THE QUALITY OF HEALTH SERVICES FOR JAMKESMAS IN SEI JANG HEALTH

PUBLIC SERVICE KECAMATAN BUKIT BESTARI TANJUNGPINANG CITY

Health Public Service was a beginning start for the held of health services.
Therefore, Health Public Service really have an important rules in build awareness
of peoples to have a healthy life which it was being part of human right as a civilians.
by this reason, Indonesia has made a social wellfare program named Jamkesmas or
health social insurance for people who have a low income and weak in economy.
Health Public Service is being corporated by Health Department have rules to held
the program of Jamkesmas. Health Public Service of Sei Jang is one of the Health
Public Service in Indonesia which has a responsibilities in held the program for
being success. In the progress of Jamkesmas service in health public service of Sei
Jang, there are always some problems happened in the held of health services of
Jamkesmas.

The purpose of this research are to know about the quality and the progress of
health services of Jamkesmas for Jamkesmas participants and also to know about the
obstacles which happened when the health service’s given to reach the goals of
services.

As a teoritical concept of service, it refers to all gain of necessary fulfill of

services’s receiver and the held of rule of laws. The purpose of public services is to
satisfied or suitable by the people’s want in generally.

In this research, the population and samples are those patient who have
participant of Jamkesmas’s identity where they come to health public service of Sei
Jang. In this research, it takes 84 people as the sample.

The conclusion of this research is the held of Jamkesmas Public services in

Health Public Service of Sei Jang was being held well, but more or less there’s also
happened some problems which have to fixed in order to get a better service in the
future.
In remains of there will be some problems will happened in held of health
service for the participants of Jamkesmas in Health Public Service of Sei Jang in
Capital City of Tanjungpinang, it’s very suggested to increasing the human resources
of Sei Jang Health Public Service, develop and complete the update equipment and
tools, and also give more update information continually to the people about the
Jamkesmas’s Program to avoid misunderstanding between the staff of Sei Jang
health Public Service which only given a bad paradigm about the health services for
the participants of Jamkemas in Sei Jang Health Public Service.
