Week Four - Planning

PLANNING

What did you learn from your planning
this week?
From my planning, I have given myself a much clearer idea of
when and where I am filming. This has allowed me to work out
how I am getting there, what equipment I need to book and
how best I can set up my equipment to film. Now I am
organised and ready to film next week I now have a clear
understanding of what I am doing and I feel as though the
filming will go to plan now that I have planned everything and
made everything simple. This planning week has enabled me
to have a clear and straight forward week and I know when I
need to be finished filming in order for me to have enough time
for me to have an edit to the best of my ability.

What issues did you encounter and
how did you overcome them?
Throughout the planning week I didn’t really encounter any
issues the only issue I really had to face is not finishing my work
during lessons which I was easily able to fix by doing my work
outside of collage times and making sure everything is
completed.

How has your planning The only changes that I have had to adapt to and develop my
developed/changed during the planning is from when one of my interviewees said that he
planning stage? wasn’t able to do a certain time so I had to change date and
time to ensure I secured the interview.

How well have you managed and The only crew members that I need for my production is the
organised your cast and crew to be in people that I need to interview. I made sure that all my

ensured that they were guaranteed to be there.
