Status of Action Plan/Reporting of
Accomplishment of each coordinators,---all in
hands of teachers collated for records and files
purposes--- are supposedly carried out and
signified in fluid documentation contained in
typified form/s. For such, it is then, imperative
that the prepared forms, to serve the needs of the
teachers, must be properly and carefully
assessed, that a workshop is essentially relevant.

Treated and credited as future references, these

filled out forms and moreover, their contents
intend to post and feature either dramatic or
drastic changes in the anecdotal experiences of
both the teachers and their wards (pupils), the
wardship of which,, seeks to indemnify the lacks,
and lapses of/in the past by the present/current
genre defeating what was known to be “promise
turned premise”.

Assessment of OPCRF/IPCRF is the gateway

towards a well-defined mechanism to increase
the degree of success manage profiling the
visionary accounts of development of profession
and wardship of teachers as a way towards
holistic development.
Link to the Next Topic: December 2017 is focused on the Gender –
Sensitivity Training for all teachers that would
require their religious recording of observations,
experiences and eventual evaluation among their
wards/pupils. It is appropriate then, for them to
fully address the due information thence input,
through the most factual and truthful
methodology. Competence in the nature of
precise recording if not in the manner of putting
in the customary preservation of data of most
important accounts and vital information is
heightened with the application of a well-
assessed Office/Individual Performance
Commitment and Review Form
(OPCRF/IPCRF).

A. Well-accomplish theOffice/Individual
Performance Commitment and Review
