Overview of Self Service Coins Deposit Machine

Self Service Coins Deposit Machine is a self-service machine that allows customers to
deposit coins into their saving or current account. It accepts up to 50 pieces of coins at one
time.

Steps to open and close the kiosk:

Step 1: Slide the key into the

keyhole and turn it clockwise.
Then leave the key there.

Steps to use Self Service Coins Deposit Machine:

1. To start, select your preferred language.

2. Key in your current/savings account number then press “Next” button.

3. Key in your phone number then press “Next” button

4. Deposit the coins at the coin deposit slot then press “Proceed” if there are no more
coins to deposit.

5. Check the account number and coins amount. Press “Confirm” once all the details
are confirmed.

6. Press Done and collect the transaction receipt. Keep the receipt and give it to the
staff at counter for the next step.

Steps to do Cut-off:

1. Double press or until password page come out at right up corner of the screen.

2. Then insert password and press Next

3. At the Admin page, there are 7 buttons. To do cut off, press on “Cut Off Report”
button. A Cut off report will be printed. Then press on “Dispense Coins” to dispense
the all coins or select the individual coin denomination.

4. Then press “Restart Application” to restart the apps or “Restart System” to restart the
kiosk.

When emptying your coins, please prepare your coin bags for collection. Coins will stop
dispensing when the cup is full. It will continue when cleared.

Steps to change paper printer

Step 1: Insert the paper roll on

the pin of the roll holder

!! Make sure the paper facing

upward like the figure shown

input mouth.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the receipt not printed?

A: When this happen, it’s mainly due to printer lost connection with USB. Action required:
Option 1: Off the main power labeled “Printer” and switch on back after 5 minutes. This will
cause previous receipts to be printed out.
Option 2: Unplug and re-plug USB labeled “Printer” from the PC. This will clear the printer
memory and re-connect the printer.

Q: What should I do if kiosk screen is dimmed?

A: Kiosk screen is dimmed mainly due to
Option 1: Check PC is it turn on or not. If not, press the On/Off button to switch on the PC.
Option 2: Check the main switch. Make sure the main switch is on.

Q: What should I do if kiosk button is disabled (grayed out)?

A: Button will be disable when kiosk loss connectivity with Coin Recycler.
Option 1: Unplug and re-plug USB labeled “Coin Recycler” from the PC. This will reset the
auto polling between device and application.

Error Code Description
CR01 Coin Recycler not connected.
CR02 Coin Recycler acceptor module error.
CR03 Coin Recycler dispenser module error.
CR04 Coin hoppers 90% full.
CR05 Coin hoppers error.
