South Korean culture, is a much better and efficient culture than North Korean

communist Culture, here is why. The South Korean culture has been a huge success, allowing its

people to adapt a way of life much efficient than the Northern culture. This is mostly due to the

implications of capitalism, and the democracy ideology of the government. Capitalism is an

economic system that enables people to manage their own financial status, therefore granting

people welfare fairly. Democracy is a government system which permits the people to control

the government, instead of the opposite as the past had done. This enabled the people to act

freely, and express freely without being oppressed by the government, and also enables changes

in their society. With these two, South Korean society has shifted their Korean culture to be more

modern, open, and free. Now, what about the North Korean culture, and why is it worse than the

South? The North Korean culture has turned its society into a socialist dictatorship, abandoning

the capitalist systems, and brainwashed their people. This is because of their communist

ideology, which leaves zero tolerance for capitalism, corruption, and the cult of personality. Ever

since the establishment of the two Korean government, the North began adapting the Stalinist

ideology into their traditional Korean culture. They adapted the idea of Juche, which is based on

a belief in the productivity of the working class, an absolute commitment to cultural distinction

and the almost deified personality cult of its leader, brainwashing the people into believing their

leader as an immortal. With no capitalism, and the implementation of communism, the economy

is managed by the government, with many of whom in the government are corrupt. With all of

these things in mind, it is clear that the prosperous and free South Korean culture is much, much

efficient than the North’s corrupt and oppressive culture.
