to promote the Filipino’s love of reading and in support of the
10-point education agenda of the Aquino Administration and

2. Narration of Accomplishment
Lucapon South Elementary School conducted enrolment
for the school year 2019 – 2020 that was started last January
26 and ended on February 23, 2019. Mrs. Analyn M.
Gumangan, the school principal welcomed the parents with
their children who wanted to be enrolled in the school. She
also monitored the enrolment and she strictly implemented
the “No Collection Policy” ordered by the Department of
Education. Teachers were not allowed to collect any
unauthorized contributions from the enrollees during the
enrolment. This is to encourage the children especially those
who belong to an indigent family to be enrolled in public
schools. This is also in connection with the Education for All
(EFA), a program of the Department of Education which
promotes that education in public schools is free.
Teachers were posted on their respective classroom to
accept enrollees. Parents presented their children’s birth
certificates. At the end of the month, we had our enrolment of
34 in Kinder, 46 pupils in Grade One, 51 pupils in Grade Two,
62 pupils in Grade Three, 65 pupils in Grade Four, 68 pupils in
Grade Five and 66 pupils in Grade Six with the total enrolment
of 492 pupils. The process during the enrolment had been
done smoothly and successful.
