Respected Sir,

Sub: Resignation from the post of Static Equipment Engineer.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I Tejas A. Shah, working as a Static Equipment Engineer
working with Libsys IT Service Pvt. Ltd. and deputed at L & T Technology Services from 11th Jan
2019 decided to resign from the post due to some of my personal reason and unavoidable conditions
due to which I will not be able to continue my duties.

I therefore request you to kindly consider my case and accept my resignation. I also request you to
relieve me from my duties on or before May 16th 2019.

I convey my sincere thanks to all my superiors for providing me ample supports and guidance to meet
my challenges during my tenure with the organization. I also convey my sincere thanks to all my
