Pantry Boy is responsible for serving staff and guest while maintaining pantry as per organizational service standards.

Brief Job Description: The individual at work serve hot & cold beverages, snacks to office staff and visitors in the pantry and VIP(s) in the office
area of the business head as per organizational service standards.

Personal Attributes: The job requires the individual to have good personal hygiene, ability to frequently bend; stoop; stand; lift and have good
listening and hearing ability.

Performance Criteria (PC) w.r.t. the Scope Element Performance Criteria Serving office staff to be competent, the user/ individual must be able to:
PC1. Provide water in glass/bottle to employees at their work station and in pantry as per organizational service standards at regular interval of
times i.e. 0930,1230,1530,1630.
PC2. Prepare tea and coffee and serve to office staff as per organizational service standards
PC3. Arrange snacks and serve to office staff as per organizational policy and service standards
PC4. Arrange food for office staff on their demand as per organizational policy and service standards
PC5. Set up crockery for office staff at lunch time for having food
PC6. Arrange variety of snacks / food for director / get together in the pantry as per organizational policy and guidelines serving visitors to
be competent, the user/ individual must be able to
PC7. Attend visitors and escort them to chair
PC8. Promptly provide water to the visitor as per organizational service standards
PC9. Ask visitor’s choice for hot or cold beverages
PC10. Prepare tea/coffee or get cold beverages and provide to visitor as per organizational service standards
PC11. Provide snacks to visitor as per organizational service standards maintaining pantry to be competent, the user/ individual must be able to:
PC12. Clean floor, walls, furniture and all the surfaces
PC13. Clean crockery, utensils, tools and equipments and keep them at their respective places
PC14. Notify the material requirements to the office in-charge
PC15. Maintain the required inventory of supplies and materials in the pantry
PC16. Maintain overall upkeep of the pantry and create good ambiance
