Member referral process:

1. The candidate must directly apply online to open positions on the CGI career site.

2. A candidate applying to a position, must answer “Yes” to “Have you been referred by a CGI member?” and
provide your CGI email ID.

3. After the candidate completes the application, an automated email will be sent to you with a link to the Member
Referral validation survey.

4. You must complete the survey before an offer is made to the candidate. Reponses to the survey do not impact
bonus eligibility, unless you indicate that you did not refer the candidate.

5. The referral bonus eligibility will be reviewed after the candidate is hired and completes the probationary period,
as applicable.
