Recapitalizes to Form SP Technologies LLC

The Transition Companies LLC (“TTC”) is pleased to announce the recapitalization of Sound
Perfection Inc. of Frisco, Texas.

Dallas, TX, November 04, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Transition Companies LLC is pleased to announce the
sale and subsequent recapitalization of Sound Perfection, Inc. with and into SP Technologies LLC. TTC
acted as Sound Perfection Inc.'s sole financial and M&A advisor for this transaction. The transaction
closed in early October 2010 and has already begun operations as SP Technologies LLC.
