at Oracle, and today we’re excited to
present a new offering in the Oracle
HCM Cloud portfolio. Oracle Recruiting
Cloud is a new recruiting module
delivered natively on the Oracle HCM
Cloud platform. This module is designed
for new and existing HCM Cloud
customers, and is generally available in

The themes for the initial release of
Oracle Recruiting Cloud apply best
practices of applicant tracking and 4
leading-edge tools to provide a strong
foundation for future development.
Recruiting Cloud includes a compelling
– what we call “frictionless” – candidate
experience, robust Sourcing and
CRM, and comprehensive support for
Recruiting processes.

First, the main focus of modern
Recruiting is a compelling candidate
experience, ensuring that it’s easy for
candidates to become aware of openings,
and effortless to submit their application.

Today’s candidates are savvy and busy,

and want to find out more about your
organization before they apply. Most of
the time, the job search at least starts on
a mobile device.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud delivers a natively

mobile-friendly candidate experience
with easy-to-design, template-based
career pages that enable HR to control
employment branding. This means
HR won’t get stuck waiting for IT or
Marketing to update the company
website.

When a candidate starts to look for jobs,

more possibilities begin to open up for
them.

As they become interested in jobs, they

can view multimedia content like job
videos, and everything is responsive for
their device.

Once they decide to apply, the process is

frictionless, just an email address to get
started, no account setup or password 11
needed.

Profile information is imported from

LinkedIn or a resume file, and with just a
few clicks the candidate is able to submit
their application.

A quick email verification step occurs

after the application is submitted.

experience are Sourcing and CRM.
Historically, applicant tracking systems
have relied on third party plugins
to enhance candidate engagement
capabilities. With the all-in-one
approach, Recruiting Cloud includes this
functionality in the base product.
