Vcr=22.0m/s.V(zcr)=52.3m/s,4.2.3.1 Across-wind loads due to vortex

shedding in the first and second modes shall be considered
in the design of all chimney shells when the critical wind
speed V cr is between 0.50 and 1.30 V(z cr ). Across-wind loads
need not be considered outside this range.
The site soil type is Sc.According to the ACI 307 article 4.3.6, no need to
consider P - Δ effect.
As for the reinforcement problem, considering the actual construction error

and other factors, the actual reinforcement is slightly larger than the
calculated .We have add instructions in calcualtions.
