LIMITED IN CHIKKABALLAPUR”

NEED FOR THE STUDY:

In this congested textile market, there are very few players who have really stood out. The
task of standing out although difficult is never impossible. Companies have may done many
different promotional strategies to draw an image in the minds of the Indian consumer and
make their brands stand out from the others.

In this context, Raymond’s deserves a special mention, the way bit portrays in the minds of
the Indian consumer is really unique. This is one of the main reasons why we chose to discuss
about a brand like Raymond. Elegance, feel and the emotional appeal are the main features of
this elite product. Raymond as well as know has had a very successful reach among its
viewer and this ad was quite a successful one. The soft background music, the various parts
of life accompanied by smiling faces made this as quite a range in the early part of the
millennium.

Because of its popularity we thought that should be easy asking the citizens of various age
group, and we were not wrong in assuming that. From the students to the businessmen to the
professional businessmen, Raymond place an integral part in their daily lives.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

Competition is also growing within the industry because of the large number of players
entering Indian market both from national and international levels. The changes in the
behaviour of consumer in turn have impact on the industry directly or indirectly. in order to
attract and retain customers, the company have to come up with various business strategy to
plan a successful business strategies is very much necessary to understand the factual
changing Pattern of purchaser performance.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY:

The report is about buyer fulfilment on Raymond’s wear and it helps us to know the client
satisfaction provided by Raymond’s. it also helps to know about the different strategies used
by Raymond’s in chikkaballapur. it also help us to know the demand of Raymond’s products
and changing needs of customer time to time.

OBJECTIVES:

 To study the factors of customer satisfaction in Raymond ltd.


 To analysis the relationship between customer and Raymond ltd.
 To know marketing strategies of Raymond that influences customer to buy their
products.
 To understand how Raymond brand is viewed the market.
 To know the competitive position of Raymond ltd.

SAMPLING:

For this study the data has been collected from 50 respondents in chikkaballapur and it was
convenient sampling. Respondents for the study are customers and consumers of Raymond’s
products.

SOURCES OF DATA:

Both primary data as well as secondary data are use in the study. Those data that are collected
for the first time is primary data that are collected from previously collected are secondary
data.

1. PRIMARY DATA: It will be collected from the candidates directly through


questionnaires.
2. SECONDARY DATA: It will be collected from internet, books and journals plan method
of analysis.
