• Out of these 23 tests, 8 (6 part wise + 2 complete) tests

of class XI and 15 (7 part wise + 8 complete) tests will be

In this course, 8 test papers on the pattern of NEET will be
dispatched to the students. The test paper contains 180
objective type questions of 720 marks (Physics-45,
Chemistry-45, Botany and Zoology-90).
The syllabus in each subject is divided into 6 parts. Each test
paper contains 1/6th of the syllabus in each subject i.e.,
Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology. However, 2 Mock Test
papers will be covering entire syllabus of Class XI & XII based
on NEET Pattern.
The Test papers & Answers will be dispatched in four steps:
STEP – I: Dispatch in October, 2018
The students will be dispatched 1st set of three test papers
i.e., Test-1, 2 & 3 on class XI syllabus.
STEP- II: Dispatch in December, 2018
The students will be dispatched 2nd set of three test papers
i.e., Test-4, 5 & 6 on class XII syllabus along with the answers,
hints & solutions of test papers 1 to 3.
STEP- III: Dispatch in February, 2019
The students will be dispatched 3rd set of two test papers i.e.,

In this course, 6 test papers on the pattern of AIIMS Exam will
be dispatched to the students. Each test paper will contain
200 questions; 40 Objective type and 20 Assertion-Reason
type questions in each subject (Physics, Chemistry & Biology).
In addition, there will be 20 G.K., Aptitude & Logical Thinking
questions.
The syllabus in each subject is divided into 4 parts. Each test
paper will contain 1/4th of the syllabus in each subject i.e.
Physics, Chemistry and Biology. However, 2 Mock Test papers
will be covering Complete Syllabus of class XI & XII on AIIMS
pattern.
The Test papers & Answers will be dispatched in four steps:
STEP - I: Dispatch in November, 2018
The students will be sent the first dispatch consisting of 4 test
papers on part-wise syllabus along with a G.K. book. Out of 4
test papers, 2 papers will be from class XI syllabus and rest 2
papers will be from class XII syllabus.

Aakash's NTSE Online Test Series for NTSE (Stage-II) 2019
consists of 20 tests, which prepares the students for the NTSE.
The test series is prepared by our proficient faculties, who have not
only produced excellent results in the NTSE / Olympiads, but have
also consistently produced toppers.
The NTSE Offline Test Series for NTSE (Stage-II) 2019 is inclusive
of 20 tests, which prepares the students for NTSE. Our highly-
skilled faculty members, who have a reputation for producing
excellent results & toppers in the NTSE & Olympiads, are involved
in drafting the test papers.

In this test series, 20 tests will be conducted in total, covering the
entire syllabus of NTSE. Subjects covered in the tests include

Test Mode
The Test Series is available in two modes - Online (i.e. Internet based) as well as Offline (i.e. Pen & Paper based at the centre). In case, a student
opts for Online Tests, he/she shall be sent a unique Username and Password via SMS on his/her registered mobile no. to appear in the Online
Tests. Therefore, it is mandatory for each student to provide his/her correct mobile number.
Once a choice about Online/Offline mode is made by the student, no further request for change of mode shall be entertained. However, in
exceptional circumstances (subject to approval) if a student wishes to change the mode of test, then he/she will have to pay ` 500/- towards the
charges for changing the mode (for DLP enrolled students). Mode of centre can be changed only once in a session. Medium of Online Tests will be
English only and for Offline Tests, medium will be both Hindi & English.

This Scholarship will be given to those students who have lost their father and
their mother is the only single earning member in the family. Proper
Single Parent / Divorcee 5% application and proof in this regard will have to be submitted by the mother.
This benefit will be given to the wards of Female Divorcee as well (Attach
Proof).

This Scholarship will be given to those students (Siblings) whose brother or

sister is currently studying with us. In this case, scholarship will be given to
the student who is taking admission and not to the student already studying in
Siblings 5% Aakash. However, in case, if two brothers/sisters take admission together at
the same time, then both will get this benefit / advantage. (Attach Proof).

This Scholarship will be given to those students who have lost their
Martyr 100% father/mother during their service either in War, Terrorist Warfare or Govt.

NOTE:
1. The marksheet where marks are given in grades, the scholarship will be calculated according to the grade only. It will not be multiplied by the grade CGPA.
2. If a student is eligible for scholarship in Category-A as well as Category-B, then these scholarships will be clubbed.
3. The Scholarship Criteria will be based on last School/Board exam.
4. Scholarship is not applicable for Short-Term Courses.

Terms & Conditions
1. Incomplete Forms shall not be considered under any circumstances.
2 If there is any pendency in admission form, after 1st dispatch further dispatch will
be on hold.
3. The duly filled in Admission Form should be sent to the Registered Office .
4. It is compulsory to attach self-attested photocopy of mark-sheet of the last
qualifying Exam.
5. It is compulsory for students to attach a recent passport size colour photograph in
the space provided and also staple three extra colour photographs with the
Admission Form.
6. Institute reserves the right to use the single/group photograph(s) for publicity in
case the student(s) secures position/rank or succeeds in Medical Entrance Exams.
7. Students enrolled in Aakash Institute’s DLP Course will have to provide photocopy
of Admit Card of Medical (NEET/AIIMS/JIPMER) Entrance Exams as soon as they
receive their admit cards from the examining body.
8. Students once enrolled in DLP courses cannot claim for refund of fee or part of the
fee; if he/she becomes disinterested during the course due to any reason
whatsoever. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances. The fee
includes postage/courier charges and GST.
9. It is for the student to see whether he / she is eligible for a certain Medical
Entrance Examination or not. The Institute does not hold itself responsible if a
student's admission form cannot be forwarded or is rejected by the examination
body on any ground whatsoever. Such a student cannot claim a refund of the whole
or any part of the fee he/she has paid to the Institute.
10. The responsibility of getting admission form forwarded to the examining body is
that of the student himself/herself or that of the Parents / Guardian.
11. If the Study material / Content provided to the student is lost/misplaced once
delivered at his/her correspondence address, a duplicate set of dispatch can be
obtained against the payment of ` 800/- per dispatch, through Demand Draft in
favour of ‘Aakash Institute’ payable at the nearest centre.
12. If the dispatch is returned to us due to change of address / door locked / non-
availability of addressee, the courier / postage charges of ` 500/- will be charged
for sending the dispatch again. If the said amount is not paid by the student then
rest of the dispatches will be held.
13. Any change in address or phone numbers should be notified to the DLP Division
15 days prior from the next dispatch date without any delay through a written
application or email at dlp@aesl.in otherwise rest of the dispatches will also be
stopped.

14. For the change of AIATS Mode and Centre, ` 500/- (for each change) will be
charged from DLP enrolled students. Mode and Centre can be changed once in a
session.
15. If at any point of time, the Central Govt. further increases GST, (existing rate of GST
is 18%) the extra amount of GST will be borne by the students from the date of
enforcement of the act by the Govt.
16. Aakash Institute reserves the right to make any alteration in its programs / venue /
timing without any prior notice. The decision of the Director will be final and
binding on the students as well as the parents.
17. The Examination Centre of any place can be changed as per the requirement/need
of the company without any prior notice to the students / parents.
18. If any student fails to receive the study material within 15 days from the date of
dispatch, kindly inform the DLP Division telephonically at 011-47623445 /63 or
by writing an E-mail at: dlp@aesl.in
19. Do not Disturb (DND): AESPL may also contact the user through SMS, WhatsApp,
email and call to give notifications on various important updates. Therefore, User
holds AESPL non liable for any liabilities including financial penalties, damages,
expenses in case the users mobile number is registered with Do not Disturb (DND)
database.
20. In case of any dispute or difference between you and Institute regarding the
interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any
dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall
be referred to sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by Chairman of M/s Aakash
Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. The proceedings shall be conducted at New Delhi
under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Delhi only
shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may
be. If an Arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason,
does not enter the reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are
abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the
Chairman of M/s Aakash Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. to appoint another person
to act as an Arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to
proceed with reference from the stage at which it was left by his predecessor, if
both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the Arbitrator will be entitled to
proceed de novo.
