5 Year Plan

My five year plan in five years I'm going to be 22 I feel like being 22 I'm still going

to be studying to be a registered nurse but I will have the job of a phlebotomist. After

High School I'm going to be going to Merced College for one year and then hopefully

transferring to a school in Modesto where the training to be a phlebotomist is a

six-month Process. In this year going to Merced College I'm going to be working

wherever they hire me and save up so I can pay the phlebotomist school. I'm

considering going to Merced College for a year as a break but still attending college so I

can save up money. I will hopefully be working at the Golden Valley Center or maybe

even Mercy Hospital with this job I'm going to be saving up more money so I can enter

the registered nurse program here in Merced College.

At 22 I am going to be hopefully in the registered nurse program getting ready to

finish and work at Mercy Hospital. I hope I stay here in Merced but if there's a better

place to go I will but not too far from home. I'm hoping that working as a phlebotomist

and even prior to that working at a regular retail store will be enough for me to survive. I

hope not I work at Mercy Hospital for as long as I can, I have always loved helping

others and being a nurse really does satisfaction me . I think that knowing I have my

parents here in Merced helping me along the way give me more motivation to eventually

try to repay them back for everything they have done. while working as a phlebotomist

and studying to be a registered nurse I hope I have my own apartment maybe even

sharing it with my best friend. I do think that the salary of a phlebotomist will be enough

for me to save and to spend on rent food and other things that a girl needs. I think that
even though I am first generation and don't know what I'm doing half of the time I can

make it work and I know I have help on the way.

My future career goal is to be a registered nurse I don't think I'm going to be

working there at 22 but I'm going to be closer to it. Not only career-wise I want to be

closer to my goal I hope the along with my family very very well, I have always dreamed

of getting my parents a car and hopefully my salary of being a registered nurse I can

accomplish that. maybe in the future after being a registered nurse I can be something

more, I do tend to like babies more and I find those jobs so interesting and so

rewarding. I think that being a phlebotomist is a good way to transition to register nurse

because I feel like phlebotomist need to have good communication with the patient they

take vitals they obviously take blood and I registered nurse does all of that.

I think that at 22 I'm still at a young age and I'm still going to Adventure out and

meet new people go to different places and see what the world has to offer. maybe in

five years I will have a completely different story but I always love surprises. so in 5

years I see myself studying to be the young registered nurse I've always seen I would

child, my nickname as a child was dr.dani. so not only do I want to show my parents

and friends that I did it to show myself that I can do it if I really put my mind to it and set

everything in front of me I can do it. so going to Merced College After High School

where are you then going to phlebotomy school in Modesto for 6 months and working

as a phlebotomist for as long as it takes to pay my registered nurse school. I do think

that it is possible and I'm glad to actually have a goal set out and my job now is to follow

this. In 5 years I will be graduating registered nurse school and living my life goal.
