 STATEMENT OF JURISDICTION

The Hon’ble Supreme Court of the Republic of Mava has the jurisdiction to hear the instant
matter under Article of the Constitution of the Republic of Mava.

Article of the constitution of the Republic of Mava reads as,

STATEMENT OF FACTS

 ‘ Bangi Baba World’ is a non-governmental organisation, registered in 2018 under the

societies registration act, in the territory of Republic of Mava.
 The constitution of the Republic of Mava is similar to that of the constitution of India.

  ‘Bangi Baba World’ is a society established by Bangi Baba.
 Bangi Baba preached the followers to retain their religion and practices in which they
believe because one should be free of all physical wants to achieve ‘Moksha’.
 ‘Bangi Baba world was established with an aim of providing aid to the humans belonging
to all the countries of the world.
 The Bangi Baba World act was passed in 2018 with an objective to provide
psychological, sprirtual, religious and moral support to the humans aged between eighteen to
forty five years, who are depressed and suppressed due to their societal habitation.

