Civil Engineering Practice
Training under Structural Company started April 16, 2018 until May 17, 2018. The training
was for 240 hours of work schedule including trainings, and meetings. During May 01, 2018 the
trainee didn’t attend the sites due to Labor Day while on May 14, 2018 due to Barangay Election
Day.

A. Objectives
A Career in the field of civil engineering to challenge myself to take creative projects and to help
in planning, designing and construction
2. Specific Objectives
To be able complete the 240-hour requirement of the OJT course in real-life
company setting dealing with actual business processes while learning how the
specific area of the construction sites works.
B. Scheduled/Timetable
For the duration of the on-the-job training, the scheduled followed by the trainee. The
total number of hours per week is 60 hours
