I have a
cough and I
don’t feel
well.

If you have a cough, you have to loosen any clothing; the person must
administer any prescription medication (such as an asthma inhaler or home
oxygen). You should call your doctor; when sitting make circles with your ankles
and raise and lower your heels, toes and knees to increase blood flow in the
legs. Blood clots can break off and lodge in the lungs. If traveling by car, stop
and walk around regularly.

And you shouldn’t eat or drink; shouldn’t move too; shouldn’t put a pillow under
her head; shouldn’t wait to get medical help.
I feel very
tired all the
time.

If you feel tired, you should sleep at least eight hours a day, you should get
exercise regularly, you should drink water eight times a day, you should rest on

If you have fever and headache, you should get medical attention for headache
with fever; you should ask the doctor about antiviral medications for fever and
headache, you should apply cloths fresh water on the forehead, and change in

I have a sore
throat.
