Application Installation Details: -


The following section explain step to install Bajaj FCR application in the device first time.

User will get the update for


application through email and
can download the apk from
the email and install it after
the uninstallation of
previously installed version of
Bajaj FCR application. Once
the download is complete it
will ask for the installation.
Make sure you have
uninstalled the previous
version of Bajaj application.

Login Activity: -
Once the installation is complete it will ask the user to login

Click here to login. User can


choose the appropriate
language through the select
language option. After entering
the login credentials which is
shared by Bajaj FCR team, user
needs to click on login button,
now wait until it sync the data
(this may take some time).

Home Screen: -
Once the login is done successfully, user will move to the home screen.

Home screen contains multiple


option like failure register, complain
register, support ticket generate,
support ticket details, data sync and
application menu. Application menu
contains Language selection, setting
for apk update availability and
common message.

Failure Register: -
This activity is designed to report a failure. If there is any failure user can report it by selecting the
option for failure form on the home screen as shown in figure 4.

regarding failure as shown
in figure 5.

User need to fill all the necessary


details and can also attach image or
audio regarding failure. Attach
option is given at the bottom left
corner of the form. When user clicks
on the attach button a popup
window will available to the user
with options for attaching audio or
image as shown in figure 6.

Click here to attach image. When


user clicks on the camera option,
camera of the device will start
through which user can take the
images. Image can be selected
from gallery also.

Click here to attach audio. Another


option is recording, when user clicks on
the recording option a new popup
screen will be shown to the user with
the option of recording the audio.
After that the user can attach the
audio through the attach option as
shown figure 7

Check the recorded audio

User need to click on the start


recording option for recording
the audio. Once the audio
record is complete user can
stop it and check the audio
through the play recording
option.

Click here to submit the details. After


completing the attachment process user
can save the failure form by clicking the
save&mail button at the bottom of the
failure form.

failure. Once the details submitted
user can check the registered failure
through the failure number. This
option is given on the home screen as
shown in figure 8. When user clicks on
that button a new window will open.

Failure Details. In that the user


needs to fill the details along with
the failure number. After filling all
the details user needs to click the
search button. If there is any failure
registered, it will be displayed to the
user.

Complaint Register: -
As explained above for the failure, in the same way user can register any complain also. Complaint
register option is available on the home screen as depicted in the figure 9.

open. This window will show
the form to fill all the details
regarding the complaint.

After completing the attachment process (If any) user needs to click on the save button to submit
the details.

Click here to attach audio or image.

As depicted in figure 10, user can attach Image or


audio regarding the complaint through the attach
button. When user clicks on the attach button a new
window will open with two options. One is to attach
the image and another is to attach the audio as
depicted in figure 6. When user clicks on the camera
button it will start the device camera through which
user can capture the image and it will get attached.
When user clicks on the recording button a new

recording, play recording and attach as shown in
figure no.7. User can record the audio after clicking
the start recording button. After recording audio
user needs to attach the audio by clicking on the
attach button.

User can search the registered


complain details through the search
option provided on the home screen
as shown in the figure no. 12. When
user clicks on the complaint search
button a new screen will opened.

Complaint Details. This screen


contains the option of searching a
registered complaint by entering
some details as shown in the figure
13. When user fill all the required
information and clicks on the
search button, details regarding
that particular complaint will the
shown to the user.

Update Notification: -

Update Notification.

After the installation and login


process, if there is any update
available in future user will
receive a notification for the
update and the updated
application package will
download to the device. Once the
download is complete it will ask
the user for installation as shown
in figure 14.

User can install the updated application instantly or it can be installed later also. For installing it later
user need to click on the three dots on top right corner of the home screen as shown in figure 15.

When user click on menu button a


list of options will appear, which
contains multiple option like change
language, settings, report bug, etc.

Click here for update.

To update the application user


need to click on settings as
shown in figure 16.

When user clicks on setting a new screen will appear with the option of a new APK available as
shown in the below given diagram (if any update for the application is available).

Click Here To Download the Update.

Click on that button (A New Update Is


Available) for downloading the apk. If
the apk is already downloaded it will
ask the user for the installation,
otherwise first it will download the
application and then ask for the
installation.

CommonMessage: -
User can see all the received messages other than support ticket reply and common message by
clicking on the common message option as shown in the figure 18.

Click Here To View Notifications.

Notification’s, which the user will


receive other than the support ticket
and update are available to the user
also in menu. To see these
notifications click on menu, inside
menu click on common message. A
new screen will appear, which
contains all the notification stored in
a list format.

Messages Details.

When user clicks on the common


message button a new window will
open which show all the messages
received in list format as shown in
figure 19.

Support Ticket: -
User can request a support query by clicking the Support button at the bottom of the home screen
as shown in figure no. 20.

Click here for support query.

When user clicks on the support button


a new popup window will appear with
the option of writing the support query
and send as depicted in the figure no.
21. User needs to write the support
query in the provided text box and click
send button to send the query.

query. Once the support
query is sent, user can see the
details of the support ticket by
clicking on the support details
button available on the home
screen as shown in the figure

When user click on that button a new


screen will open which contains the
summery of all the support queries as
shown in the figure 23. This screen
contains a list view with the ticket
number status and details button.

Click here for support details.

User can see the details for a particular


support by clicking the details button.
When user clicks on the details button
a new popup window will open as
depicted in the figure 24. Reply for that
particular support will also be shown
on this popup window.

If there is any reply for support ticket, User will receive a notification regarding that. Notification
information for support ticket information will be shown to the user on the support ticket details
button on the home screen as shown in the figure 22.

Sync Activity: -

Click here to sync the data

It may be possible that at the time of


generating any complaint or failure or
support ticket internet in the user
device is not working properly. In such
situation’s all the details get saved to
the user device and through the sync
button it can be sent to the server.
Sync button is available on the home
screen as depicted in the figure 25.
User need to click on the sync button
