1.0 Introduction
Tubular running involves the provision of equipment that requires interface with equipment currently
available on the rig. This rig survey is important to ensure safe, seamless start-up to operations and
to allow for evaluation on further improvements to tubular running efficiencies. This report highlights
the findings from this Rig Survey for further actions.

2.0 Purpose of the Tubular Running Rig Survey

This form is developed to identify key aspects on the execution of casing running services with
conventional equipment. This will allow selecting the proper equipment and mitigate the risks
associated to the specific rig application.

2.1 This rig survey will identify the following:

 Interface and location for:
 Handling equipment
 Safe operation
 Various measurements (from well center to top drive rails, rig floor to topdrive etc.).
 Assess suitability for offline operations
