This contract covers the services that will be provided by “The Masterpiece Music Ensemble, hereafter
called the “Musicians”, and Maria Angelica Bayot hereafter called the “Client”. Any alterations to this
agreement must be made in writing and must be signed by both parties.
By signing this document, the Client agrees to pay PHP 19,000.00 to the Musicians for services to be
rendered on January 27, 2020. A deposit of PHP 2,000.00 of the total package upon agreeing to the
contract (received on May 18, 2019), and the remainder of PHP 17,000.00 will be paid on January 27,
2020.

Ceremony: Chapel on the Hill
Reception: Aquila Crystal Palace
Date of Event: January 27, 2020
Time of Event: 5:00 PM (3:30 PM Call Time) .
The Client should send the list of songs at least 30 days prior to the event.

Cocktails: 8 to 10 songs
The following details of the event have been discussed and are amenable to both parties: The Client also
agrees to furnish Musician with food for snacks and lunch for 7 pax. (5 musicians, 1 PA and 1 driver)
Setting up instruments and organizing music will be the responsibility of Musician, but no other part in
setting up the event will be played by Musician (i.e.light and sound system, special effects etc.)
It is understood that special circumstances may arise in which this agreement may be altered. In cases of
a venue change, extended duration, or other difficulties, parties may meet to discuss alterations, which
must be amenable to both.
If the event is cancelled for any reason or the musician is not needed, the deposit will be forfeited.
By signing this document, both parties agree that these terms are acceptable.
