DESIGN OF DE SCALE VALVE
De scale valve are used to supply high pressure water for remove the
scaling from sheet surface in header. The size of D-scale valve is depends on size
of the outlet valve as well as depends on how much capacity of pressure supply to
the header. For example , 40 bar pressure will use 1.5 inch size of valve and 50 bar
pressure will use 2 inch valve size .If pressure increase , thickness of valve also
increase but OD will be constant .
Test : Hydro test.

DESIGN OF CHECK VALVE :

These kind of valve are used to stop return water .This also know as Non return
valve .It will help to avoid back water pressure on the pump at the time of sudden
motor stop .So this will help to durability of motor.
