Login Activity: -
Once the installation is complete it will ask the user to login

Once the login is done successfully, user will move to the home screen.

Failure Register: -
This activity is designed to report a failure. If there is any failure user can report it by selecting the
option for failure form on the home screen as shown in figure 4.

Complaint Register: -
As explained above for the failure, in the same way user can register any complain also. Complaint
register option is available on the home screen as depicted in the figure 9.

After completing the attachment process (If any) user needs to click on the save button to submit
the details.

Update Notification: -
Update Notification.

User can install the updated application instantly or it can be installed later also. For installing it later
user need to click on the three dots on top right corner of the home screen as shown in figure 15.

When user clicks on setting a new screen will appear with the option of a new APK available as
shown in the below given diagram (if any update for the application is available).

CommonMessage: -
User can see all the received messages other than support ticket reply and common message by
clicking on the common message option as shown in the figure 18.

Support Ticket: -
User can request a support query by clicking the Support button at the bottom of the home screen
as shown in figure no. 20.

If there is any reply for support ticket, User will receive a notification regarding that. Notification
information for support ticket information will be shown to the user on the support ticket details
button on the home screen as shown in the figure 22.
