No se ponen como Complemento Agente:

 Someone, somebody…
 People.
 Pronombres personales: I, you, he, she, it, we, they.
 Sujeto evidente.

My grandfather planted the tree.  The tree was planted by my grandfather.

PERFECTO She must have left her umbrella in the bus.

A lorry knocked down the dog.  The dog was knocked down by a lorry.

PASIVAS CON VERBOS DITRANSITIVOS

CI Sujeto + Verbo TO BE + V3 + CD + C. Agente

CD Sujeto + Verbo TO BE + V3 + CI + C. Agente

She will give him a present for his birthday.

CI  He will be given a present for his birthday.

CD  A present will be given to him for his birthday.

PASIVAS IMPERSONALES Y DE INFINITIVO

Pasiva Impersonal Sujeto (it) + Verbo TO BE + V3 + Oración Subordinada

Pasiva de Infinitivo Sujeto (Or. Sub.) + Verbo TO BE + V3 + Infinitive (v. sub.) + C.

They say that smoking causes cancer.

Pasiva Impersonal  It is said that smoking causes cancer.

Pasiva de infinitive  Smoking is said to cause cancer.
