event logging and fault wave record function. All events related to safe operation of power
system can be recorded. The time resolution is less than 2ms. 64 online record of events do
not lost if power failure. It is facilitate to analyze the cause of failure and diagnose equipment
defect.
The user can according to the operation needs, can be set on/off of fault recording
function, as long as the event occurs, the fault recorder can automatically record the
occurrence of complete real current, switch status information before and after the event,
Recording density of 12 points per cycle,, the record length up to 32 cycles, background
monitoring system to analyze the upload.

1、The binary input circuit can use the external DC220V strong electric mode, strong anti disturbance
capacity. In the case of the external AC power supply, can also be used as the power supply of binary
inputs is DC24V by the device self-produced.
2. The device ground terminal should be reliably grounded.
3. The operation circuit within the device uses a DC power supply. AC operations do not use the
operating circuit within the device.

Inverse time limit overcurrent protection is when any one phase of the A, B, C phase current is larger
than that of inverse time limit start value, device export according to inverse time limit overcurrent output
matrix.
Inverse time limit overcurrent protection is set by adopting one of the following four criteria
characteristic equations.
0.14
Ordinary inverse time: t p (1)
( I / I p ) 0.02 1
13.5 (2)
Particular inverse time: t p
(I / I p ) 1
Extreme inverse time: t
80
p (3)
(I / I p )2 1
Long inverse time: t
120
p (4)
(I / I p ) 1
In these equations, Ip is the starting current setting of inverse time limit overcurrent protection; τp is
the overcurrent time constant of inverse time limit overcurrent protection.
5.1.3 Zero sequence overcurrent protection with directional locking
Grounding via resistance: zero sequence voltage locking and directional locking are optional, the
sensitive angle is -180°(zero sequence current phase angle lead zero sequence voltage phage angle)
Ungrounding:the zero sequence current is directly collected from the low current signal of the special
zero sequence CT. zero sequence voltage locking and directional locking are optional, the sensitive angle is
90°(zero sequence current phase angle lag zero sequence voltage phase angle)

9.4.11 Post-acceleration verification
Connect wire as Figure 9-6, with definite-time over-current acceleration as an example. If the
definite-time over-current setting for 6A, definite-time over-current delay setting for 0.5S, the delay
setting of definite-time over-current acceleration for 0S, put in definite-time over-current protection,
select signal 1, relay output 1 in the definite-time over-current acceleration output matrix
The DC220V is added between the terminals A07-A06, imitate circuit breaker closing (hand
closing, remote closing or reclosing), then input the fault current, post-acceleration should be
operated. inspect the protection signal 1 (terminals B01-B02) and the relay output 1(terminals
B07-B08) should be connected.

setting is set to 0.5Hz, the voltage difference locking synchronization setting is set to10V, the slip
locking synchronization setting is set to 0.5Hz/S, leading time angle is set to 15°, the breaker
inherent closing time is set to 0.1S, the synchronism checking allowed Maximum long time for 20S;
select signal 3, relay output 2 in the synchronization export matrix.

Disconnect terminals A07-A06 by the DC220V wire, imitate the breaker in open position.
No-voltage closing checking: input the UA, UL voltage with 57V, The DC220 is added
between the terminals A13-A06, simulating the manual closing starting synchronization,
with 0.1V step, reduce the UA or UL voltage to no-voltage setting, then synchronization
should operate.
Checking synchronization checking: input the UA, UL voltage with 57V, phase difference
is 30 °, the frequency of UA voltage is 50Hz, the frequency of UL voltage is 49.8Hz, The
DC220 is added between the terminals A13-A06, simulating manual starting
synchronization, after synchronization tracking, synchronization should operate, check
the two voltage phase difference is in the lead angle range at the closing moments.
After Synchronization action, check the synchronization output matrix definition signal and
relay contacts should be closed, The DC220V is added between the terminals A07-A06,simulating
circuit breaker in closing position, synchronization output relay will be return.
If the synchronization closing is not success in the allowed time period, device will report
"synchronization failure" in LCD.

Input the 57.7V three-phase symmetrical voltage to UA, UB, UC, and the phase difference is 120 °.
(UA is 0 °. UB is 240 °. UC is 120 °.) Disconnect any phase voltage. PT disconnection is reported after the
PT break delay. At the same time, the corresponding relay contacts (terminals B01-B03) of PT break matrix
are connected.
