I.OBJECTIVES: Given the lesson on the 5S in Housekeeping, the learners shall be able
to:

eliminated/removed may it be in their respective homes or in any place.
iii. The learners will also be asked about their own experiences in applying
5S in their lives.
c. Mechanics:
i. The learners will break down into three groups and each group will be
provided with a kitchen illustration.
iii. The learners will closely observe as the teacher guides them in placing
the correct placement of the items or object in the kitchen.
iv. The learners will be asked questions that will strengthen their
understanding of the concept they have just learned.

Through the use of 5S in Housekeeping, the learners will independently create
a list of unwanted or cluttered things that will be eliminated on the boxes that
will be posted on the board.
V. ASSIGNMENT:
Check the different areas in your house as soon as you arrived home later.
Photograph the areas that needs to be sorted, arranged, cleaned,
standardized and disciplined. After that, apply the 5s in Housekeeping to those
areas. Photograph the areas that are already cleaned. Print and labeled as
“Before” and “After”.
