Terms and Conditions mutually agreed:

1) Pricing does not include taxes. Taxes will be extra as applicable at rates prevalent at the time of Invoicing.
2) Payment will be made in favor of “Bharti Airtel Ltd.”
3) Installation Charges and 1st Quarter Recurring Charges will be paid in advance.
4) Internet Bandwidth charges will be paid quarterly in advance and will be applicable from the date of commissioning
of the link.
5) Contract period is 3 year. The customer shall neither be permitted for any downgrade of bandwidth nor for
cancellation of the services during the said contract period.
6) Either Party may terminate the Service Agreement by giving notice in case the force majeure condition
7) Customer can terminate the Internet Circuit after contract period, by giving one-month notice to Airtel.
8) Any change in the Tariffs/Regulation from the Telecom Regulatory Authority would be applicable with immediate
effect.
