This refers to our application for renewal of License To Opereate for REDSEA SEAFOOD
DELGHTS INC.

We would like to inform you that we were not able to submit a copy of Licensing Seminar
Certificate due to the following reason/s :

We were not yet enrolled on a schedule for licensing seminar.

In view of the above, we would like to request your consideration of accepting our
application. We Promise to enroll a licensing seminar by the nearest schedule we have for
Region 3 and submit a copy within (1) month from the date we received our licensing
seminar certificate. We fully understand that failure to do so will be a ground for revocation
of our LTO.
