March 2019 – JULY 2016 – PROTECTION 1 - ADT SECURITY – Custom Homes Services – Provide security and surveillance
solutions for custom homeowners and small business owners; Work with builders and designers assisting them with providing their
clients with a seamless white glove customer service to support their goal in protecting their family and property.

AUGUST 2012 – Freelance Design Services – Provided interior design solutions at various levels for clients based on their
individual needs. Sample solutions – provide design drawings and product specifications to builders for their clients, provided design
drawings for client, assisted with product selections, procured products and deliver to the jobsite, where as clients own trades
completed the work. I provided a complete gut to studs solution from the dream stage to the enjoyment stage for clients’ master
suite, after completing their kitchen project.

Enhanced the experience of TGI Clients through the execution of a structured remodeling process that included
establishing a comprehensive project budget, creating a custom design concept and installable plans;
facilitating product selections/specifications and supporting the installation process, and post review;

Automated and redesigned the reporting process to integrate Continental’s Client Human Resource System
Supported CO regulatory/compliance efforts, to include Drug Abatement audits and New Hire Reporting.
Streamlined over 500 reports impacted by HRStream by redesigning reports, using MSAccess reporting tools; lead a matrix
team of Business Partners and technical staff to integrate HRStream and third party interfaces. Managed the
Passenger Revenue Accounting Team (PR/A), of business and technical staff.
Managed the EDS PR/A development team in CO’s Eticket project development and implementation efforts
Facilitated account level efforts in regard to improving staffing and moral issues. Contributed to account growth by delivering
new business and recommending cost savings targeting existing operations
OCTOBER 1994 – JANUARY 1994- Systems Engineer Manager, Canmax Retail Systems Inc. at EDS
Lead team in providing resolution of “C-Serve"( is a convenience store IT solution developed in C, UNIX,
XENIX, and DOS) production problems for installed customer sites, pilot sites and test labs.
Managed efforts for providing small customer base C-Serve Control product upgrades and new enhancements
· Provided direction for operational procedures, hardware resources, and software support for development lab and SE
development systems.

· Delivered the Pre-Account and Structured Programming (COBOL and COBOL II, CICS and
DB2) portions of the SED Technical Training curriculum. Delivered the DG Transition
Training to FAA personnel in New York and Oklahoma, in support of EDS/CORN project
· Provided SED Participants and Class Manager with timely and constructive feedback on
participants’ performance, in regards to individual and teamwork prospective.
· Applied creativity to the delivery of lectures to motivate participants and encourage
teamwork, classroom participation and participant shared learning.
· Fostered teamwork among the delivery team by providing assistance with grading
participant’s assignments, and conducting guest lectures.
· Developed Classroom Delivery Team (CDT) guidelines to enhance CDT team member’s
communication efforts, which result in positive training experiences for our participants.

JANUARY 1992 - FEBRUARY 1990 - Development Program Coordinator (DPC), Corporate Information Systems
. Developed the DPC role/responsibilities to solve an organizational problem; the attrition rate was
high during SED Technical Training, division loosing training investments funds.
· Enhanced SED Phase I business knowledge and set realistic expectations of SED Phase II,
technical training. Facilitated quarterly SED/CO-OP forums that exposed them to the highest
levels of EDS leadership. Conducted quarterly Phase II kick-off meetings to discuss technical topics and
any concerns regarding Phase II classroom training.
· Educated CIS leadership to provide consistent management of CIS Cooperative Education
students. Developed guidelines and worked closely with Co-ops’ management.
· Represented CIS in the SED Phase I Enrichment and Phase II Enhancement projects.
Acted as the liaison between CIS and Technical Development for SED internal transfer participant
· Provided support to EDS Campus Relations at the Texas A&M University Career Fair and local Job Fairs.

"Employee Care" and "Develop Superior Leadership" initiatives.
· Selected to represent CIS in the development of the "EDS Systems Engineer Career
Matrix". Communicated SE and management concerns regarding career growth, and played
a major role in implementing the matrix throughout EDS.
· Lead a team of SEs supporting the EDS Investments System, Cost Reporting System and
various tax systems by providing leadership and technical support.

JUNE 1998 -APRIL 1986 – Systems Engineer (SE), Corporate Information Systems
· Developed technical specifications for interfacing the UCCEL Fixed Assets System
with the McCormack and Dodge General Ledger.
· Played a major role in the development of the Fixed Assets On-Line System, and Automated
Sales Tax System by supporting every development phase of each system.
