna sajde ke liye shart hai, lihaza haalat e
sajda mein donon paun zameen se uthe rahe to namaz na hui, sirf ungli
ki nok zameen par lagana kaafi nahin hai, har rak’at ke donon sajde farz
hain.
6. Qa’dah e akhirah:
Y’ani namaz ki sab rak’atien puri karne ke b’ad itni der baithna ki puri
“attahiyyaatu....’abduhu wa Rasooluhu” tak paadhi ja sake.
7. Khuruj e Bi-sun’ihi:
Y’ani qa’dah e akhirah ke b’ad salam wagaira koi aisa f’el karna jo namaz
ke manafi ho, ki agar us kaam ko namaz ke andar kiya jata to namaz tut
jati, magar khayal rahe salam ke alawa namaz ke manafi koi f’el bil-

qasad paya gaya to farz ada ho gaya magar namaz wajib-ul-i’ada hogi,
kyunki lafz “as-salam” kehna wajib hai.
Mandarja e zel baatein namaz ke liye wajib aur zaroori hain, agar in
mein se koi wajib bhool kar chhut gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai, aur
agar jaan-bujh kar chhoda to sajda e sahw se kaam nahin chalega,
namaz dobara padhni padegi.
5) Witr, sunnat aur nafl ki har ra’kat mein “Alhamdu… ” ke sath surah
milana
10) Qauma y’ani ruku’ se seedha khada hona, aur kam se kam ek bar
Sub’han ALLAH kehne ki miqdaar theharna
14) Ek sajde ke b’ad foran dusra sajda karna ki donon ke darmiyaan koi
rukn faasil na ho

15) Sajda karte waqt donon paun ki 3 -3 ungliyon ka pet zameen par
lagana
16) T’adeel e arkaan y’ani har rukn ko itminaan se ada karna y’ani
ruku’, sajda, qauma aur jalse mein ek bar Sub’han ALLAH kehne ki
miqdaar theharna.
19) Qa’dah e ula aur qa’dah e akhirah mein puri “Attahiyyat” padhna.
20) Farz, witr, aur sunnat e mokadah ke qa’dah e ula mein “Attahiyyat”
ke b’ad kuchh na padhna, na khamosh baithe sochte rehna
21) 4 ra’kat ki namaz mein teesri ra’kat par qa’dah na karna aur
chauthi ke liye foran khade ho jana
23) Sirri namazon mein imam aur munfarid (tanha namaz padhne wala)
ko aahista qira’at karna
24) Witr mein dua e qunoot ke liye takbir ALLAHU Akbar kehna
27) Eidain ki namaz mein dusri ra’kat ke ruku’ mein jane ke liye
“ALLAHU Akbar” kehna
29) Sajda e sahw wajib hone ki soorat mein sajda e sahw karna
30) Har farz aur har wajib ko apni jagah ada karna y’ani tarteeb ke
khilaaf na karna
32) Jehri aur sirri namazon mein imam ke pichhe ba-waqt e qira’at

34) Donon salam mein lafz “As-salam” kehna, alaykum wajib nahin.
Mandarja e zel baatein namaz mein sunnat hain, inka ada karna ba’is e sawab
chhodna bura aur mehroomi hai , sunnaton ko hargiz chhodna nahin chahiye
qasdan chhodne se sawab mein kami aur namaz naaqis ho jati hai, magar
sajda e sahw wajib nahin hota aur sunnat chhodne ki aadat bana lena sakht
bura aur ‘ataab aur ‘azaab ka sabab hai.
5) Haathon ki ungliyon ko apne haal par rehne dena na khoob kushada karna
na aapas mein mili hui rakhna
10) Ek rukn se dusre rukn ki taraf muntaqil hote huye rukn ko ALLAH ki
“Alif” se shuru karna aur AKBAR ki “ra” par khatm karna
12) Takbir E Tahreema ke b’ad haath ko na latkana foran baandh lena – mard
naaf ke niche aur aurat seene par

paun par wazan dena
16) Imam aur munfarid (tanha namaz padhne wala) ko sana’, Auzubillah, aur
Bismillah padhna aur aahista padhna aur muqtadi ko sirf sana’ padhna
17) Pehle Sana’ phir Auzubillah iske b’ad Bismillah padhna aur inke
darmiyaan waqfa na karna
18) Eidain ki Takbir E Tahreema ke b’ad Imam aur muqtadi ko sana’ padhna
aur takbiraat e waajiba ke b’ad y’ani pehli rak’at ki chauthi takbir ke b’ad sirf

35) “SamiALLAH” ki “Seen” se sar uthana shuru’ karna aur “liman hamidah” ki
“ha” par seedha khada hona
36) Ruku’ se khade hokar haathon ko na baandhna balki latka hua chhod
dena
37) Sajde mein jate huye aur sajde se sar uthate huye “ALLAHU AKBAR”
kehna
38) Ruku’ se seedha khada ho kar sajde mein jate waqt pehle donon ghutne
zameen par rakhna phir donon haath phir naak phir peshani jabki koi uzr na

45) Sajde mein mard ka apni kalaiyaan aur kohniyaan zameen par na
bichhana balki hatheliyaan zameen par rakh kar kohniyaan upar ko uthaye

46) Aurat ka sajde mein kalaiyaan aur kohniyaan zameen se lagaye rakhna
48) Aurat donon paun daahini (seedhi) taraf nikaal de, aur baayein (ulte) surin
ko zameen par rakh kar baithe, donon q’adon mein isi tarah baithe
49) Donon sajdon ke b’ad khade hote waqt donon panjon ke bal ghutnon par
haath rakh kar khada hona
50) Q’adah e ula ke b’ad teesri rak’at ke liye uthte waqt zameen par haath ko
tek kar na uthna, balki ghutnon par rakh kar uthna
51) Mard o aurat ka donon q’adon mein isi tarah baithna jis tarah 2 sajdon ke
darmiyaan baithe the
52) Q’adah mein daayaaN haath daahini raan par aur baayaaN hath baayein
raan par is tarah rakhna ki ungliyon ke sire ghutnon ke paas Qibla-ru rahein,
aur ungliyon ko apni haalat par rehne dena, na khuli rahein na mili hon
53) Sunnat e ghair mokadah aur nafl namazon ke q’ada e ula mein attahiyyaat
ke b’ad durood sharif aur dua e maasoora padhna
57) Salam 2 bar kehna, pehle daayein taraf phir baayein taraf

59) Salam pherne mein chehra itna pherna ki pichhe se ek taraf ka rukhsaar
dikh sake
Mas’ala: Zuhr aur Maghrib aur Isha ke b’ad chunki sunnatein padhni hain
isliye mukhtasar dua maang kar sunnatein padhein. Taweel dua na maange ki
sunnaton mein taakhir makruh hai, isi liye bade bade wazeefon ki bhi ijazat
nahin, albatta Fajr aur Asr ke b’ad ikhtiyaar hai jis qadar zikr, wird aur dua
karna chahe kar sakta hai magar muqtadi jab Imam ke sath dua mein shaamil
hon ki lambi dua se ukta jayein to Imam taweel dua na kare.
Mustahab wo hai jis ki adayegi par ajr o sawab milega aur chhodne par kisi
qism ka azaab o ‘ataab na hoga phir bhi jahan tak ho sake isko ada karne ki
koshish karni chahiye taaki namaz ke husn o sawab mein izafa ho.
2. Mard ka hath agar chadar wagaira kapde mein chhupa hua ho to takbir e
tahreema ke waqt hath ko bahar nikaalna. Aurat ko apna hath chhupaye
rakhna
3. Baghair musalla aur chatayi wagaira bichhaye huye khuli zameen par
namaz padhna (jabki jagah saaf suthri ho)
5. Surah Fatiha ke b’ad jab koi surah shuru’ se padhe to pehle Bismillah
padhna

10. Pehle Salam mein dayein shaane ki taraf, aur dusre salam mein bayein
shaane ki taraf nazar rakhna
11. Jamahi aaye to munh ko band rakhne ki koshish karna aur agar na ruke
to hont ko daanton se daba dena. Agar phir bhi na ruke to qayaam ki haalat
mein daahine hath ki pusht se munh band kar lena. Qayaam ke alawa
bayein hath ki pusht se munh ko band karna
13. Jab mukabbir Hayya ‘alal falaah kahe tab hi imam aur muqtadi ka khade
hona
14. Aur jab Qadqaamatis-salaah kahe to namaz shuru’ karna magar behtar
hai ki iqamat puri hone par shuru’ kare
Jamahi rokne ka mujarrab amal ye hai ki dil mein khayal kare ki Ambiya e
Kiram ko jamahi nahin aati thi, ye khayal karte hi jamahi In sha ALLAH Ta’ala
ruk jayegi.
Sahw ka ma’ana hai bhoolna, namaz mein jo baatein wajib hain in mein se
agar koi wajib bhool kar chhut jaye to namaz mein kami zyadati ho jati hai,
maslan farz ki pehli 2 rak’aton mein, nafl, sunnat aur witr ki har rak’at mein
Alhamdu sharif ka ek bar padhna wajib hai. Agar bhool kar Alhamd chhut jaye
to namaz mein kami ho gayi aur 2 bar padh liya to zyadati ho gayi jis se namaz
mein nuqsaan aa gaya, is qism ke nuqsaan ko dur karne ke liye shariat ne
sajda e sahw (bhool ka sajda) karne ka hukm diya hai, sajda e sahw kar lene
se namaz puri ho jati hai lautane ki zarurat nahin hoti albatta sajda e sahw
wajib hone ki soorat mein agar na kiya gaya to namaz dobara padhni wajib hai
haan agar sajda e sahw karne ke liye mauqa aur mahal na raha to saaqit ho
jayega maslan fajr ki namaz mein sahw hua abhi pehla salam phera tha ki
sooraj nikal aaya to sajda e sahw saaqit ho gaya, yun hi juma’ aur eidain ki
namaz mein zyada hujum ki wajah se imam ne sahw ki soorat mein sajda e
sahw nahin kiya to bhi namaz ho jayegi lautane ki zarurat nahin.

Khayal rahe: Namaz mein agar koi farz jaise ruku’ o sujood chhut gaya bhool
kar ho ya qasdan (jaan-bujh kar) ya koi wajib qasdan chhod diya to phir sajda
e sahw se kaam nahin chalega, namaz lautani hi padegi.
1. Namaz ke wajibaat mein se koi wajib bhool kar chhut jaye maslan farz ki
pehli 2 rak’aton mein surah Fatiha bhool jaye ya surah milana bhool jaye
3. Ya kisi wajib ki adayegi mein ek rukn y’ani 3 bar Sub’han ALLAH kehne
ki miqdaar khada sochta raha ki kya padhun?
4. Ya kisi wajib ko dobara ada kare, maslan surah Fatiha ko farz ki pehli 2
rak’aton mein 2 – 2 bar padhe ya sirf pehli mein 2 bar padhe.
5. Ya kisi wajib ko badal de maslan imam jehri namaz mein aahista aur
sirri mein buland awaaz se qira’at kare
6. Ya namaz ke farzon mein se kisi farz ko uski jagah se hata kar b’ad mein
ada kare maslan pehle sajda b’ad mein ruku’ kare
7. Ya kisi farz ko mukarrar ada kare y’ani jis farz ko ek rak’at mein ek hi
bar ada karna hai us ko 2 bar ada kare jaise ruku’ 2 bar ada kare ya jis
farz ko 2 martaba ada karna hai us ko 2 se zyada bar ada kare maslan
ek rak’at mein 2 sajde ke bajaye 3 ya 4 sajde kare. In sab sooraton mein
sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Tareeqa no.1:
Sajda e sahw kisi kami ki wajah se wajib hua ho ya kisi zyadati ki wajah
se isko ada karne ke liye Hanafi maslak mein 3 tareeqe hain. Pehla
tareeqa ye ki aakhri qa’dah mein puri attahiyyaat padhne ke bad dahini
(seedhi ) taraf salam phere, iske ba’d 2 sajde kare aur donon sajdon mein
hasbe dastoor “Sub’hana Rabbiyal a’la” padhe, phir sajde se sar utha kar
qa’dah mein baithe aur dobara attahiyyaat, durood sharif aur dua e
maasura padh kar namaz se nikalne ke liye donon taraf salam phere.

Mas’ala:
Sajda e sahw ke waqt attahiyyaat ke b’ad agar salam nahin phera aur
sajda e sahw kar liya to bhi jaiz hai magar aisa karna makrooh e
tanzihi hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar bhool kar donon taraf salam pher diya aur fouran yaad aa gaya ki
sajda e sahw karna hai to usi waqt sajda e sahw kare phir attahiyyaat
wagirah padh kar salam phere, namaz ho gayi, ba-sharte ki koi aisi chiz
jo namaz ke manafi ho na payi gayi ho, magar qasdan donon taraf salam
pher diya aur yaad tha ki sajda e sahw karna hai to is soorat mein
namaz lautani padegi, sajda e sahw se kaam na chalega.
Mas’ala:
Agar munh saamne kiye huye salam ke alfaaz kahe chehra phera nahin
aur sajda e sahw kar liya to bhi namaz ho gayi lautane ki zarurat nahin.
Imam Fakhrul Islam Alaihir Rahma ne isi ko ikhtiyaar farmaya hai.

Namaz ki ibteda:
Qayaam: Y’ani khada hona, panj waqta farz, juma’, witr, aur eidain ki
namazon mein aur fajr ki sunnat mein qayaam farz hai (y’ani khade
hokar padhna) bila uzr e sahih ye namazein baith kar padhi gayi to
durust na hongi dobara khade hokar padhna farz hai.
Mas’ala: Agar asa ya khadim ya deewaar par tek laga kar khada ho
sakta hai to farz hai ki khada ho kar padhe baith kar padhna jaiz nahin
hai.
Mas’ala: Khade hone se thodi takleef hoti hai to uzr nahin hai balki
qayaam us waqt saaqit (ma’af) hoga aur namaz baith kar padhne ki ijazat
hogi jabki bilkul khada na ho sake, ya khada to ho sakta hai magar
khada hokar phir sajda nahin kar sakta, ya koi aisa zakhm hai ki khade
hone se ya sajda karne se bahne lagta hai ya peshab ke qatron ki
shikayat hai ki khade hone se qatra aata hai ya koi aisa marz hai jaise
saans phoolna,haanp aana ki iski wajah se bilkul qira’at karne se
majboor ho jata hai ya aisa marz hai ki khade hone se wo marz badh

jayega ya der mein achha hoga ya khade hone mein naqaabil e bardasht
takleef hogi to baith kar padh sakta hai. (ye hai uzr e sahih aur majboori)
Mas’ala: Agar utni taaqat hai ke khada hokar sirf takbir e tahreema
ALLAHU AKBAR keh sakta hai to farz hai ki khada ho kar takbir e
tahreema kahe phir baith kar namaz padhe.

Tanbeeh Mazeed:
Aaj kal ye bhi dekha ja raha hai ki log chalti hui train aur bus mein seat
par baithe baithe bila takalluf namaz padh lete hain halanki chalti hui
sawaari par baghair kisi shara’i majboori ke farz, wajibaat aur sunnat e
fajr padhni jaiz nahin hai.
Is liye ki jis chiz par ye namazein padhi jayein uska thahra rehna shart
hai. Zaahir hai ke chalti hui sawaariyaan thahri hui nahin to ek shart hi
mafqud ho gayi hasb e qaida mash’hura “iza faatash-shartu faatal
mashroot” namaz durust hi na hogi, dusri baat ye hai ke qayaam jo farz
hai isko bhi log chhod dete hain, teesri baat ye hai ki aksar Qibla se
inheraaf hota hai Qibla ki taraf munh karna ye shart bhi faut ho jati hai.
Nafl namaz chalti hui sawaari par padhne ki ijazat hai, wo bhi haalat e
safar mein, haan aisi sawaari ki zameen par uska thaharna mumkin
nahin jaise samundari jahaaz wagaira ki agar namaz na padhe to qaza
ho jayegi to jis tarah mumkin ho padh le.

Train aur bus wagaira sawaariyaan jab khadi hon to train mein agar
jagah ho ya phir station par utar kar farz aur wajib namazein padhein;
log is mas’ale se ghaafil hain.
Banda jab namaz ke tamam sharayet o aadaab ki ria’yat karte huye ALLAH
Rabbul Izzat Jalla Majduhu ki bargah e azmat o jalal mein sajda guzari ke liye
jazba e khulus ke sath hazir ho, to basad ijz o niyaz ba-adab is tarah khada ho
ki donon paun ke panjon ke darmiyan 4 angul ka faasla ho. A’la Hazrat Alaihir
Rahma Fatawa e Razaviyya mein farmate hain yahi adab yahi sunnat hai aur
yahi humare Imam e Azam Abu Haneefa Radi ALLAHU Ta’ala Anhu se manqul
hai. nazar sajdagaah par ho, sar na utha hua ho na hi bilkul jhuka hua ho,
aur munh qibla ki janib ho, purey adab aur waqaar ke sath khada ho. ALLAH
Ta’ala ka irshaad hai “Qumu lillahi qaaniteen” (ALLAH ke huzur adab ke sath
khade ho), ab is ke bad namaz ki niyyat kare.
Niyyat:
Niyyat namaz ke liye shart hai, bila niyat padhi to namaz na hogi, niyat asl
mein dil ke pukhte irade ka naam hai, lihaza jo namaz padhni ho, pehle iska
dil mein is tarah pukhta irada kare ki agar puchh liya jaye k kaun si namaz
padhna chahte ho, to fauran bila ta’mmul bata sake ki falaan waqt ki falaan
namaz padhne ka irada hai, agar haalat aisi nahin balki soch kar batana pade
to ye niyat kaafi nahin.

Farz namazon mein farz e waqt aur us khaas namaz ki niyat zaruri hai jo
padhna chahta hai. Maslan yun niyat kare ki maine aaj ke zuhar ya asr ke farz
ki niyat ki, aur agar kisi imam ki iqteda mein padh raha ho to muqtadi ko
imam ki iqteda ki niyat bhi zaruri hai. Ya’ni yun niyat kare ki maine niyat ki
falaan namaz ki is imam ke pichhe ya iqteda mein.

Nafl, Sunnat aur Taraweeh mein mutlaq namaz ki niyat kaafi hai, magar
behtar ye hai ki taraweeh mein taraweeh ki aur sunnaton mein sunnat ki niyat
kare.
Mas’ala:
Niyat mein rak’at ki ta’dad ka t’ayyun zaruri nahin, afzal hai maslan yun niyat
ki ke maine aaj ke zuhar ke farz ki niyat ki ya yun niyat ki ke maine aaj ke
zuhar ke 4 ra’kat farz ki niyat ki. Donon durust hain, magar ra’kat ki ta’dad ke
sath niyat karni afzal hai.
Mas’ala:
Niyat mein zabaan se alfaaz kehna zaruri nahin, agar keh liya to behtar hai,
Ulama e Kiraam ne is ko mustahab bataya hai, agar bila-niyat namaz shuru
kar di phir khayal aaya ki niyat nahin ki hai to dobara niyat karke phir takbir
e tahreema kahe warna namaz hi na hogi.

Jin namazon mein qayaam farz hai in namazon mein takbir e tahreema bhi
khade ho kar kehna farz hai, agar baith kar ALLAHU AKBAR kaha phir khada
ho gaya to iski namaz shuru hi nahin hui.

Nafl namaz mein qayaam farz nahin is liye is mein takbir e tahreema baith kar
kehna jaiz hai.

Aisa mareez jo puri namaz khade ho kar nahin padh sakta lekin takbir e
tahreema ke liye khada ho sakta hai, to uske liye zaruri hai ki takbir e
tahreema khade ho kar kahe, phir baith kar namaz puri kare baghair aisi
takleef ke jo na-qaabil e bardasht ho qayaam ka tark karna jaiz nahin, agar
qayaam tark kar diya to namaz hogi hi nahin.

Kabhi aisa hota hai ki koi namazi Masjid mein aaya aur us waqt imam ruku
mein chala gaya hai to muqtadi jaldbazi mein ALLAHU AKBAR kehte huye
ruku mein chala jata hai aur ALLAHU AKBAR ki awaaz ruku mein jakar khatm
hoti hai, is tarah imam ke sath namaz mein shirkat na hui kyunki tahreema se
faarigh hone tak qayaam farz hai ya’ni seedha khade hone ki haalat mein

ALLAHU AKBAR ki awaaz khatm honi chahiye, iske baad ruku mein jana
chahiye warna namaz hi na hogi.
Mas’ala:
Ba’az log takbir khwah tahreema ki ho ya ruku o sujood ki, is mein badi be-
ehtiyaati karte hain, “ALLAHU Akbar” kehne ki bajaye “AALLAHU Akbar” lafz
“ALLAH” par “khada zabar” ya “madd” karte hain ya “ALLAHU Akbaar”, “ba”
aur “ra” ke darmiyan “alif” badha dete hain aisa karna galat hai, is se namaz hi
na hogi agar takbir e tahreema is tarah kahi to sire se namaz shuru hi na hui
aur agar in alfaaz ke kharaab ma’ani samajh kar qasdan kaha to “KAFIR” ho
jayega.

Takbir e tahreema “ALLAHU Akbar” kehne se pehle, donon hathon ko utha kar
donon kaanon tak is tarah le jeyein ki donon anguthe donon kaanon ki lau se
chhu jayein aur ungliyon ko apni haalat par rehne dein, na inko milayein aur
na khoob khuli hui rakhein, aur donon hatheliyaan qible ki taraf hon, iske ba’d
niyat karke “ALLAHU Akbar” kehte huye hathon ko niche layein aur naaf ke
niche baandh lein, ye khayal rakhein ki jab “ALLAHU Akbar” ka pehla harf
“alif” zaban se nikalein to hathon ko niche lana shuru kar dein aur “Akbar” ki
“ra” par hathon ko bandh lein, aisa na ho ki kaanon tak hath uthaye huye
“ALLAHU Akbar” kahein phir baandhein. Na aisa ho ki hathon ko baandh kar
phir “ALLAHU Akbar” kehein, aisa karna sunnat ke khilaaf hai.
Tanbeeh:
Agar ek namaz mein chand wajib bhool kar chhut gaye to sab ke liye wahi 2
sajda e sahw ke kaafi hain, sab ke liye alag sajda karne ki zarurat nahin.

Jis tarah farz mein wajib chhut jaane se sajda e sahw wajib hai, isi tarah nafl
namaz mein bhi wajib tark ho jaane se sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Kisi ne namaz shuru ki aur shak hua ki takbir tahreema “ALLAHU Akbar”
kaha hai ya nahin phir yaad aaya ki keh liya hai aur sochne mein ek rukn 3
bar “Sub’han ALLAH” kehne ki miqdar takhir ho gayi to us par sajda e sahw
wajib hai warna nahin.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne takbir tahreema keh kar namaz shuru ki, aur qira’at bhi kar li phir
shak hua ki takbir e tahreema kahi hai ya nahin isliye dobara takbir kahi aur
qira’at ka i’ada kiya phir khayal aaya ki takbir e tahreema shuru mein keh li
thi, to is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Agar kisi ne takbir e tahreema keh kar naaf ke niche hath baandhne ke bajaye
chhod diya phir ba’d mein yaad aaya aur hath naaf ke niche baandh liya, to is
par sajda e sahw nahin.

Takbir e tahreema ke waqt rafa’ yadain (donon hathon ko kaanon tak uthana)
bhool gaya aur kaanon tak hath uthaye baghair baandh liya, to is par sajda e
sahw nahin.

Sana’ ta’uz aur tasmiya tarteeb se padhna sunnat hai ya’ni pehle “Sub’hanaka
Allahumma”, phir “Auzubillah”, iske ba’d “Bismillah” padhna chahiye, magar
kisi ne khilaf e tarteeb padha to sajda e sahw nahin magar qasdan aisa karna
bura hai.

Inaya, aur Mustasfa wagairha mein isi ki tasreeh farmayi aur mazhab e Imam
e Azam Abu Haneefa Radi ALLAHU Ta’ala Anhu mein sirf iske sunnat hone ki
nafi farmayi hai, aur isi par fatwa hai, aur jahan jahan Mutawween mein “ La
ya’ti wala yasma” farmaya gaya hai wahan murad sirf nafi istenan (sunnat ki
nafi) hai, bahar-haal us ki khoobi o husn par humare sab aimma ka ittefaq
hai.

Tanbeeh:
Namaz mein jo qira’at wajib hai iske 2 hisse hain, ek hissa puri surah fatiha
padhna, ya’ni “Alhamd” se “walad-daaleen” tak ek ek lafz ka padhna wajib hai,
dusra hissa surah ka padhna hai, ya’ni surah fatiha padhne ke ba’d surah
milana, ya’ni kisi surah mein se itna padhna ke 3 chhoti aayaton ke barabar
ho jaye. Fuqaha e Kiraam Ridwanullahi Ta’ala Alaihim Ajmaeen ne 3 chhoti
aayaton ki miqdar “summa nazara summa ‘abasa wa yasara summa adbara
wastakbara” se mut’ayyan farmayi hai.
In teenon aayaton mein kul 27 huruf hain, aur agar teenon “summa” ki
“meem” jo mushaddad hai isko 2 harf maanein to kul 30 huruf huye jaisa ki
Allama Shaami ne farmaya hai:
“Aye mislu summa nazar…. alkh. Wahiya salasuna harfan falao qara’a aayatan
taweelatan qadra salaseena harfan yakunu qad aati biqadri salasi aayaatin.”
Ya’ni “summa nazar” akhir tak ye kul 30 huruf hain, to agar kisi ne ek aayat
itni lambi jo 30 huruf ke barabar hai padh li to ye maan liya jayega ki us ne 3
aayaton ki miqdar padh liya.
Lihaza “Alhamd shareef” ke ba’d kisi surah mein se itna padh liya jo 27 ya 30
huruf par mushtamil hai to wajib ada ho gaya, iski namaz ada ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Surah fatiha ya zam e surah farz namazon ki pehli 2 rak’aton mein, yunhi nafl,
sunnat aur wajib namazon ki har rak’at mein wajib hai aur mutlaqan qira’at
farz hai. Imam aur tanha namaz padhne wale (munfarid) par qira’at karna

wajib aur farz hai. Imam ki iqteda mein namaz padhne walon par nahin hai
kyunki imam ki qira’at muqtadi ke liye kaafi hai.

Farz ki pehli 2 rak’aton mein, wajib, nafl, sunnat, aur taraweeh ki kisi rak’at
mein puri Alhamd Sharif * ya iski ek aayat ya ek lafz bhi padhne se reh gaya to
sajda e sahw wajib hai.
(*) Namaz mein surah fatiha wajib hai lekin Fuqaha e Kiram
Ridwanullahi Ta’ala Alaihim Ajmaeen ka is mein ikhtelaf hai ki aaya puri
surah fatiha padhne se wajib ada hoga ya aksar padh le to bhi ada ho
jayega. Aalamgiri J 1, pg. 65 par hai “ namazi ne surah fatiha ka aksar
hissa padh liya aur baqi bhool gaya to is par sajda e sahw nahin aur
agar aksar hissa reh gaya to sajda e sahw hai”, aur Durre Mukhtar
Sharah Tanweer ul Absaar bar Hashiya Shaami J 1, pg.26 par hai “surah
fatiha ka aksar hissa chhut jane par sajda e sahw hai kam par nahin”
lekin Kitab Mujtaba mein hai ki “surah fatiha ki ek aayat bhi chhut gayi
to sajda e sahw wajib hai aur yahi aula hai”, main kahunga ki is qaul ki
bina par surah fatiha ki har aayat padhna wajib hai aur Durre Mukhtar
ki mazkura ibarat par tabsara karte huye Allama Shaami Alaihir Rahma
farmate hain ki “ jo kuchh sahib e Mujtaba ne farmaya hai ki “har aayat
ka padhna wajib hai, is ka madaar Sayyiduna Imam e Azam Radi Allahu
Ta’ala Anhu ke qaul par hai, unke nazdeek namaz mein puri surah
fatiha ka padhna wajib hai aur sahib e Mujtaba ka ye farmana ki har
aayat ka padhna wajib hai mahaz tamseel ke taur par hai qaid ke liye
nahin, lihaza fatiha ki ek aayat ya kam agarche ek lafz ho, padhne se reh
gaya to wajib ada nahin hua, kyunki puri surah ka padhna wajib hai”.
Ma’lum hua ki fatiha ka ek lafz bhi chhut jaye to sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Isi ko Hazrat Sadrush Shari’ah Alaihir Rahma ne Bahaar e Shari’at mein
ikhteyaar farmaya hai. Farmate hain “Alhamd” ka ek lafz bhi reh gaya
to sajda e sahw wajib hai. (Durre Mukhtar) aur ehtiyaat bhi isi mein
hai.

aayat ki miqdar padh liya (*) ab yaad aaya to us ko chhod de aur Alhamd
padh kar surah milaye sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin namaz ho gayi.
(*) Hazrat e Imam Abu Lais Samarqandi Alaihir Rahma ke nazdeek aayat
ki qaid nahin, agar ek lafz bhi padh liya to sajda e sahw wajib.

Agar puri surah padh lene ke ba’d yaad aaya, ya ruku mein ya ruku se
sar uthane ke bad yaad aaya ki Alhamd padhna bhool gaya hai to
Alhamd padhe phir dobara ruku kare aur ba’d mein sajda e sahw kare.
Agar dobara ruku nahin kiya to namaz faasid ho jayegi namaz dobara
padhni zaruri hai.

Alhamd ke ba’d itni der tak sochta raha ki kya padhu jitni der mein 3
bar “Sub’han ALLAH” keh leta to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai warna
nahin.

Farz ki pehli 2 rak’aton mein Alhamd padhna bhool gaya, na ruku mein
na ruku se uthne ke ba’d, qauma mein yaad aaya balki sajda mein ya
sajda karne ke ba’d kisi waqt yaad aaya to ab sajda e sahw kare aur
pichhli rak’aton mein iski qaza nahin.

Alhamd padhne ke b’ad agar imam ne saans li aameen kahi aur surah
shuru karne se pehle Bismillah padha to itni der mein ek rukn 3 bar
“Sub’han ALLAH” keh lene ke barabar der ho jayegi, magar is mein harz
nahin balki ye sab baatien sunnat ke mutabiq hain. Isliye is se sajda e
sahw nahin, albatta inke alawa itni der tak khaamosh raha to sajda e
sahw wajib hai, agar sajda e sahw nahin karega to namaz lautani padegi.

aameen kehna sunnat hai agar koi shakhs aameen kehna bhool gaya ya
buland awaz se keh diya to is par sajda e sahw nahin namaz ho gayi.

Agar kisi ne aameen mein kuchh radd o badal kar diya jaise “aameen”
kehne ke bajaye “ammeen”, “ ammain”, ya “ameen” ya “aman” kaha to

aayat ke barabar padh kar ruku mein gaya phir yaad aaya to khada ho jaye
aur kam az kam 3 chhoti aayaton ki miqdaar ya zyada padh kar phir ruku
kare aur akhir mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi, agar qira’at ke ba’d
dobara ruku nahin kiya to namaz dobara padhni padegi sajda e sahw se kaam
na chalega.

Surah milana bhool gaya sajde mein ya sajde ke ba’d yaad aaya:

4 rak’at wali farz namaz ki pehli 2 rak’aton mein surah milana bhool gaya aur
isi rak’at ke sajde mein ya sajde karne ke ba’d yaad aaya to ba’d wali rak’aton
mein iski qaza kare ya’ni ba’d ki rak’aton mein “Alhamd ” ke ba’d surah milana
wajib hai, agar ek mein bhoola hai to teesri ya chauthi mein padhe , agar
donon mein bhoola hai to teesri aur chauthi donon mein padhe aur magrib ki
pehli donon rak’aton mein bhoola hai to teesri mein padhe aur ek rak’at ki
qira’at jati rahi. In tamam sooraton mein fatiha ke sath surah padhega. Agar
jehri namaz mein hai to fatiha aur surah donon buland awaz se padhega
warna aahista aur akhir mein sajda e sahw kare, agar ba’d wali rak’aton mein
jaan-bujh kar surah na milayi to namaz dobara padhe.

“Alhamd” ke ba’d agar kisi surah ke padhne ka irada kiya tha magar iske
bajaye dusri surah padh daali to is par sajda e sahw nahin.

Agar kisi ne farz namaz ki pichhli rak’aton mein “Alhamd” ke ba’d surah milayi
khwah bhool kar ya qasdan(*) donon sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw wajib
nahin magar imam ko aisa karna na chahiye.
(*) A’la Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Alaihir Rahma farmate hain balki ba’az
aimma ne iske istehbab ki tasreeh farmayi hai, faqeer ke nazdeek zaahiran
istehbab tanha padhne wale ke haq mein hai, imam ke liye zarur makruh balki
muqtadiyon par giraan guzre to haraam hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar farz ki pichhli rak’aton mein kisi ne qayaam ki haalat mein “Attahiyyaat”
padh di to is par sajda e sahw wajib nahin.
Mas’ala:
Albatta bacchon ki ta’leemki garz se khilaaf e tarteeb jo padhaya jata hai iski
fuqaha e kiraam ne ijazat di hai.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne pehli rak’at mein “iza ja’a” aur dusri mein “qul ya ayyuhal kaafirun”
padha, agar bhool kar aisa hua to na is par gunaah hai na sajda e sahw aur
qasdan aisa kiya to is par sirf gunaah hoga sajda e sahw nahin hoga.

Iski wajah ye hai ki Quran shareef tarteeb ke sath padhna tilawat ke wajibaat
se hai namaz ke wajibaat mein se nahin hai, isliye tarteeb ke khilaaf padhne se
sajda e sahw wajib nahin.

Kisi ne bhool kar dusri rak’at mein khilaaf e tarteeb surah shuru kar di maslan
pehli rak’at mein “iza ja’a” padhi aur dusri mein “Qul ya ayyuhal kaafirun”
shuru kar di phir yaad aaya to isko chhod kar tarteeb ke muwafiq “tabbat
yada” padhi to sajda e sahw wajib nahin namaz ho gayi magar aisa karna
makruh hai balki jo surah az khud be-ikhtiyaar zabaan par jaari ho jaye isi ko
padhe, isko chhodna nahin chahiye.
Mas’ala:
Donon rak’aton mein Quran ki tilawat barabar hona chahiye ya phir dusri
rak’at mein pehli ki ba-nisbat kuchh kam ho, dusri rak’at mein itni lambi
qira’at karni ke donon mein numaya farq mehsoos hone lage to aisa karna
makruh hai (*) magar is se sajda e sahw wajib nahin.

Pehli rak’at mein koi surah padhi aur dusri rak’at mein ek chhoti surah
darmiyan se chhod kar padhi to ye makruh hai. Agar wo darmiyaan wali surah
badi hai ke agar is ko padhta hai to dusri rak’at ki qira’at pehli se taweel ho
jayegi to is soorat mein harj nahin. “Wat’teen” ke ba’d “ Inna anzalna” padhne
mein harj nahin aur “ iza ja’a” ke ba’d “Qul huwallah” darmiyaan se “tabbat
yada” chhod kar na padhna chahiye.
Mas’ala:
Farz ki pehli rak’at mein ek surah ki chand aayatein ek jagah se padhi aur
dusri rak’at mein isi surah ki chand aayatein padhi to harj nahin.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne ek hi rak’at mein kisi surah ki chand aayatein padhi phir kuchh
chhod kar dusri jagah se isi surah ki aayatein padhi to aisa karna makruh hai
aur agar bhool kar aisa hua to yaad aate hi lautaye aur chhuti huyi aayatein
padhe, magar is par sajda e sahw wajib nahin.

Kisi ne bhool kar dusri rak’at mein upar ki surah shuru kar di ya ek chhoti
surah ka faasla ho gaya phir yaad aaya to jo surah shuru kar chuka hai usi ko
pura kare agarche abhi ek hi harf padha ho maslan pehli mein “Qul ya ayyuhal
kaafirun” aur dusri mein “Alam tara kaifa” ya “Tabbat yada” shuru kar di, ab
yaad aane par isi ko khatm kare, chhod kar “Iza ja’a” padhne ki ijazat nahin.
Aisa ho jaane se sajda e sahw nahin.
Mas’ala:
Farz ki donon rak’aton mein ek hi surah ki takraar makruh e tanzeehi hai jab
ki koi majboori na ho. Majboori ki soorat mein bilkul karahat nahin, maslan

pehli rak’at mein “Qul auzu birabbin-naas” padhi jo Quran ki sab se aakhri
surah hai, lihaza dusri rak’at mein bhi isi ko padhe ya dusri rak’at mein bila
irada wahi surah zabaan par aa gayi jo pehli rak’at mein padh chuka hai, ya
iske alawa koi dusri surah yaad nahin aa rahi hai to in sab sooraton mein wahi
pehli surah padhe, namaz bila-karahat ho jayegi sajda e sahw nahin.

Mas’ala:
Imam ne surah fatiha ke ba’d 3 chhoti aayatein ya 1 badi aayat padh li, iske
ba’d kahin galat padh diya agar ye galti aisi hai jis se namaz faasid ho jayegi to
muqtadiyon ko luqma dena zaruri hai warna sab ki namaz faasid ho jayegi, aur
agar is galti se namaz faasid nahin hoti to luqma dena jaiz hai magar sajda e
sahw wajib nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Namaz mein qira’at karte huye darmiyan se koi kalma chhut gaya agar iski
wajah se ma’ani mein aisi tabdili nahin aayi jis se namaz faasid ho jaye to
namaz ho jayegi, sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin. Jaise “jaza’u sayya’atin
sayya’atum mathluha” mein pehle wale “ sayya’atin” ke lafz ko chhod kar
“jaza’u sayya’atum mathluha” padh diya aur agar tabdili aisi hai jis se ma’ani
faasid ho jata hai to is soorat mein namaz lautani padegi sajda e sahw se kaam
nahin chalega.
Mas’ala:
Namaz mein qira’at kar raha tha ki galti se kisi lafz ka tarjuma munh se nikal
gaya to namaz faasid ho gayi dobara padhe, sajda e sahw se kaam na chalega.

3 chhoti aayaton ki miqdaar ya ek lambi aayat padhne ke ba’d bhool gaya aur
fauran ruku mein chala gaya to namaz bila-karahat ho gayi sajda e sahw wajib
nahin, agar ek rukn 3 bar “Sub’han ALLAH” kehne ke barbar sochne mein der
lagayi iske ba’d ruku mein gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Farz ki aakhari rak’aton mein kuchh nahin padha bilkul khaamosh raha ya
tasbeeh “Sub’han ALLAH” padha to bhi namaz ho gayi magar aisa na karna
chahiye phir bhi is se sajda e sahw wajib nahin hua.
Tanbeeh:
Ba’az log namaz mein is tarah Quran padhte hain ki munh bilkul band rehta
hai ya dil mein padhte hain is tarah padhne se qira’at jo namaz ka ek rukn
(farz) hai wo ada hi nahin hota namaz faasid ho jati hai. Iska khayal rakhna
zaruri hai, bahut se log is mas’ale se ghaafil hain, yaad rahe jahan kahin
kuchh padhne ka hukm hai usko is tarah padhna chahiye ki agar shor o gul
na ho to khud apni awaz sun sake.
Mas’ala:
Imam ko apni jaan pehchan wale ke liye qira’at ko lamba karna ya namaz mein
tul dena makruh e tahreemi hai magar sajda e sahw wajib nahin aur agar kisi
khaas shakhs ka lihaaz kiye baghair aam logon ko namaz mein shaamil hone
ke liye aisa kiya to “ianat alas salaah” ki wajah se harj nahin.

shaamil huye

Imam ne qira’at ki, muqtadi ne luqma diya imam ne luqma qubool kar ke isko
sahi kar liya phir aakhir mein isi galti par sajda e sahw kiya jis ki zarurat
nahin thi to is soorat mein imam aur in muqtadiyon ki namaz ho gayi jo pehli
rak’at se hi imam ke sath shareek the. Magar wo log jo ek rak’at ke ba’d ya
sajda e sahw ka salam pherne ke ba’d is namaz mein shaamil huye unki

namaz faasid ho gayi, dobara padhein jab ki unko ma’lum ho ki imam par
sajda e sahw nahi tha aur kar liya.
Mas’ala:
Namaz mein agar kisi ne tajweed ki ria’yat ke baghair Quran padha to is par
sajda e sahw wajib nahin haan agar aisi galti hui jis se namaz faasid ho jati hai
to namaz ka iadah wajib hoga namaz dobara padhni hogi.
Namaz mein jehar (awaz se) aur sirr (aahista) se padhne par sajda e sahw
Jehar ya’ni awaz se padhna, Shari’at mein jehar se padhne ka matlab ye hai ki
jo log pehli saf mein hain wo awaz ko sun sakein, ye jehar ka adna (kam se
kam) darja hai. A’la ke liye koi hadd muqarrar nahin albatta zarurat se zyada
is qadar buland awaz se padhna ki apne ya dusre ke liye ba’is e takleef ho
makruh hai. Is se bachna zaruri hai aur itna aahista padhna ki qareeb ke do
ek admi sun sake jehar nahin kehlayega.
Sirr:
Ya’ni aahista padhna. Sirr ka adna darja ye hai ki khud sune agar sirf hont
hilaye ya is qadar aahista padhe ki khud bhi na sun sake to is ko sirr na
kahenge. Is tarah namaz mein Quran padhne se namaz hi nahin hogi, bahar-
haal aahista padhne mein itna zaruri hai ki agar shor o gul nahin hai to apni
awaz ko khud sune.
Kin namazon ki kin rak’aton mein jehar aur sirr wajib hai
Maghrib aur Isha ki pehli dono rak’aton mein , Fajr, Juma’, Eidain, Taraweeh
aur Ramzan ul Mubarak mein Witr ba-jama’at ki har rak’at mein imam par
wajib hai ki “Alhamdulillah” aur surah ko jehar ke sath (buland awaz se) padhe
aur jin namazon mein imam par jehar wajib hai inko “jehri namaz” kehte hain.

Namaz e Maghrib ki teesri aur Isha ki teesri aur chauthi rak’at mein “Alhamd”
aahista padhi jayegi, Zuhar aur Asr ki sab rak’aton mein imam aur munfarid
(tanha padhne wale) par aahista qira’at karni wajib hai. In namazon ko jinki
har rak’at mein sirr (aahista) padhna wajib hai, inko “sirri namaz” kehte hain.
Mas’ala:
Din ki nafli namazon mein qira’at aahista karni wajib hai, raat ki nafli
namazon mein ikhtiyaar hai aahista padhe ya buland awaz se padhe donon
jaiz hai.
Mas’ala:
Jehri namazon mein munfarid (tanha namaz padhne wale) ko ikhtiyaar hai
jehar kare ya aahista padhe jaiz hai, magar jehri namaz mein buland awaz se
padhna afzal (behtar) hai.

Raat wali namaz jis mein buland awaz se qira’at wajib hai agar kisi uzr e sahih
se chhut gayi aur log raat mein isko padh na sake ab din mein isi namaz ki
qaza jama’at ke sath padhna chahein to imam par wajib hai ki ba-awaz e
buland qira’at kare. Yun hi din ki sirri namaz ki qaza agar raat mein padhien
to aahista qira’at karni wajib hai, agar bhool kar iske khilaaf kiya to sajda e
sahw wajib hai, agar qasdan kiya to namaz lautani wajib aur zaruri hai.

Zuhar ya Asr ki namaz mein bhool kar imam ne buland awaz se qira’at shuru
ki aur kisi dusre shakhs ne jo iske sath namaz mein shareek nahin hai kaha ki
aahista padho, iske kehne se kuchh tauquf karne ke ba’d aahista padhna
shuru kiya to namaz ho gayi aur agar iske kehne par fauran bila-tauquf
aahista padhna shuru kiya to namaz lautani padhegi.

Khayal rahe ki agar ek chhoti aayat ki miqdaar jis se qira’at ka farz ada ho jata

lautani padegi, aur kuchh tauquf ke ba’d padha to namaz ho gayi, sajda e

ada hoga, bairun e namaz iski adayegi nahin ho sakti, agar namaz mein
qasdan sajda nahin kiya to gunahgaar hoga.

Agar kisi ne namaz mein aayat e sajda padhi aur sajda karna bhool gaya to jab
tak namaz ya hurmat e namaz mein hai to yaad aate hi sajda e tilawat ada
kare aur ba’d mein sajda e sahw kare.

imam ka sajda ada hoga, muqtadiyon ka sajda e tilawat reh jayega, is liye ki
imam ki niyat ke sath muqtadiyon ko bhi niyat karni zaruri hai aur yahan
imam ki niyat ka haal muqtadiyon ko ma’lum na ho sakega magar aisa karne
se is par sajda e sahw nahin.

Ruku mein jate waqt sajda e tilawat ki niyat nahin ki balki ruku mein jane ke
ba’d ya ruku se uthne ke ba’d niyat ki to ye niyat kaafi nahin. Is tarah ruku se
sajda e tilawat ada na hoga, dobara karna hoga.
Mas’ala:
Aayat e sajda e tilawat karne ke ba’d imam ruku mein gaya aur niyat e sajda
kar li magar muqtadiyon ne na ki, to unka sajda ada na hua. Lihaza jab imam
salam phere to muqtadi sajda e tilawat kar ke qa’dah kare aur salam phere, is
qa’dah mein bhi tasha’hud padhna wajib hai agar sajda e tilawat ke ba’d
qa’dah na kiya to namaz faasid ho jayegi kyunki qa’dah e akhira jata raha, ye
hukm jehri namaz ka hai sirri namaz mein chunki muqtadi ko ilm nahin lihaza
ma’zoor hai.
Sajda e tilawat bhool gaya to jis rukn mein yaad aaye kar le

Namaz mein aayat e sajda padhi aur sajda e tilawat karna bhool gaya, phir
ruku ya sajda ya qa’dah mein yaad aaya to usi waqt sajda kare, aur jis haalat
mein tha usi haalat ki taraf laut aaye, maslan ruku mein tha to ruku mein
waapas aaye, agar is rukn ko pura ada kar liya tha to iska iadah nahin namaz
ho gayi, magar qa’dah e akhirah ka lautana farz hai, kyunki sajda e tilawat ki
adayegi se qa’dah e akhirah baatil ho gaya is liye dobara qa’dah e akhirah kare,
bahar-haal is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

e mustafsira mein tilawat ke liye mustaqil sajda na kiya balki aayat e sajda
padhte hi ma’an namaz ka ruku baja laya aur is mein niyat e sajda na kiya
phir qauma ke ba’d fauran namaz ke sajda e ula mein jaye aur is mein niyat e
sajda kare, ab na koi qabahat ya karahat ya tafwiyat fazilat laazim hui, na
muqtadiyon par kuchh diqqat hui agarche unhone niyat e sajda e tilawat na ki
ho, ke sajda e namaz jab fil faur kiya jaye to is se sajda e tilawat khud ba-khud
ada ho jata hai agarche niyat na ki ho. Iske chand satr ba’d farmate hain : ye
soorat isi haalat mein ban padegi ki aayat e sajda ke ba’d namaz ke ruku aur
sujood mein der na ki ho fauran baja laya, warna agar aayat e sajda padh kar
3 – 4 aayatein aur padh li to ab sajda e tilawat hargiz be khaas mustaqil sajda
ke ada hi na hoga aur taakhir ka gunaah hua.
Is se ma’lum hua ki aayat e sajda ke ba’d fauran ruku karke namaz ka sajda
karne se dono qism ke sajde bila-karahat ada ho jayenge, na tark e wajib hoga
na hi taakhir e wajib laazim aayegi, na gunaah hoga na hi sajda e sahw wajib
hoga.

Kisi namaz ki ek hi rak’at mein ek hi aayat e sajda ko bar bar padh kar ya ek
bar padh kar sajda e tilawat kiya, phir sajde se sar utha kar isi rak’at mein isi
aayat ko phir dobara aur sahbara padha to in sab sooraton mein wahi ek sajda
uske liye kaafi hai. Yunhi namaz ki sab rak’aton mein ya do ya teen mein wahi
ek aayat e sajda padhi to sab ke liye ek hi sajda kaafi hai aur in tamam
sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw nahin, basharte ki pehli rak’at mein is ne
fauran sajda e tilawat bila taakhir kar liya ho, aur agar is ne pehli rak’at mein
fauran sajda nahin kiya, taakhir se kiya ya aakhir rak’at mein kiya, to in
sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

gaya aur namaz bhi ho gayi aur jis ne ruku karke 2 sajde kiye to uski namaz hi
nahin hogi, dobara padhe.

Namaz mein aayat e sajda tilawat ki aur sajda karna bhool gaya phir namaz ke
andar hi yaad aaya bawajud iske qasdan salam pher diya to sajda e tilawat
saaqit ho gaya magar wajib ko qasdan chhod dene se namaz makruh e
tahreemi hui iska lautana zaruri hai.

Kisi ne namaz mein aayat e sajda padhi aur sajda e tilawat karne mein 3
chhoti aayaton ki miqdaar ya zyada taakhir kar di to sajda e sahw kare.

Ruku kam az kam itne jhukne ko kehte hain ki haath badhaye to ghutne tak
pahunch jaye aur pura ruku ye hai ki peeth bilkul seedhi bichha de.

Surah milane ke ba’d “ALLAHU Akbar” kehte huye fauran ruku mein jaye,
ruku karne ka sunnat tareeqa ye hai ki donon ghutnon ko donon hathon se is
tarah pakdein ki hatheliyaan ghutnon par jami rahein aur ungliyaan ek dusre
se alag alag khoob phaili hui hon, sab ungliyon ko ek jagah mila kar rakhna ya
4 ungliyon ko ek taraf aur anguthe ko dusri taraf rakhna na chahiye ki ye
sunnat ke khilaaf hai, aur aurat ruku mein thoda jhuke, ya’ni sirf is qadar ki
hath ghutnon tak pahunch jayein, mardon ki tarah peeth khoob seedhi karke
bichhi na rakhe aur ghutnon par zor na de balki mahaz haath rakh de aur
haathon ki ungliyaan mili hui rakhe aur paun jhuke huye rakhe. Mardon ki
tarah khoob seedhe na kar de.
Aur ruku mein jate waqt bhi ye khayal rakhein ki “ALLAHU Akbar” ki “alif” jab
kehna shuru karein to usi waqt se sar ko jhukana shuru kar dein. “Akbar” ki
“ra” jab khatm ho to purey taur par ruku mein jhuk jayein , ba’az log pehle
ruku mein chale jate hain, phir “ALLAHU Akbar ” kehte hain yunhi ba’az log
“ALLAHU Akbar” khade khade keh lene ke ba’d ruku mein jate hain ye donon
tareeqe galat hain, is aadat ko badalni chahiye.
Mas’ala:
Jis ki peeth mein itna kubdapan hai ki hadd e ruku ko pahunch gaya hai aise
shakhs ke liye hukm ye hai ki ruku ke liye sar se ishara kare iske liye itna hi
kaafi hai.

Agar koi shakhs baith kar namaz padhe to iske liye pura ruku karne ka
mo’tadil tareeqa ye hai ki peshaani jhuk kar ghutnon ke muqabil aa jaye is
tarah ruku karne ke liye surin uthane ki hajat nahin aur sar ko itna jhukana
ki zameen ke qareeb ho jaye aur peeche se surin uth jaye abas aur beja hai jo
na-pasandidah aur makruh e tanzihi hai.

Namaz ki har rak’at mein ruku karna farz hai aur ek se zyada ruku na karna
wajib hai.

Agar koi shakhs ruku mein jate huye “ALLAHU Akbar” kehna bhool gaya ya
bajaye “ALLAHU Akbar” ke “Sub’han ALLAH” ya “samiALLAHU liman
hameedah” wagairah keh diya yunhi ruku se uthte waqt “samiALLAHU liman
hameedah” kehna bhool gaya ya is ke bajaye “ALLAHU Akbar” ya “Sub’han
ALLAH” keh diya to sajda e sahw wajib nahin, namaz ho gayi.

Mas’ala:
Eidain ki namaz mein dusri rak’at ke ruku mein jate waqt jo takbir kahi jati
hai wo wajib hai lihaza agar ye takbir bhool gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai
magar zyada hujum ki wajah se sajda e sahw nahin kiya to bhi namaz ho gayi
kyunki bahut hujum ke waqt sajda e sahw karne ki wajah se namaz mein afra
tafri ho jaane ka andesha hai, is liye sajda e sahw saaqit ho jata hai.
Mas’ala:
Surah Fatiha aur surah padh lene ke ba’d fauran ruku wajib hai, agar koi
shakhs surah padh lene ke ba’d itni der khaamosh sochta raha jitni der mein 3
bar “Sub’han ALLAH” keh leta to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Ruku mein kam se kam itni der theharna ki har azu apni jagah qaraar pa jaye
aur ek bar “Sub’han ALLAH” kaha ja sake wajib hai, agar kisi ne bhool kar is
ko tark kar diya ya’ni “Sub’han ALLAH” kehne ki miqdaar ruku mein na thehra
to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai aur qasdan aisa kiya to namaz dobara padhni
zaruri hai.

Mas’ala:
Ruku mein kam se kam 3 bar “Sub’hana Rabbiyal Azeem” kehna sunnat hai,
aur 3 se zyada afzal hai magar khatm taaq adad par hona chahiye, 5, 7 ya 9
par.
Mas’ala:
Ruku ki tasbeehaat agar bhool gaya ya sirf ek bar ya do bar keh kar uth gaya
to is par sajda e sahw nahin namaz ho gayi, magar bila uzr jaan-bujh kar aisa
karna achha nahin.
Mas’ala:
Namaz ki har rak’at mein ek se zyada ruku na karna wajib hai lihaza agar kisi
ne bhool kar ek se zyada ruku kar liya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai aur
agar qasdan aisa kiya to namaz lautani wajib hai sajda e sahw se kaam na
chalega.
Mas’ala:
Surah padhne ke ba’d ruku bhool gaya aur sajde mein chala gaya aur dusri
rak’at shuru karne se pehle yaad aaya to usi waqt fauran khada hokar ruku
mein jaye iske ba’d phir dobara sajda kare aur akhir mein sajda e sahw kare
namaz ho gayi, aur agar dusri rak’at se pehle yaad nahin aaya to dusri rak’at
ka ruku pehli rak’at ka ruku maan liya jayega aur ye dusri rak’at pehli rak’at
ho jayegi, is soorat mein bhi sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Aur pehli rak’at jo bila ruku padhi hai wo baatil ho gayi kyunki farz chhut
gaya, lihaza ye rak’at namaz ki rak’aton mein shumaar na hogi.

Mas’ala:
Lihaza agar koi shakhs ruku se uthne ke ba’d bhool kar 3 tasbeeh ki miqdaar
khada sochta raha to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai, aur agar qasdan itni der
khada raha to namaz lautaye.
Mas’ala:
Muqtadi ne abhi 3 bar “Sub’hana Rabbiyal Azeem” nahin kaha tha ki imam ne
ruku se sar utha liya to muqtadi bhi sar utha le itni der tak na jhuka rahe ki
imam ki mukhalifat laazim aaye, sunnat ki adayegi mein imam ki muta’be’at
sunnat hai basharte ki ta’aruz na ho aur ta’aruz ho to is ko tark kar de.

Namaz mein qayaam ki haalat ke alawa ruku ya sajda ya qa’dah ki haalat mein
Quran ki koi aayat yahaan tak ki Bismillah padhna jaiz nahin agar ruku ya
sajda ya qa’dah mein Quran ki koi aayat padhi to sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Peshani ka zameen par jamna sajde ki haqeeqat hai aur paun ki ek ungli ka
pet zameen par lagna shart hai, lihaza agar kisi ne is tarah sajda kiya ki donon
paun zameen se uthe rahe ya sirf ungli ki nok zameen par lagi rahi ungli ka
pet na laga to is soorat mein uski namaz hi na hogi, is mas’ale se bahut se log
ghaafil hain.

Ruku se khada hone ke ba’d “ALLAHU Akbar” kehte huye sajde mein jaye.
Sajda ka sunnat tareeqa ya hai ki pehle ghutne zameen par rakhe phir hath,
phir donon hathon ke bich mein sar rakhe, is taur par ki pehle naak phir
peshaani aur naak ki haddi zameen par jam jaye, aur nazar naak ki taraf rahe,
aur bazuon ko karwaton se aur pet ko raanon se aur raanon ko pindliyon se
juda rakhe, aur donon paun ke sab ungliyon ko qible ki janib rakhe, is tarah k
donon paun ki sab ungliyon ke pet qibla ru jame rahein aur hatheliyaan bichhi
hon aur ungliyaan qible ki taraf hon aur aurat simat kar sajda kare, ya’ni
baazu karwaton se mila de aur pet ko raan se, aur raan ko pindliyon se aur
pindliyaan zameen se.

Mas’ala:
Sajde mein naak ka zameen par is tarah tikana wajib hai ki narm hissa haddi
tak dab jaye, agar narm hissa haddi tak na daba to namaz makruh e tahreemi
hui lautana wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Har rak’at mein 2 sajde farz hain (*) aur har rak’at mein 2 sajdon se zyada
sajda na karna wajib hai.
(*) Har rak’at mein 2 sajde bil-ijma’ farz hain, kuchh logon ka ye khayal hai ki
pehla sajda farz hai aur dusra wajib hai ye durust nahin, ijma’ e ummat ke
khilaf hai.

Agar koi shakhs kisi uzr ki wajah se sajda karte waqt peshani ko zameen par
nahin laga sakta hai to sirf naak par sajda kare phir bhi naak ki nok lagana
kaafi nahin hai, balki naak ka narm hissa haddi tak zameen par dabna zaruri
hai.
Mas’ala:
Ghaas, rooi, qaalin aur gadde wagaira narm chiz par sajda kiya aur peshani
agar khoob jam gayi ke ab dabane se na dabegi to jaiz hai warna nahin.
Tanbeeh:
Logon ko sajda karne mein is baat ka pura pura khayal rakhna chahiye ki
peshani aur naak ka narm hissa haddi tak khoob achhi tarah dab jaye warna
namaz makruh e tahreemi wajib ul iadah hogi. Ya’ni is tarah padhi hui namaz
ko lautana wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi rak’at ka ek sajda bhool kar chhut gaya to jab yaad aaye kar le
agarche salam pherne ke ba’d yaad aaya basharte ki koi fa’el jo namaz ke
munafi ho, na kiya ho aur phir uske ba’d sajda e sahw kar le namaz ho gayi.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne ek hi rak’at mein 3 ya 3 se zyada sajde bhool kar kar liye to sajda e
sahw kare, namaz ho jayegi.

ya 9 bar kehna afzal hai, agar kisi ne is tasbeeh ko chhod diya ya ek do bar hi

Tanbeeh:
Bahut se log ruku o sujood mein itni jaldi karte hain ki abhi seedhe khade bhi
nahin huye ki sajde mein chale gaye, sajde se sar uthaya peeth seedhi bhi na
hui ki jhat dusre sajde mein chale gaye, is tarah namaz ka wajib ta’deel e
arkaan tark ho jata hai jis ki wajah se namaz makruh e tahreemi hoti hai, aisi
namazon ka lautana wajib hai, har rukn ko itminaan se ada karne ki aadat
daalni chahiye, ALLAH Ta’ala sab ko sahi taur par namaz padhne ki taufiq ata
famaye, Aameen.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne ruku mein sajde ki tasbeeh “Sub’hana Rabbiyal A’la” aur sajde
mein ruku ki tasbeeh “Sub’hana Rabbiyal Azeem” padh di to is par sajda e
sahw wajib nahin, agar usi waqt yaad aa jaye to ruku ki tasbeeh ruku mein
aur sajde ki tasbeeh sajde mein keh le taaki sunnat ke mutabiq ho jaye.
Mas’ala:
Ruku ki tasbeeh sajde mein aur sajde ki tasbeeh ruku mein qasdan padhna
makruh e tanzihi hai, is se bachna chahiye. (Durre Mukhtar pg. 461, J 1)

Kisi ko namaz ke sajde mein shak ho jaye ki maine ek sajda kiya hai ya 2, aur
kisi taraf zan e ghalib nahin to aisi haalat mein hukm ye hai ki ek sajda aur
kare aur akhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Agar shak ki soorat mein ek jaanib ghalib gumaan ho to isi par amal kare ya’ni
ghalib gumaan ye hai ki ek sajda kiya hai to ek aur kare aur ghalib gumaan ye
hai ki 2 sajde kar liye hain to mazeed sajda karne ki zarurat nahin namaz puri
kare, is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw bhi nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Imam ke pichhe namaz padhte huye kisi ka ruku ya sajda chhut gaya jis waqt
yaad aaye to is ko ada kar ke imam ke sath ho jaye aisi soorat mein is par
sajda e sahw nahin, aur agar yaad aane par na kiya to imam ke salam pherne
ke ba’d ada kare phir sajda e sahw kare aur agar in dono sooraton mein se koi
soorat ikhtiyaar na ki to iski namaz na hui dobara padhe.
Mas’ala:
Namaz mein kisi rukn ko muqaddam ya muakh’khar kiya maslan pehle sajda
kar liya ba’d mein ruku kiya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar imam bhool kar teesre sajde mein chala gaya muqtadi iski iqteda na kare,
is soorat mein sirf imam par sajda e sahw hoga muqtadi is sajda e sahw mein
imam ki itteba’ na karenge aur agar sab ya ba’az muqtadiyon ne imam ke sath
teesra sajda kar liya to in muqtadiyon par bhi sajda e sahw wajib hai jo imam
ke sath teesre sajde mein gaye, lihaza wo bhi imam ke sath sajda e sahw
karenge.

aisa kiya ya is tarah ki aadat bana li hai to aisi namaz ka lautana zaruri hai

Agar kisi ko namaz ke kisi wajib ke chhut jane ka shak hua to is shak ki wajah
se sajda e sahw wajib nahin hoga albatta ghalib gumaan hai ki wajib chhut
gaya hai to phir akhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Kisi par sajda e sahw wajib tha lekin qa’dah e akhirah mein is ko sajda e sahw
ke bare mein shak ho gaya ki sajda e sahw kiya ya nahin, to aisi haalat mein
apne ghalba e zan par amal kare ,aur agar ghalib gumaan ye hai ki sajda e
sahw kar liya hai to namaz puri kare sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin, aur agar
ghalib gumaan ye hai ki sajda e sahw nahin kiya to sajda e sahw kare aur agar
karne na karne mein donon taraf rujhaan barabar hai to is soorat mein bhi
sajda e sahw kare.

Kisi par sajda e sahw wajib nahin tha khwam-khwah use sajda e sahw wajib
hone ka shak ho gaya aur isi shak ki wajah se usne sajda e sahw kiya to fatwa
is qaul par hai ki iski namaz ho gayi.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ko sajda e sahw karne ki haalat mein sahw ho gaya aur haalat e
sajde mein thodi der tak sochta raha to is par dobara sajda e sahw wajib
nahin.

Kisi imam ko sahw nahin hua tha magar bhool kar us ne sajda e sahw kar liya
to imam aur un muqtadiyon ki namaz ho gayi jo shuru se imam ke sath rahe
ya sajda e sahw ke salam pherne se pehle shareek huye magar un logon ki
namaz nahin hogi jo sajda e sahw ka salam pherne ke ba’d imam ke sath
namaz mein shareek huye, khwah ye shirkat sajde mein ho ya iske ba’d qa’dah
mein ho, bahar-soorat inko namaz lautani padegi.
Mas’ala:
Agar imam par sajda e sahw tha aur nahin kiya to muqtadiyon se saaqit ho
jayega, agar muqtadi ko imam ka sahw ma’lum hai to wo apni namaz lautaye
warna nahin.
Mas’ala:
Sajda e sahw karne ke liye dahini taraf salam nahin phera, ya bhool kar bayein
taraf phera, ya chehra phiraye baghair salam ke alfaaz keh kar sajda e sahw
kar liya tab bhi durust hai, sajda e sahw ho gaya.
Mas’ala:
Agar sajda e sahw ke liye qasdan bayein taraf salam pherega to namaz lautani
padegi.

Mas’ala:
Koi shakhs pehli ya teesri rak’at mein bhool kar baith gaya aur 3 bar “Sub’han
ALLAH” kehne ki miqdaar se kam baith kar utha to sajda e sahw wajib nahin
hai aur agar 3 bar “Sub’han ALLAH” kehne ki miqdaar taakhir kar ke utha to
sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne bhool kar Fajr ki namaz 2 rak’at ke bajaye 4 rak’at ya Asr ki
namaz 4 ke bajaye 6 rak’at padh li aur qa’dah e akhirah karne ke ba’d ye zayed
rak’atein padhi hain to farz ada ho gaya aur wo 2 zayed rak’atein nafl ho
jayengi magar akhir mein sajda e sahw karna wajib hoga.
Ek shub’ha ke izaala:
Mas’ala:
Namaz e Fajr ke ba’d sooraj nikalne tak yun hi Asr ke ba’d sooraj doobne tak
Nafl namaz makruh hai to is se ye shub’ha ho sakta hai ki Fajr aur Asr mein 2
zayed rak’atein jo nafl ho gayi hain wo makruh hongi, is ka jawab ye hai ki in
dono namazon ke ba’d nafl namaz padhni us waqt makruh hai jab ki qasdan
padhe agar bhool kar ya kisi majboori ke sabab padhi to makruh nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar rak’at ke shumar mein bhool ho gayi to ghalib gumaan par amal karke isi
par bina kare sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin magar ghair mahal mein itni der
sochta raha jis mein ek rukn ya’ni 3 bar “Sub’han ALLAH” kehne ki miqdaar
taakhir ho gayi to is taakhir ki wajah se is par sajda e sahw wajib hoga aur
agar ghalib gumaan kisi taraf nahin to kam ko ikhtiyar kare maslan 3 aur 4
mein shak ho to 3 maane, 2 aur 3 mein shak ho to 2 qaraar de aur teesri
chauthi rak’at par qa’dah kare kyunki teesri rak’at mein chauthi ka ehtamaal
baaqi hai, phir chauthi mein qa’dah karke sajda e sahw kare phir salam phere.

4 rak’at wali namaz padh raha tha ye khayal karke ki 4 puri ho gayi, 2 par
salam pher diya to khayal aate hi 4 puri kare aur akhir mein sajda e sahw
kare, basharte ki usne koi aisa kaam na kiya ho jo namaz ke munafi hai.
Mas’ala:
4 rak’at wali namaz padh raha tha isko ye gumaan hua ki mai musafir hoon
mujh par 2 hi rak’atein hain ya zuhar ki namaz ko juma’ ki namaz samajh kar,
isha ki namaz ko taraweeh ki namaz samajh kar 2 rak’at par salam pher diya
to in sab sooraton mein iski namaz gayi dobara padhe.
Mas’ala:
Kisi imam ne 4 rak’at wali namaz bhool kar 3 rak’at padha di aur salam pher
diya, iske ba’d muqtadiyon mein charcha hua ki imam ne 3 par salam pher
diya hai, imam ne muqtadiyon ki guftagu sun kar baghair kisi se kuchh
puchhe aur baat kiye “ALLAHU Akbar” keh kar chauthi rak’at ke liye khada ho
gaya aur 4 puri karke sajda e sahw kiya aur salam phera to imam aur na bolne
wale muqtadiyon ki namaz durust ho gayi,lekin jin muqtadiyon ne baat-chit
kar li hai inki namaz na hui dobara padhein.

Mas’ala:
Imam agar chauthi rak’at mein “Attahiyyaat”padh kar paanchwi ke liye bhool
kar khada ho gaya to muqtadi intezaar karein, agar panchwi ka sajda karne se
pehle laut aaya to muqtadi imam ke sath ho jayein, ya’ni imam ke sath salam
pherein aur sajda e sahw karein aur agar paanchwi ka sajda kar liya lauta
nahin to is soorat mein muqtadi tanha salam pher dein imam ka sath dene ki
zarurat nahin, aur jin muqtadiyon ne imam ke sath paanchwi ka sajda kar liya
hai is mein ek aur rak’at milayein taaki 6 puri ho jaye aur akhir mein sajda e
sahw karein, 4 pehli wali farz aur 2 ba’d wali nafl shumaar hongi.

Agar muqtadi ne imam ko paanchwi rak’at ka sajda karne se pehle luqma diya
aur imam baith gaya to sajda e sahw kare, attahiyyaat waghaira padh kar
salam phere, namaz ho gayi.

Agar chauthi rak’at mein qa’dah e akhirah nahin kiya tha aur paanchwi ke liye
khada ho gaya to yaad aate hi laut aaye aur sajda e sahw karke namaz puri
kare aur agar palta nahin paanchwi ka sajda kar liya to is soorat mein sab ki
namaz faasid ho gayi, agar kisi muqtadi ne imam ka sath na diya aur
tashahhud padh kar salam phera to bhi iski namaz nahin hui.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne 4 rak’at padh kar qa’dah e akhirah kiya phir bhool kar paanchwi ke liye
khada ho gaya aur 5wi ka ruku aur sajde bhi kar liya, to is par sajda e sahw
wajib hai uski 4 rak’at namaz durust ho gayi aur 5wi rak’at bekaar ho gayi.

Mas’ala:
Jis shakhs ko bahut zyada bhoolne ki bimari hai uske liye nihayat zaruri hai ki
ba-jama’at namaz padhe jab koi shakhs laiq e imamat na mile to apni yaad-
daasht par padhe agar rak’aton mein shub’ha ho to kam ko iktiyaar kare,
maslan ek aur do mein shub’ha ho to ek jaane, do aur teen mein shub’ha ho to
do samjhe, isi tarah jahan qa’dah e akhirah ka shub’ha ho wahan wahan
baithta jaye aur akhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Musafir par wajib hai ki qasr kare ya’ni 4 rak’at wali farz namaz ko 2 rak’at
padhe, qasdan 4 rak’at padhega to gunahgaar hoga iske haq mein 2 hi
rak’atein puri namaz hai, lihaza agar kisi musafir ne 2 rak’at qasr namaz
padhne ki bajaye bhool kar 4 rak’at padh li aur dusri rak’at ka qa’dah kar liya
hai to uski farz namaz durust ho gayi, lekin sajda e sahw wajib hai aur ba’d
wali 2 rak’atein nafl ho jayengi, magar is soorat mein agar imam musafir hai
aur muqtadi muqeem hai to muqtadi ki namaz na hogi.
Mas’ala:
Agar musafir ne qasdan 4 rak’atein padhi aur 2 rak’at par qa’dah kar liya hai
to iska farz ada ho jayega aur ba’d wali 2 rak’atein nafl ho jayengi, magar
qasdan wajib tark kar dene ki wajah se wo sakht gunahgaar hua, is liye tauba
bhi kare, aur agar 2 rak’at par qa’dah na kiya to farz ada na hua, iski ye namaz
nafl ho gayi farz ko dobara padhe.
Mas’ala:
Musafir ne qasr ki wajah se 2 rak’at ki niyat ki, namaz mein sahw ho gaya is
liye isne sajda e sahw bhi kar liya phir salam pherne se pehle iqamat ki niyat

kar li to ab is soorat mein isko 4 rak’at padhni zaruri hai aur akhir mein
dobara sajda e sahw bhi karna wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Imam musafir hai, isko namaz mein sahw hua, aur iske pichhe muqeem
muqtadi bhi hain to jab 2 rak’at ke ba’d imam sajda e sahw karega to muqeem
muqtadi baghair salam phere imam ke sath sajda e sahw karenge, iske ba’d
muqeem jab apni namaz puri karne laga to us mein sahw hua to phir akhir
mein dobara sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Agar muqeem ne imam ke sath sajda e sahw nahin kiya to apni namaz puri
karne ke ba’d akhir mein sajda e sahw kare warna namaz lautani padegi,yun
hi agar muqeem ne musafir imam ke sath qasdan salam pher kar sajda e sahw
kiya to namaz lautani padegi.
Mas’ala;
Aakhri qa’dah karke imam bhoole se paanchwi ya chhati ke liye khada ho gaya
aur isi haalat mein kisi ne imam ki iqteda ki to iqteda karne wale ki farz namaz
durust nahin hogi kyunki ba’d wali rak’atein imam ki nafl hongi.

Kisi ne apne yaqeen ke sath 4 rak’at padh kar salam phera, salam ke ba’d ek
do logon ne kaha ki tum ne 3 hi rak’at par salam phera hai, to aisi soorat mein
wo apne yaqeen ke mutabiq amal kare iski namaz ho gayi, jabki khabar dene
wale aadil (shar’an qaabil e aitemaad) na hon, aur agar khabar dene wala aadil
shakhs hai to namaz lautaye agarche iske khayal mein ye khabar galat hai.
Baaligh hone ke ba’d pehli bar ta’daad e rak’at mein shak hua:
Mas’ala:
Jis ko rak’at ke shumaar karne mein shak hua ki 3 hui ya 4, aur baaligh hone
ke ba’d ye pehla waqeya hai to salam pher kar namaz tod de ya ghaalib
gumaan ke mutabiq amal karke namaz puri kare magar bahr soorat is namaz
ko dobara padhe sajda e sahw se kaam na chalega.
Mas’ala:
Imam ne 2 rak’at namaz padhayi, dusre sajde se uth’te waqt usko shak ho
gaya ki ek rak’at hui ya 2, is wajah se usne apne shak ko dur karne ke liye bila
munh phere gosha e chashm ya’ni kankhiyon se muqtadiyon ki taraf dekha ki
agar wo log uthein to uthu aur baithein to mai bhi baith jaun to is mein koi
harj nahin hai, na hi is par sajda e sahw wajib hai, albatta bila kisi garz e
sahih ke kankhiyon se idhar-udhar dekhna makruh e tanzihi hai.
Mas’ala:
4 rak’at sunnat e mokkadah ki niyat ki aur 2 rak’at par bhool kar salam pher
diya to yaad aate hi khada ho jaye aur 4 puri karke qa’dah e akhirah mein
sajda e sahw kare.

Agar kisi ne Zuhar ki pehli 4 rak’at sunnat e mokkadah ki niyat ki aur 2 rak’at
padhne se pehle jama’at khadi ho gayi to ise chahiye ki 2 rak’at puri karke
salam pher de aur jama’at mein shareek ho jaye phir farz ke ba’d ki sunnat e
mokkadah 2 rak’at ada karke 4 rak’at padhe, pehli wali 2 rak’at nafl ho gayi. *
(*) Ismein Ulama e kiram ka ikhtelaf hai, ba’az hazraat ne farmaya ki Juma’
aur Zuhar se pehle wali 4 rak’at sunnat e mokkadah shuru ki aur Khutba e
Juma’ ke liye Imam khada ho gaya ya Zuhar ki jama’at qayem ho gayi to 4
rak’at puri kare, 2 par salam na phere jab ki khutba aur jama’at ke faut hone
ka andesha na ho.

di hai magar dono qaulon ko sahih aur unke dalail ko qawi bataya hai.

Koi shakhs namaz padh raha tha ki namaz mein us ko hadas lahiq hua ya’ni
wazu tut gaya aur wazu karne gaya us waqt us ko shak hua ki us ne 3
rak’atein padhi hain ya 4 aur sochne mein kuchh der tak wazu karne se ruka
raha to jab wazu karke apni baqiya namaz padhega to is mein is par aakhir
mein sajda e sahw wajib hai.
2 rak’at mein sahw hua, sajda e sahw ke ba’d 4 rak’at ka irada kiya:

Kisi ne 2 rak’at nafl ki niyat baandhi aur is mein sahw ho gaya aur sajda e

Mas’ala:
Shak ki sab sooraton mein sajda e sahw wajib hai, aur ghalib gumaan ki
soorat mein nahin, magar jab ki sochne mein ek rukn 3 bar “Sub’han ALLAH”
kehne ki miqdar taakhir ho gayi to sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Dusri rak’at ke dono sajdon ke ba’d itni der tak baithna jitni der mein puri
“Attahiyyaat” padhi ja sake isi ko Shari’at mein qa’dah kehte hain, 4 rak’at wali
namaz mein har 2 rak’at par qa’dah kiya jayega.
Farz, Wajib aur Sunnat e Mokkadah namazon mein pehla qa’dah wajib hai,
aur qa’dah e akhirah (dusra qa’dah) farz hai, aur nafl namazon mein har
qa’dah qa’dah e akhirah hai ya’ni Farz hai.
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah mein baithne ka sunnat tareeqa ye hai ki jab qa’dah karna ho to sajdon
se faarigh hone ke ba’d bayaaN (ulta) paun bichha kar dono surin ko us par
rakh kar baithe, aur dahina (seedha) qadam khada kar ke zameen par is tarah
rakhe ki paun ki ungliyaan qibla rukh rahein,ye hukm mardon ke liye hai, aur
auratein dono paun ko dahini taraf nikaal dein aur bayein surin ko zameen
par rakh kar baithein,iske ba’d dahina hath dahini raan par aur bayaaN hath
bayein raan par mard aurat dono is tarah rakhein ki dono hath ki ungliyaan
apni haalat par rahein, na mili hon aur na khoob phaili hui hon, aur ungliyon
ke kinaare ghutnon ke paas raan par qibla rukh rahein, ghutnon ko hath se
pakad kar na rakhein qa’dah ki haalat mein nazar god ki taraf rakhien aur
peeth ko seedha rakhein.

Tashah’hud
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e ula aur qa’dah e akhirah mein puri attahiyyaat padhni wajib hai, nez
in donon qa’don ke alawa bhi jitne qa’de karne padein sab mein pura
tashah’hud padhna wajib hai, agar ek lafz bhi chhut gaya to tark e wajib
laazim aayega.
Is mein koi harf kam o besh na kare, isi ko tashah’hud kehte hain.
Mas’ala:
Jab kalma “La” ke qareeb pahunche dahine hath ki bich ki ungli aur anguthe
ka halqa banaye aur chhungliya aur iske paas wali ko hatheli se milaye aur
lafz “la” par kalme ki ungli uthaye magar isko jumbish na de aur kalma “illa”
par ungli ko gira de aur sab ungliyon ko fouran seedhi kar le.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne qa’dah mein dono paun ko khada rakha ya bichha kar is par
baitha to is se sajda e sahw wajib na hoga, aisa karna sunnat ke khilaaf hai,

agar kisi uzr aur bimari ki wajah se hai to harj nahin namaz bila-karahat ho
jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e ula (pehla qada’h) bhool gaya to jab tak seedha khada na hua ho
fauran baith jaye, is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw nahin hai, aur agar
seedha khada ho gaya to ab qa’dah ki taraf na laute namaz puri karke akhir
mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho gayi aur agar seedha khada hokar qa’dah ki
taraf lauta to bhi sajda e sahw karna wajib hai magar aisa karna gunaah hai
lihaza hukm ye hai ki agar seedha khada hokar baitha hai to fauran khada ho
jaye.
Imam qa’dah bhool kar khada ho raha tha ki muqtadi ne luqma diya:
Mas’ala:
Imam qa’dah e ula bhool gaya aur khada hone laga abhi pura khada na hua
tha balki baithne ki haalat ke qareeb tha ya’ni badan ke niche ka hissa seedha
na hone paya tha ki kisi muqtadi ne luqma diya ya imam ko khud yaad aa
gaya aur baith gaya to is soorat mein is par sajda e sahw wajib nahin imam
aur muqtadi sab ki namaz ho gayi.
Mas’ala:
Aur agar pura khada na hua tha balki seedha khada hone ke qareeb tha ya’ni
badan ka aadha nichla hissa seedha ho gaya tha magar peeth mein abhi kham
(tedhapan) baqi tha ki is haalat mein muqtadi ne luqma diya ya az khud palat
aaya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho
gayi, aur luqma dene wale ki bhi namaz ho gayi.
Mas’ala:
Agar pura khada ho gaya ki peeth bhi seedhi ho gayi to ab palatne ki zarurat
nahin balki hukm ye hai ki baghair palte huye namaz puri kare akhir mein
sajda e sahw kare aur agar is soorat mein qa’dah ki taraf paltega to gunahgaar
hoga seedha khada hokar yaad aane par khud ba khud baghair kisi ke luqma
diye palta to hukm ye hai ki fauran khada ho jaye aur aakhir mein sajda e
sahw kare namaz ho jayegi aur agar fauran khada nahi hua qa’dah e ula pura

Imam qa’dah e ula bhool kar seedha khada ho gaya ya seedha khada hone ke
liye qareeb tha aur muqtadi ne luqma diya aur muqtadi ke luqma dene ki
wajah se imam qa’dah e ula mein lauta to is soorat mein imam aur tamam
muqtadiyon ki namaz gayi, is namaz ko dobara padhni laazim hai sajda e sahw
se kaam na chalega (aksar log is mas’ale se ghaafil hain), agar imam ne
muqtadi ka luqma qubool nahin kiya ya’ni qa’dah e ula ki taraf nahin palta
namaz puri karke akhir mein sajda e sahw kar liya to imam aur dusre tamam
muqtadiyon ki namaz ho gayi magar luqma dene wale ki namaz na huyi usko
dobara padhni hogi.
Mas’ala:
Imam qa’dah e ula bhool gaya aur khada hone laga magar abhi seedha khada
na hua tha balki baithne ke qareeb tha isi haalat mein muqtadi ne luqma diya
magar Imam luqma dene ke bawajud baitha nahin khada ho gaya to is soorat
mein imam ko baith jana zaruri hai agar baith gaya to namaz ho gayi sajda e
sahw ki zarurat nahin aur luqma dene ke ba’d na baitha to imam ne na baith
kar wajib ko qasdan tark kiya, is liye is soorat mein namaz dobara padhni
wajib hai sajda e sahw se kaam na chalega.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne bhool kar qa’dah e ula chhod diya qa’dah e akhirah mein salam se
pehle yaad aaya to usi waqt sajda e sahw kar le phir attahiyyaat aur durood
sharif padh kar salam phere namaz ho gayi.

Witr ki namaz misl e Maghrib ki namaz ke hai ya’ni witr ki namaz ka bhi
qa’dah e ula wajib hai, lihaza agar kisi ne witr ki namaz mein qa’dah e ula
bhool kar chhod diya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Sunnat e ghair mokkadah aur 4 rak’at wali nafl namaz mein agar qa’dah e ula
bhool gaya aur 4 rak’atein padh li to sahih mazhab par namaz ho gayi magar
aakhir mein sajda e sahw karna wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne 4 rak’at wali nafl mein bhool kar qa’dah e ula tark kar diya aur 4
padh li aur aakhir mein sajda e sahw nahin kiya to ye chaaron 2 hi ke qayem
maqam gini jayengi.
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e ula aur qa’dah e akhirah dono mein puri attahiyyaat padhni wajib
hai, isi tarah jitne qa’de karne pade sab mein pura tashah’hud padhna wajib
hai aur agar koi ek lafz bhi chhut gaya to wajib ka tark hoga, lihaza agar bhool
kar attahiyyaat ya iska kuchh hissa ya ek lafz bhi chhut gaya to sajda e sahw
wajib hai aur agar jaan bujh kar chhoda to namaz lautani wajib hai sajda e
sahw se kaam na chalega namaz khwah farz ho ya wajib, sunnat ho ya nafl ho.

Agar kisi ne attahiyyaat padhne ke bajaye bhool kar surah Fatiha ya aur koi
surah padh di aur usi waqt qa’dah mein hi yaad aa gaya to fauran yaad aate hi
attahiyyaat padh kar teesri rak’at ke liye khada ho, ya khada ho gaya phir yaad
aaya to Attahiyyaat padhne ke liye laute nahin, isi tarah namaz puri kar le aur
in dono sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw wajib hai, akhir mein sajda e sahw
kare namaz ho gayi.

Agar kisi ne qa’dah e ula mein 2 bar ya zyada attahiyyaat padhi to is par sajda

muqtadi attahiyyaat padhna bhool gaya aur imam ke sath wo bhi khada ho
gaya to yaad aate hi baith jaye aur attahiyyaat padh kar imam ke sath mil jaye
agarche rak’at chhut jaye.

Qa’dah e ula mein imam tashah’hud padh kar khada ho gaya aur muqtadi ne
abhi attahiyyaat puri nahin ki hai to muqtadi ko wajib hai ki attahiyyaat puri
padh kar khada ho.
Mas’ala:
Farz, wajib aur sunnat e mokkadah namazon ke pehle qa’dah mein attahiyyaat
ke ba’d bhool kar durood sharif padh liya, ya sirf “Allahumma Salli ‘ala
Muhammad” ya “Allahumma Salli ‘ala sayyadina” tak padha ki yaad aa gaya
aur fauran teesri rak’at ke liye khada ho gaya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

kar diya aur koi imam se itna qareeb tha ki iske durood padhne ko sun liya.
Abhi imam “Salli ‘ala” se aage nahin badha hai to muqtadi “Allahu Akbar” ya
“Sub’han Allah” keh kar luqma de. Agar imam ne luqma liya aur fauran khada
ho gaya to namaz ho gayi sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin aur agar luqma qubool
nahin kiya aur “Allahumma Salli ‘ala” se aage “Muhammad” kaha ya Sayyadina
kaha to sabki namaz faasid ho gayi, dobara padhe, sajda e sahw se kaam

padhna mustahab hai.

Taraweeh ki namaz mein 2 rak’at par baithna bhool gaya aur teesri rak’at ke
liye seedha khada ho gaya to yaad aate hi qa’dah ki taraf laut aaye aur
“attahiyyaat” padh kar sajda e sahw kare, phir “attahiyyaat” padh kar salam
phere, aur agar lauta nahin balki teesri rak’at padh kar qa’dah mein baitha aur
“attahiyyaat” padh kar sajda e sahw kiya to as’hah (saheeh tareen) mazhab
par namaz na hui, is namaz ko dobara padhe, aur jitna Quran in 3 rak’aton
mein padha hai isko dohraye.
Mas’ala:
Agar 2 rak’at padh kar nahin baitha, 4 rak’at par kar baitha, to ye 4 rak’atein 2
shumaar hongi magar sajda e sahw wajib hoga. Aur jitna Quran in charon
rak’aton mein padha hai, isko dobara lautane ki zarurat nahin.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ko qa’dah e ula mein shak ho gaya ki qa’dah mein baitha ki nahin, to aisi
haalat mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi.

Agar kisi ne namaz ke pehle qa’dah mein bhool kar ek taraf, ya dono taraf
salam pher diya, aur fauran yaad aa gaya, aur koi aisa kaam jo namaz ke
munafi hai sarzad nahin hua, to fauran teesri rak’at ke liye khada ho jaye, aur
namaz puri karke aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e ula ke ba’d “Allahu Akbar” kehte huye teesri rak’at ke liye khada ho
jaye aur hasb e dastoor naaf ke niche hath baandh le, aur “Bismillah” padh
kar Alhamdu Sharif padhe. Bismillah padhne ka hukm imam aur tanha namaz
padhne wale ke liye hai, jo log imam ke pichhe namaz padh rahe hain inhein
Bismillah nahin padhna hai kyunki Bismillah qira’at ke taabe’ hai aur
muqtadiyon par qira’at nahin, isliye inhein Bismillah padhne ki zarurat nahin.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne bhool kar teesri rak’at mein “Allahu Akbar” kehte huye khade hokar
dono hathon ko kaanon tak utha kar baandha to is soorat mein is par sajda e
sahw nahin hai aur agar jaan-bujh kar aisa kiya to sunnat ke khilaaf kiya
magar sajda e sahw bahar-haal nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Teesri rak’at mein Alhamd se pehle Bismillah padhna bhool gaya, ya qasdan
nahin padha dono sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw nahin hai, magar qasdan
Bismillah chhodna achha nahin hai.

Farz, Witr aur Sunnat e Mokkadah ki teesri rak’at mein khade hokar Alhamd
padhne se pehle kisi ne bhool kar sana ya ta’auz padh liya to sunnat ke khilaaf
kiya, namaz ho gayi, is par sajda e sahw nahin hai.

jis ka zikr qa’dah e ula mein ho chuka hai.

rak’at wali ki teenon, aur 2 rak’at wali ki donon rak’aton ko puri karne ke ba’d
aakhir mein itni der tak baithna jitni der mein puri attahiyyaat ya’ni “‘abduhu
wa rasooluhu” tak padhi ja sake farz hai, aur qa’dah e akhirah mein
attahiyyaat puri padhni wajib hai, agar ek lafz bhi chhuta to sajda e sahw
wajib hai.

Qa’dah e akhirah mein baitha, phir ye ghumaan kiya ki ek rak’at baqi reh gayi
hai, khada ho gaya phir yaad aaya ki sab rak’atein puri ho gayi hain baith
gaya, aur dono bar ka baithna majmu’i taur par itna ho gaya jismein puri
attahiyyaat padhi ja sake to farz ada ho gaya, is soorat mein attahiyyaat agar
bhool gaya hai to sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi, aur agar attahiyyaat ko
qasdan chhod diya to namaz lautani padegi sajda e sahw se kaam nahin
chalega.

Pura qa’dah e akhirah sote mein guzar gaya, to bedaari ke ba’d iska i’ada kare

Qa’dah e akhirah mein nahin baitha balki bhool kar khada ho gaya to jab tak
is rak’at ka sajda nahin kiya hai yaad aate hi qa’dah mein laut aaye aur
attahiyyaat padh kar sajda e sahw kare phir tashah’hud waghaira padh kar
salam phere, aur agar sajda e sahw nahin kiya to namaz lautaye.

Mas’ala:
Kisi ne 4 rak’at wali namaz kisi uzr ki wajah se baith kar padhi aur qa’dah e
akhirah ke mauqe par tashah’hud padhna bhool gaya, aur qira’at shuru kar di.
Qira’at ke ba’d ruku bhi kar liya to is ka hukm khade hokar namaz padhne
wale ki tarah hai jo bhool kar chauthi rak’at ke ba’d khada ho jata hai. Lihaza
is soorat mein baith kar namaz padhne wale ne jab tak paanchwi rak’at ka
sajda nahin kiya hai, to yaad aane par tashah’hud padhe phir sajda e sahw
kare, namaz ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Aur agar paanchwi rak’at ka sajda kar liya to namaz jati rahi, dobara padhe,
sajda e sahw se kaam nahin chalega.

4 rak’ati namaz baith kar padhne wale ne qa’dah e ula mein qayaam ki
niyat ki:
Mas’ala:
4 rak’at namaz baith kar padhne wale ne dusri rak’at ke dusre sajde se sar
uthane ke ba’d qa’dah e ula ke niyat ki bajaye qayaam ki niyat ki, magar
qira’at shuru nahin ki to yaad aate hi tashah’hud padhe aur namaz puri kare,
sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin.
Mas’ala:
Aur agar qayaam ki niyat karke qira’at shuru kar di tab yaad aaya to qira’at
chhod kar tashah’hud na padhe balki 4 rak’at puri karke akhir mein sajda e
sahw kare, namaz ho gayi. Jo hukm khade hokar namaz padhne ka aur qa’dah
e ula chhut jane ka hai, wahi hukm iska hai.
Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e akhirah bhool kar khada ho gaya aur 4 rak’at wali namaz mein
paanchwi rak’at ka sajda kar liya ya maghrib mein teesri par nahin baitha,
chauthi ka sajda kar liya yunhi fajr mein dusri par nahin baitha teesri ka sajda
kar liya to in sab sooraton mein farz baatil ho gaya namaz dobara padhe, sajda
e sahw se kaam nahin chalega, albatta maghrib ke siwa aur namazon mein ek
rak’at aur mila le iski ye namaz nafl ho jayegi.
Maghrib mein 3 ke ba’d ek rak’at aur padh li hai to 4 ho gayi ab agar ek aur
milayega to 5 be-jod ho jayegi.

Mas’ala:
Sajda e sahw karne se wo qa’dah jo sajda e sahw se pehle kiya hai wo baatil na
hua baqi rahta hai, magar dobara tashah’hud padhna wajib hai, agar sajda e
sahw karke baghair attahiyyaat padhe salam pher diya to farz ada ho gaya
magar wajib chhod dene se gunahgaar hua, aisi namaz ko lautana wajib hai.
Agar bhool kar Salam pher diya aur abhi hurmat e namaz mein hain, ya’ni koi
aisa kaam nahin kiya jis se namaz tut jati hai to phir dobara sajda e sahw kare
aur attahiyyaat waghaira padh kar salam phere namaz ho jayegi.

Kisi ko rak’aton mein shub’ha hua ki kitni hui to is soorat mein kam ko maan
kar jitni baqi reh gayi hai isko padhe, maslan ek aur do mein shak hua to ek
mane aur do aur teen mein shak hua to do mane aur teen aur aur chaar mein
shak hua to teen mane, jahan jahan qa’dah e akhirah ka shub’ha ho wahan
wahan qa’dah karta jaye aur aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Maslan do rak’at wali namaz mein shak hua ki do hui ya ek, to ek maan le aur
qa’dah karke dusri rak’at padhe, kyunki mumkin hai ki yahi dusri rak’at ho,
yunhi 4 rak’at wali namaz mein shub’ha hua ki 4 hui ya 3, to 3 maan le aur
qa’dah kare phir chauthi ke liye khada ho aur ek rak’at puri kare phir qa’dah

karke sajda e sahw kare, kyunki shak ki soorat mein ye mumkin hai ki jis ko
ek maana hai wahi dusri ho,yunhi jisko 3 maane wahi chauthi ho aur 2 rak’ati
mein 2 par aur 4 rak’ati mein 4 par qa’dah farz hai.
Isliye jahan jahan qa’dah e akhirah ka shub’ha rak’at mein shub’ha ki wajah
se ho wahan wahan qa’dah karta jaye taaki farz ada ho jaye aur aakhir mein
sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ne qa’dah e akhirah mein durood sharif aur dua e masura ya dono mein se
ek bhool kar ya qasdan nahin padha to is par sajda e sahw nahin, kyunki in
dono ka attahiyyaat ke ba’d qa’dah e akhirah mein padhna sunnat hai wajib
nahin, albatta qasdan chhodna sunnat ke khilaaf hai, aur durood sharif ka
qasdan tark karna sakht mahroomi hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne qasdan qa’dah e akhirah mein durood sharif ek bar padhne ke
bajaye do bar padh liya ya aadha padha to is par sajda e sahw wajib nahin aur
agar aadha durood sharif padh kar bhoole se dua e masura shuru kar di phir
khayal aaya to iske liye behtar hai ki dua chhod kar pura durood sharif padhe
phir dua padhe phir salam phere magar is par sajda e sahw nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Kisi par sajda e sahw wajib tha attahiyyaat ke ba’d sajda e sahw karna yaad na
raha, durood sharif ya dua e masura padhne ke ba’d yaad aaya, to usi waqt
sajda e sahw kare, phir attahiyyaat waghaira padh kar salam phere.

Mas’ala:
Qa’dah e akhirah mein attahiyyaat, durood sharif aur dua e masura padh lene
ke ba’d salam nahin phera balki khaamosh kuchh der tak sochta raha to is par
sajda e sahw wajib nahin.
Khurooj e bi-sun’ihi
Khayaal rahe ki salam ke alawa koi aisa kaam namazi ne apne qasd o irade se
kiya jo namaz ko tod de to namaz ka farz ada ho jayega, magar namaz wajib ul
iadah hogi, ya’ni salam ke bajaye kalam kar liya ya qah-qaha laga kar hansa ya
kuchh kha pi liya to namaz lautani padegi, kyunki qa’dah e akhirah pura
karke “As-salam” kehna wajib hai, jisko jaan-bujh kar chhod diya hai, is liye
namaz lautani wajib hai, sajda e sahw se kaam nahin chalega, iski wajah ye
hai ki hurmat e namaz kalam waghaira kar lene se jati rahi, to ab sajda e
sahw ka mauqa o mahal bhi baqi na raha.
Witr ki 3 raka’t namaz e Isha ki namaz ke ba’d padhni wajib hai, chunki ye
namaz dusri namazon se qadre mukhtalif hai, kyunki witr mein dua e qunoot
aur dua e qunoot se pehle takbir “Allahu Akbar” kehna wajib hai, is liye iske
masail e sajda e sahw ko alag se bayaan kar dena munasib malum hua.
Khayal rahe ki witr wajib hai, agar kisi ne sahwan ya qasdan na padha to
dusre waqt mein iski qaza wajib hai.

Witr ki namaz 3 rak’at hai, ismein bhi qa’dah e ula (2 rak’at par baqadre
tashah’hud baithna) wajib hai, sirf attahiyyaat padh kar khada ho jaye, durood
sharif waghaira na padhe, jaise maghrib ki namaz mein karte hain waise hi
kare aur agar qa’dah e ula bhool kar khada ho gaya to yaad aane par laute
nahin aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Witr ke qa’dah e ula mein attahiyyaat bhool gaya ya attahiyyaat ke ba’d durood
sharif padh liya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Witr ki namaz mein agar koi shakhs teesri rak’at mein takbir e qunoot aur dua
e qunoot bhool kar ruku mein chala gaya,phir yaad aane par laut aaya, aur
takbir keh kar dua e qunoot padhi to ba’d mein dobara ruku na kare pehla
ruku kaafi hai,aur namaz puri kare, ya phir bhool se dobara ruku kar liya, ya
dua e qunoot ke liye nahin lauta aur hukm yahi hai ki na laute, jab bhi namaz
ho gayi, magar in sab sooraton mein is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar jaan-bujh kar dobara ruku kiya to namaz dobara lautani padegi sajda e
sahw se kaam nahin chalega.
Imam ne bhool kar qunoot padhe baghair ruku kar diya aur muqtadi ne
luqma diya:
Mas’ala:
Agar imam bhool kar dua e qunoot padhe baghair ruku mein chala gaya, aur
muqtadi ne luqma diya to muqtadi ki namaz faasid ho jayegi, aur agar imam
ne luqma qubool kar liya aur phir qunoot padhne ke liye khada ho gaya to

imam aur aur tamam muqtadiyon ki namaz faasid ho jayegi, dobara padhein
sajda e sahw se kaam na chalega.
Tanbeeh:
Imam Qunoot bhool kar ruku mein chala gaya to muqtadiyon ko luqma dena
jaiz nahin, log is mas’le se ghaafil hain.
Dua e qunoot surah Fatiha ke ba’d padhi aur surah milana bhool gaya:
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne witr ki teesri rak’at mein Alhamd padh kar dua e qunoot padh li
aur Alhamd ke ba’d surah milana bhool gaya, aur ruku mein chala gaya, to
zaruri hai ki ruku se khada ho kar surah milaye, phir dua e qunoot padhe,
phir dobara ruku kare aur aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Witr ki aakhri rak’at mein Alhamdu padhna bhool gaya aur surah padh li to is
par sajda e sahw wajib hai, agar ruku mein yaad aaya to laute, pehle surah
Fatiha padhe, phir surah milaye aur qunoot padh kar phir ruku kare aur
aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Dua e Qunoot chhod kar imam ruku mein chala gaya to muqtadi kya
kare?
Mas’ala:
Ramzan Sharif mein jab witr ki namaz jama’at se padhe us waqt imam dua e
qunoot chhod kar ruku mein chala gaya, to agar muqtadi dua e qunoot padh
kar imam ke sath ruku mein shareek ho sakta hai to padh kar ruku mein
shareek ho jaye, aur agar ruku chhutne ka andesha hai to baghair dua e
qunoot padhe ruku mein chala jaye, agar imam ko yaad aaya ki qunoot bhool
gaya hai aur khade ho kar padh li to dobara ruku karne ki zarurat nahin,
pehla ruku kaafi hai, bahr soorat is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Mas’ala:
Witr mein shak hua ki ye pehli rak’at hai ya dusri ya teesri hai to us rak’at
mein bhi dua e qunoot padhe, aur qa’dah kare, iske ba’d 2 rak’atein aur padhe,
aur har rak’at mein dua e qunoot bhi padhe aur qa’dah kare, aur aakhir mein
sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Yunhi agar ye shak hua ki ye dusri rak’at hai ya teesri to dono mein dua e
qunoot padhe aur qa’dah kare aur aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne dua e qunoot witr ki pehli rak’at mein ya dusri rak’at mein padh li,
to teesri mein phir padhe yahi raajeh hai, aur aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare.
Ba’az Ulama ne farmaya hai ki jab dua e qunoot witr ki pehli ya dusri mein
padh li hai to ab teesri mein na padhe sirf aakhir mein sajda e sahw kare
namaz ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne witr ki namaz mein dua e qunoot buland awaaz se padhi to is par
sajda e sahw wajib nahin, sunnat ke khilaaf hai.

Masbooq us muqtadi ko kehte hain jo imam ke sath jama’at mein pehli rak’at
ke ruku ke ba’d kabhi bhi shaamil hua hai.
Mas’ala:
Ramzan sharif mein agar koi shakhs imam ke sath witr ki dusri ya teesri rak’at
mein aakar shareek hua to dua e qunoot imam ke sath padhe aur agar teesri
rak’at ke ruku mein mila to ba’d mein jab chhuti hui rak’at padhega to us mein
dua e qunoot padhne ki zarurat nahin hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar ruku ke ba’d teesri rak’at mein shareek hua to phir ba’d mein dua e
qunoot padhe.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne dua e qunoot ke bajaye dusri dua padhi jo hamd o sana par
mushtamil hai, to wajib ada ho jayega sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin, kyunki
khaas isi dua e qunoot ka padhna sunnat hai wajib nahin.
Mas’ala:
Agar dua e qunoot yaad na ho to yaad kar lena chahiye aur jab tak yaad na ho
“Allahumma Rabbana Aatina fid-dunya hasanataw wa fil aakhirati hasanataw
wa qina azaaban-naar” padh liya kare, agar ye bhi yaad na ho to 3 bar
“Allahummagh-firli” keh liya kare, ye bhi na aaye to “Ya Rabbu Ya Rabbu” 3
bar keh le, wajib ada ho jayega, Sajda e sahw ki zarurat nahin.

Agar kisi ne witr mein bajaye dua e qunoot padhne ke “Qul huwallahu” sharif
padh diya to wajib ada ho jayega ki ye bhi sana par mushtamil hai aur har
sana dua hai.
Dusri namazon ke bar-khilaaf Eid aur Baqr Eid ki namazon mein 6 zayed
takbirein wajib hain, agar in mein se ba’az ya kul chhut gayi to wajib chhut
jayega.
Mas’ala:
Eidain ki sab wajib takbirein ya ba’az bhool gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar Eidain ki namaz mein imam ne 6 takbiron se zyada keh daali ya ghair
mahal mein kahi to sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Eidain ki zayed takbirein chhod kar imam ruku mein chala gaya:
Mas’ala:
Imam Eidain ki namaz mein zayed takbirein bhool gaya aur ruku mein chala
gaya, to yaad aate hi laute, aur khada ho kar takbirein kahe aur phir ruku aur
sajde kare namaz ho jayegi, magar is soorat mein sajda e sahw wajib hoga.

Agar imam eidain ki namaz mein dusri rak’at mein ruku mein jate huye takbir
kehna bhool gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai, aur rak’at ki takbir bhoola to
nahin.
Tanbeeh:
Juma’aur Eidain ki namaz mein sahw hua, aur hujum zyada hai to behtar ye
hai ki sajda e sahw na kare.
Salatut-Tasbeeh
Salatut-tasbeeh ki fazilat:
Is namaz ko salatut-tasbeeh isliye kehte hain ki ismein har rak’at mein 75 bar
tasbeeh padhi jati hai, is namaz mein be-inteha sawab hai, Ulama e Kiram
Ridwanullahi Ta’ala Alaihim farmate hain ki is namaz ki azmat o buzurgi
sunne ke ba’d koi deendar musalman isko chhod hi nahin sakta, agar koi isko
nahin padhta to wo deen ke muamle mein bahut susti aur kaahili karne wala
hoga.
Hadith:
Hadith Sharif mein hai ki Huzur E Akram Sayyid E Aalam SallAllahu Ta’ala
Alaihi wa Sallam ne apne chacha Hazrat e Abbas Radi Allahu Ta’ala Anhu se
ek roz irshad farmaya ki:
“ 10 khaslatein aisi hain ki jab aap inko karein to Allah Ta’ala aap ke agle
pichhle chhote bade,naye puraane poshida zaahir sab gunah bakhsh dega,
bhool kar kiya ho ya jaan-bujh kar kiya ho.”

Salatut-Tasbeeh ka tareeqa
Tirmizi Sharif mein Hazrat e Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mubarak Radi Allahu
Ta’ala Anhu ki riwayat mein Salatut-tasbeeh ka jo tareeqa mazkur hai wo ye
hai ki sab se pehle 4 rak’at Salatut-tasbeeh ki niyat karke Takbir E Tahreema
“Allahu Akbar” keh kar hasbe dastoor hath bandh le phir “Sub’hanaka
Allahumma wa bihamdika wa tabaarakas-muka wa ta’ala jadduka wala ilaha
ghairuka” padhe phir ye tasbeeh “Sub’han Allahi walhamdulillahi wala ilaha
illal-lahu wallahu akbar” 15 bar padhe, iske ba’d auzubillah phir bismillah aur
Alhamd sharif aur koi surah padh kar 10 bar yahi tasbeeh padhe phir ruku
kare, ruku mein “Sub’hana Rabbiyal Azeem” 3 martaba padhne ke ba’d 10 bar,
phir ruku se sar utha kar jab khada ho 10 bar,phir sajde mein jakar “Sub’hana
Rabbiyal A’la” ke ba’d 10 bar, phir sajde se sar utha kar jab baithe us waqt 10
bar, phir dusra sajda kare ismein bhi 10 bar yahi tasbeeh padhe, yunhi 4
ra’kat padhe, is tarah har rak’at mein mein 75 aur charon mein 300 tasbeeh
huyi.
Mas’ala:
Pehli rak’at puri karne ke ba’d jab dusri rak’at ke liye khada ho to pehle 15 bar
isi tasbeeh ko padhe phir bismillah ke ba’d alhamd waghaira hasbe saabiq
padh kar dusri rak’at puri kar ke qa’dah e ula kare, qa’dah e ula mein
attahiyyaat aur durood sharif waghaira padhe aur salam phere baghair teesri
rak’at ke liye khada ho jaye, ab teesri rak’at mein pehle sana padhe, phir
tasbeeh 15 bar padhe iske ba’d auzubillah, bismillah waghaira hasbe saabiq
ma’ tasbeeh padh kar 4 rak’at puri karke salam phere.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ko salatut-tasbeeh mein sajda e sahw wajib hua to sahw ke dono
sajdon mein ye tasbeeh na padhi jayegi.

Agar kisi jagah tasbeeh padhna bhool gaya, ya 10 se kam padhi to iske ba’d
dusri jagah padh le ki tasbeeh ki ta’dad puri ho jaye aur behtar ye hai ki jab is
ke ba’d tasbeeh padhne ka dusra mauqa aaye wahin padh le jaise qayaam ki
tasbeeh ruku mein padhe magar ruku ki tasbeeh qauma mein na padhe sajde
mein padhe kyunki qauma ki miqdar thodi hoti hai yunhi pehle sajda mein
bhoola to jalsa mein nahin balki dusre sajda mein kahe bahr soorat is par
sajda e sahw nahin.
Muqtadiyon ke qismein:
Imam ke pichhe namaz padhne wale kayi tarah ke hote hain, muqtadiyon ki
pehli qism un logon ki hai jo imam ke sath pehli rak’at se aakhir tak jama’at
mein shareek rahe aise muqtadiyon ko “Mudrik” kehte hain. Dusri qism un
logon ki hai jo pehli rak’at ke ruku ke ba’d imam ke sath jama’at mein aakar
shaamil huye aur aakhir tak rahe aise muqtadiyon ko “Masbooq” kehte hain.
Teesri qism un logon ki hai jo awwal aur aakhir imam ke sath namaz mein
shareek hon aur bich ki ek do rak’at kisi uzr se chhut gayi maslan kisi ka wazu
tut gaya aur wazu karne mein isko itni der ho gayi ke imam ne ek do rak’at
padh li, phir aakar wo imam ke sath baqiya namaz mein shareek hua aise
muqtadi ko “Laahiq” kehte hain. Chauthi qism aise muqtadi ki hai jo ek rak’at
ke ba’d imam ke sath namaz mein shaamil huye phir wazu tutne ki wajah se
wo wazu karne chala gaya, jab wazu karke aaya to imam ek do rak’at padh
chuka tha, phir usne baqi namaz imam ke sath padhi, aise muqtadi ko
“Masbooq e Laahiq” kehte hain. Masbooq, Laahiq aur Mudrik ya’ni imam ke
sath puri namaz mein shareek rehne wale aur awwal ta aakhir jama’at mein
shareek na rehne wale muqtadiyon ke darmiyaan sajda e sahw ke masail mein
thoda bahut farq hai isliye isko alag bayaan kar diya gaya hai.
Mas’ala:
Masbooq imam ke sath sajda e sahw kare khwah imam ko sahw iske namaz
mein shareek hone se pehle ya ba’d mein hua ho, aur agar imam ke sath sajda
e sahw nahin kiya aur apni chhuti hui namaz padhne khada ho gaya to aakhir
mein sajda e sahw kare namaz ho jayegi, aur agar is masbooq se iski chhuti

hui namaz mein sahw ho gaya to aakhir mein jo sajda e sahw karega wo donon
ke liye kaafi hai.
Mas’ala:
Jab imam sajda e sahw ke liye salam phere to masbooq salam na phere sirf
sajda e sahw imam ke sath kare, agar jaan bujh kar salam pherega to namaz
jati rahegi, aur agar bhool kar phera aur iska salam bila waqfa imam ke sath
pura hua to is par dobara sajda e sahw nahin aur agar kuchh der karke phera
to khade hone ke ba’d apni namaz puri karke dobara sajda e sahw kare.
Masbooq ne Imam ke sath dono taraf salam pher diya phir yaad aaya:
Mas’ala:
Kisi masbooq ne bhool kar imam ke sath dono taraf salam pher diya, phir kisi
ke yaad dilane par fauran khada ho gaya to iski namaz faasid ho gayi, aur agar
kuchh der thehar kar ya khud yaad aane par khada hua to iski namaz ho
jayegi, magar is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.

Masbooq ne apni chhuti hui rak’aton mein bhool kar koi wajib tark kar diya to
is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Mas’ala:
Kisi ko Maghrib ki namaz Imam ke sath ek rak’at mili aur 2 rak’atein chhut
gayi to Imam ke salam pherne ke ba’d apni 2 rak’atein is tarah puri kare ki

dono rak’aton ke darmiyan qa’dah e ula nahin kiya, to is par sajda e sahw
wajib hai aur agar sajda e sahw nahin kiya to namaz dobara padhni zaruri hai.
Masbooq Imam ke sajda e sahw karne ke ba’d jama’at mein shaamil hua:
Mas’ala:
Kisi Imam par sajda e sahw wajib tha usne qa’dah e akhirah mein sajda e sahw
kar liya iske ba’d attahiyyaat padhne ki haalat mein kisi masbooq ne Imam ki
iqteda ki ye iqteda durust aur sahi hai aur ba’d mein iske zimme sajda e sahw
nahin.
Mas’ala:
Imam par sajda e sahw wajib tha is liye usne sajda e sahw kiya, jab dusre
sajde mein tha us waqt kisi ne aakar Imam ki iqteda ki ya’ni sajde mein imam
ke sath shaamil hua to pehle sajde ki qaza us masbooq ke zimme nahin.
Mas’ala:
Imam par sajda e sahw tha us ne sajda e sahw ke liye salam phera masbooq ne
isko namaz ka aakhri salam samajh liya aur apni chhuti hui namaz ada karne
ke liye khada ho gaya aur Imam ke sath sajda e sahw nahin kiya to masbooq
se sajda e sahw saaqit nahin hoga, isko akhir mein sajda e sahw karna zaruri
hai.
Imam ne salam pher kar kuchh der ba’d sajda e sahw kiya to masbooq kya
kare:
Mas’ala:
Kisi Imam par sajda e sahw wajib tha aur use yaad na raha aur dono taraf
aakhri salam pher diya aur masbooq apni chhuti hui namaz padhne ke liye

wajib tha lihaza fauran sajda e sahw mein chala gaya to is soorat mein
masbooq ko chahiye ki agar isne is rak’at ka abhi sajda nahin kiya hai to laut
aaye aur imam ke sath sajda e sahw kare, phir jab imam aakhri salam phere to
ye apni baqiya namaz puri kare aur is darmiyan mein masbooq ne jo qayaam,
qira’at aur ruku ada kiya hai inka shumaar nahin kiya jayega, sab ka la’dam
qarar payenge aur agar laut kar imam ke sath sajda e sahw nahin kiya jab bhi
iski namaz durust ho jayegi magar is soorat mein is par akhir mein sajda e
sahw karna wajib hoga albatta masbooq ne agar is raka’t ka sajda kar liya hai
to na laute agar lautega to iski namaz faasid ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Masbooq ne Imam ke sath sajda e sahw kiya phir apni chhuti hui namaz jab
padh raha tha ismein koi sahw ho gaya to dobara akhir mein is par sajda e
sahw karna wajib hai.
Masbooq ne bhool kar salam pher diya aur dua bhi maang li phir yaad
aaya:

Masbooq ne bhool kar Imam ke sath salam pher diya phir hath utha kar Arabi
mein dua bhi maang li phir use yaad aaya ki mujhe kuchh rak’at padhni baqi
hai aur dua ke alawa koi baat chit manafi e namaz chiz nahin payi gayi to
fauran khada ho jaye aur chhuti hui namaz puri kare aur aakhir mein sajda e
sahw kare namaz ho jayegi.
Mas’ala:
Koi shakhs Maghrib ki namaz mein imam ke sath aakhari qa’dah mein shareek
hua aur usko ilm bhi hai ki qa’dah e akhirah hai magar imam ko shak ho gaya
ki shayad ye qa’dah e ula hai, isliye imam ek rak’at aur padhne ke liye khada

ho gaya to masbooq agar is zayed rak’at mein imam ke sath shareek ho gaya to
iski namaz faasid ho jayegi.
Is soorat mein masbooq ko apni chhuti hui namaz puri karne ke liye khade ho
jana chahiye.

Masbooq ne qa’dah e akhirah mein imam ke sath durood sharif padh liya:

Imam dahini taraf salam pherne wala tha ki masbooq aakar imam ke sath
qa’dah mein shaamil hua to imam ke salam pherte hi fauran khada na ho balki
puri attahiyyaat padh kar uthe.
Tanbeeh:
Agar takbir e tahreema keh kar khada hi tha ya baithne ja raha tha ki imam ne
“As-salam” ka lafz keh diya to uski ye namaz na hogi alag se padhe.

Mas’ala:
Agar koi imam ke pehle salam pherte waqt shareek hua ya’ni “as-salam” ki
“meem” ke ba’d aur “alaykum wa rahmatullah” se pehle shareek hua to iqteda
sahi na hui kyunki salam ki “meem” par namaz khatm ho jati hai is liye wo
shakhs apni namaz alheda padhe aur dobara takbir e tahreema bhi kare.
Mas’ala:
Ramzan sharif mein agar koi witr ki namaz mein teesri rak’at mein shareek
hua aur teesri rak’at pa li, ya ruku mein shareek hua hai to dono sooraton
mein ise ba’d mein dua e qunoot padhne ki zarurat nahin aur agar ruku ke
ba’d shareek hua to akhir mein dua e qunoot padhe.
Mas’ala:
Masbooq ke liye ye hukm hai ki jab wo apni chhuti huyi rak’at padhne ke liye
khada ho to us waqt sana padhe, jis waqt jama’at mein shareek hua hai agar
imam buland awaaz se qira’at kar raha hai to sana na padhe aur agar aahista
padh raha hai to padh sakta hai aur agar ruku ya sajda mein shareek ho aur
mauqa hai to takbir e tahreema ke ba’d hi padh lena chahiye.
Imam musafir hai aur masbooq muqeem to baqiya namaz kis tarah padhe?
Mas’ala:
Imam musafir hai aur muqeem 4 rak’at wali namaz mein imam ke sath us
waqt shareek hua jab ki imam ki ek rak’at ho chuki thi to muqeem masbooq
imam ke sath ek rak’at padh kar imam ke sath baithega, imam ke salam ke
ba’d khada hokar apni 3 rak’at chhuti hui namaz ko is tarah ada kare ki pehli
rak’at bila qira’at khaamosh ada kare, aur ruku o sajda karke qa’dah kare phir
attahiyyaat padh kar khada ho jaye aur dusri rak’at bhi bila qira’at khaamosh

ada kare, ruku o sajda kare, is rak’at mein bhi qa’dah kare aur attahiyyaat
padh kar teesri rak’at ke liye khada ho to ab teesri mein fatiha padh kar surah
milaye aur ruku o sajda karke qa’dah e akhirah kare.
Is qa’dah mein attahiyyaat ke ba’d durood sharif aur dua e masura padhe phir
salam phere, is tarah chaaron rak’at ke ba’d qa’dah karna hai, in mein 3 pehle
qa’de wajib hain, chautha farz hai, lihaza teenon mein se agar ek bhi bhoole se
chhut gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hoga, aur agar qasdan chhoda to namaz
dobara padhni padegi, agarche chautha qa’dah chhut gaya khwah qasdan
khwah bhool kar to bahar-haal namaz faasid ho gayi dobara padhni farz hai,
yunhi maghrib ki namaz mein koi shakhs teesri rak’at mein shareek hua to
imam ke salam ke ba’d jab apni chhuti hui padhega to pehli rak’at par qa’dah
karega phir dusri rak’at par qa’dah e akhirah karega aur salam pherega, is
mein bhi teen rak’atein aur teen qa’ade huye, in mein qa’dah e akhirah farz hai
aur 2 pehle wale wajib hain, in dono mein se ek imam ka sath ada kar liya hai
in mein se agar dusra qa’dah bhool gaya to sajda e sahw wajib hai, aur teesra
bhoola to namaz lautani padegi.
Mas’ala:
Kisi muqeem ne 4 rak’at wali namaz aise imam ke peeche padhi jo musafir hai
to imam ke salam pherne ka ba’d jab ye apni rak’at padhne ke liye khada ho to
dono rak’aton ko bila qira’at khaamosh ada kare jaise imam ke peechhe
khaamosh khada rahta hai aur agar isko apni chhuti hui namaz mein sahw ho
gaya to is par sajda e sahw wajib hai jaise masbooq par, aur agar is ko ek
rak’at mili hai to apni 3 rak’atein padhte waqt pehli 2 rak’at bila qira’at
khaamosh ada kare aur aakhri rak’at qira’at ke sath ada kare.
Mas’ala:
Laahiq jo ke awwal o aakhir imam ke sath namaz mein shareek raha magar
wazu tutne ki wajah se bich ki ek do rak’atein iski chhut gayi hon, to aise
shakhs ke liye hukm ye hai ki wo imam ke sath sajda e sahw na kare, imam
jab tak sajda e sahw aur salam mein mashgul rahe wo chup chap qa’de ki
haalat mein baitha rahe, jab apni chhuti hui namaz ada kare to akhir mein

sajda e sahw kare, agar imam ke sath sajda e sahw kar liya to phir akhir mein
dobara sajda e sahw kare warna namaz na hogi.

Mas’ala:
Ek shakhs imam ke sath pehli rak’at se shareek raha bich mein iska wazu tut
gaya wo fauran wazu karne ke liye gaya, jab wazu karke aaya aur imam us
waqt teesri rak’at ya qa’dah e akhirah mein hai to wo pehle apni chhuti hui
namaz ko puri karega aur ismein qira’at nahin karega khaamosh rahega, phir
agar imam ki namaz khatm nahin hoti hai to imam ke sath namaz mein
shareek hokar baqiya arkaan purey kare, agar wo imam ke sath apni chhuti
hui namaz ko ada kiye baghair shaamil ho gaya to imam ke salam pherne ke
ba’d apni chhuti hui rak’at bila-qira’at puri kare iski namaz ho jayegi.
Laahiq ko wazu ke waqt shak hua aur kuchh der sochta hua thehra raha:
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ko namaz mein hadas hua ya’ni wazu tut gaya aur wazu karne ke liye
gaya, jaane ke ba’d usko shak hua ki wazu tuta hai ya nahin, isi soch mein der
tak thehra raha phir wazu kiya, is par sajda e sahw wajib hai.
Ta’deel e arkaan:
Bahut se log namaz padhte waqt ta’deel e arkaan ka bilkul khayaal nahin
rakhte, ruku aur sajda waghaira mein bahut jaldbaazi karte hain, niyat
baandhte der nahin hoti ke fauran ruku mein chale gaye, ruku mein jate der

nahin lagi jhat se sar utha liya, abhi seedhe khade bhi na huye ke sajde mein
sar de maara, sajde se baalisht bhar sar uthaya nahin dusre sajde mein chale
gaye, Al-‘ayaz billahi ta’ala.
Is tarah se padhi hui namazein akaarat aur barbaad ho gayi, un par sawaab ki
ummeed rakhna ‘abas hai, balki is tarah namaz padhna sakht mahroomi aur
gunaah hai, aise namazi ko hadees e pak mein Huzur Sayyid E Aalam
SallAllahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Sallam ne namaz ka chor farmaya hai. Is liye
musalmano ko chahiye ki is tarah apni namazon ko barbaad na karein aur
ta’deel e arkaan ko sahi dhang se ada karne ki aadat dalein.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ka ta’deel e arkaan bhool kar chhut gaya to is par sajda e sahw wajib
hai.
Mas’ala:
Agar kisi ne jaldi jaldi namaz padhne ki aadat bana li hai ke ta’deel e arkaan
ada nahin hota ya jaan-bujh kar ta’deel e arkaan ko ada nahin karta to in
dono sooraton mein namaz wajib ul ‘iadah hai, ya’ni namaz lautani padegi.

Aye Allah! Hum Teri hi ibadat karein aur Tujhi se madad chahein, humein
seedha raasta chala, un logon ka raasta jin par Tu ne ehsaan farmaya, na
(unka raasta) jin par Tera ghazab hua aur na gumraahon ka.
Ta’meen: Ya’ni Aameen kehna, iska matlab ye hai ki Aye Allah! Humari dua
qubool farma.
Zamm e surah: Ya’ni Alhamd Sharif aur aameen waghaira ke ba’d koi surah
milana ya kisi surah mein se 3 chhoti aayat ki miqdar ya zyada padhna.
Takbir e jalsa: pehle sajde se sar uthate huye “Allahu Akbar” kehna
Qa’dah e ula: 4 rak’at aur 3 rak’at wali namaz mein 2 raka’t ke ba’d itni der
baithna ke puri attahiyyaat padhi ja sake, ise qa’dah e ula kehte hain. Qa’dah
e ula wajib hai.

Tarjuma: Tamam jaani maali aur badani ibadatein aur namazein aur jumla
pakeezgiyaan ALLAH ke liye hain. Salam ho Aap par Aye Nabi aur ALLAH ki
rehmatein aur barkatein Aap par naazil hon salam ho hum par aur ALLAH ke
nek bandon par, main gawahi deta hoon ki ALLAH ke siwa koi Ma’bud nahin
aur gawahi deta hoon main ke Muhammad SallAllahu Alaihi wa Sallam Uske
barguzeeda bande aur Rasool hain.
Qa’dah e akhirah:
4 rak’at wali namaz mein 4 ke ba’d, 3 wali mein 3 ke ba’d aur 2 wali mein 2
rak’at ke ba’d Attahiyyaat padhne ki miqdar baithna qa’dah e akhira kehlata
hai. Qa’dah e akhirah farz hai. Qa’dah e akhirah mein attahiyyaat padhna
wajib hai aur uske ba’d durood sharif aur dua e masura padhna sunnat hai.

Aye ALLAH! barkat naazil farma sayyadina Muhammadur Rasoolullah par aur
Aap ki aal par jaisa ki Tu ne barkat naazil farmayi hai Sayyadina Ibrahim
Alaihis Salam aur unki ki aal par beshak Tu saraha hua buzurgi wala hai.
Dua e Ma’sura:
Ya’ni wo duayein jin ka zikr ahadees mein aaya hai in mein se kuchh yahan
zikr ki jati hain.

Aye Allah! bakhsh de mujh ko aur mere maa – baap ko aur usko jo paida hua
aur tamam iman wale mardon aur auraton ko aur tamam musalman mardon
aur auraton ko aur jo in mein se zinda hain aur jo mar chuke, beshak Tu
duaon ko qubool karne wala hai Apni rahmat se Aye sab meherbaano se zyada
meherbaan.
2] Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kaseeraw wala yaghfiruz zunuba illa
anta fagh-firli magh-firtam min indika warhamni innaka antal ghafoorur
raheem.
Tarjuma:
Aye Allah! maine apni jaan par zulm kiya aur beshak Tere siwa gunahon ka
bakhshne wala koi nahin hai Tu apni taraf se meri maghfirat farma de aur
mujh par raham kar beshak Tu hi bakhshne wala meherbaan hai.
Tarjuma:
Aye Allah! Main Teri panaah maangta hoon qabr ke azaab se aur Teri panaah
maangta hoon kaane dajjaal ke fitne se aur Teri panaah maangta hoon zindagi
aur maut ke fitne se.

Aye Allah! Teri panaah maangta hoon gunaahon se aur tawaan se aur Teri
panaah maangta hoon qarz ke ghalbe aur logon ke qahr se.
Tarjuma: Aye Allah! Aye humare Rabb! Hum ko duniya o aakhirat mein
bhalaiyaan ata farma aur hum ko jahannam ke azaab se bacha le.
Tarjuma: Tum sab par salamati ho aur Allah ki rehmatein naazil hon.
