Villains and Vigilantes 2nd Edition

Character Record Sheet/Calculator - Version 1.5 01/20/2000

Instructions:
To use this character sheet/calculator simply select the Character Record below and replace the
text in blue with the appropriate information for your own character. Then print the sheet.
To save individual characters copy the Character Record to another sheet - copy the entire sheet
or the calculations won't work - and rename that sheet for the character. Then when the character
needs to be updated you won't have to re-enter everything from scratch.

A personal data record has been added to keep information on the character suitable to both
role-playing and the comic book feel of the game.

The Thug or Gang worksheet works the same way, simply replace the text in blue
with your own information. This is a great way to calculate a mob of non-powered bad guys.

I'm not aware of any problems with the calculator portion of the sheet, but please forward any
comments, concerns, or problems to pandemonium@usa.net and I'll try to address them in a
future version.

Description: Moderate height, muscular build. He wears a black
bodysuit, ankle-length gray cloak, green tunic with hidden pockets,
and black boots and gloves. Matte black bow and quiver.
Legal Status: Wanted criminal - armed robbery
(Sec. Clearance = 0 )
Other Information: Emil Prozanska grew up in the backwoods of Montana. He was raised by an
extreme Libertarian father, who passed along extensive survival skills to him. Emil was a natural with
the bow, and from a young age modeled himself after Robin Hood - as portrayed by the flamboyant
Errol Flynn.
When Emil was in his mid teens, still a minor, his father was arrested for possession of illegal weapons
and tax evasion. He was sentenced to 30 years, but due to his age Emil was set free. Inspired by his
childhood hero, Emil took on the mantle of the Outlaw. He engineered his father's escape from prison
and took him to a safe place in the Alaskan wilderness. Then the Outlaw returned, and began a campaign
against the overly intrusive government that had imprisoned his father.
As the Outlaw, Emil targets government offices that he sees as overly intrusive on the rights of the
citizen - specifically IRS, ATF, and similar offices. He has also robbed government payroll trucks,
helped sabotage government computers, and destroyed physical records.

History: Emil Prozanska grew up in the backwoods of Montana. He was raised by an

As the Outlaw, Emil targets government offices that he sees as overly intrusive on the rights of the
citizen - specifically IRS, ATF, and similar offices. He has also robbed government payroll trucks,
helped sabotage government computers, and destroyed physical records.
While he is a bit of a grand-stander the government has successfully managed to keep most reports on
him out of the popular news media in an effort to prevent major grass-roots support.
Height: 6' 0" Gender: Male
Weight: 190 Age: 32
Eyes: gray-green Hair: Color length, curly, black hair
Physical Description: Pale white skin, muscular features, and boyish good looks. He has a number of
small scars from run-ins with police and metahumans, but nothing obvious.
Personality: Good humored, but professional. He will avoid harming anyone except in self defense.
Quirks: Robin Hood complex, enjoys helping the 'little guy.'
Metahuman Powers/Abilities/Skills: As Outlaw, Emil is an expert the bow, and other missile
weapons. He is also a highly skilled athlete. The two things that truly set him apart are his arsenal of
trick arrows - acquired from an source unknown to law enforcement - and his guerrilla tactics.
The arrows come from a purveyor of 'junk technology' - that is technology that is often salvaged from
the sites of metahuman battles and then duplicated, reverse engineered, or sold as a unique item. The
designs are actually duplicated from those used by a number of trick archers in the past, and they are
mass produced by Jules Filch, the Junkman, for a handful of clients.
His bow and quiver, though high quality, are from a mass produced line available to the general public.
This makes for easy replacement if they are lost or damaged.
Outlaw prefers to strike hard and fast, in a flamboyant manner with his trick arrows, and then disappear
before the authorities have a chance to respond in an organized manner.
Costume Description: Outlaw's costume is both functional and traditional. He wears an ankle length,
charcoal gray cloak that can be released quickly, a black body suit that covers his arms, legs, and neck,
a forest green tunic with concealed pockets, black boots and gloves. His compound bow and quiver are
non-reflective black. He wears no mask.
