Organizational Plan:

It explains the type of authorities and responsibilities acquired by the members of an


organization and also the formulation of objectives and specific strategies to achieve certain
goals.

Form of Ownership:

The form of ownership we want to practice in our business is “Partnership”. Our team consists of
6 members, each one expected to be an equal partner in all form of important factors such as
liability, start-up costs, management control, continuity and others.

Since we are having partnership in our business, all the partners will be equally liable for their
investment in the business and other taxes and costs. Authority of business and profit would be
divided on equal bases and there will be a proper contract for the respective shares and
percentage of profit being shared among the members i.e 16.6% of the total profit will be the
share of each member. Also the amount of lost would be bearded by all the partners equally.

In case of any casualty such as death of any partner or withdrawal of one of the partners will be
handled on the basis of the legal agreement that would be signed by all the partners at the start of
the business to ensure the security of rights of each member.

Identification of Partners or Principal Shareholders:

The perfect competent partners to start a new business should be selected on the basis of some
important factors such as

 How much capable they are in offering the right service to the customers and providing
the best to them.
 How many knowledge they have about the respective business and how better they
understand the target market.
 Do they have enough contacts in the respective market to perform their work?
 Do they have the complete knowledge about the technology and the production processes
for the proper functioning of their organization?
 They should keep in account the financial resources and the total amount of them
required to enter the market.

Keeping in mind these important factors, we have identified the potential partners for our
business.

Authority of Principals:
In case of our business, the principals who are none other than the partners exercise different
authorities on the basis of the specific department they are handling other than some mutual
authorities.

For instance, the GM (general manager) will have the authority to make decisions regarding the
type goals and objectives of the organization and to shape the best possible way to achieve these
goals.

Similarly the procurement president will have the right to hire or fire the right candidate for the
job as well as to keep an account of the demand of workforce to run the business properly.

Other than that, each partner will have some mutual authorities regarding the decisions related to
launching the new project, acquiring of new target market and others.

Management Team Background:

The management team consists of 6 members who are also the partners of the respected business.

Roles and Responsibilities of Members of Organization:

Each member is assigned with specific or core duties or responsibilities so that we can have an
efficient and effective working environment in our organization.

The major roles of each member are given as following:

Noor Saeed (GM Project) • As a GM, her responsibility is to discuss the project
details, manages risk, establishes goals and objectives and
ensure its accomplishment.
•CFO will be responsible for ensuring the availability of
Syeda Ayesha Mazahir (CFO) funds to run the project, preparing cost.

Hiba Badar, Bushra Aleem


• Their responsibility is to manage the staff for this
project and to handle all the terms and conditions of
the project.

Zeshma Mughni, Nayab Iftikhar • They are responsible for arranging the material
for the project and control all the IT related
