You Must Know
 Linguistic proficiency in any foreign languages (English or French) is an important skill set for successful immigration to countries
like Australia; Canada; Hong Kong. A test / evaluation certificate of language skills is a mandatory requirement and to claim points
for eligibility

 English: IELTS test will cost INR 11,100 (India) / £130 approx (UK) / $190 - $205 approx (US). IELTS score below CLB 7 for primary
applicant and CLB 4 for dependent spouse is not acceptable and in that scenario both applicants have to rewrite IELTS test once
again till they attain the required score.

 French: To claim points for French language proficiency, an evaluation test is mandatory. Evaluation tests like DELF / TEF / TEFaQ /
TCF are acceptable and to claim points applicant have to get required scores in the evaluation process, for Express Entry only TEF is
considered. Failure to get required score can lead to ineligibility in the immigration process. To learn French and to write any of the
evaluation tests, a cost will be incurred depending upon training institute and the country where the test is taken, for Federal Skilled
Workers Program only TEF is considered.

 Primary applicant must complete Educational Credential Assessment process to claim education points. This assessment will require
his / her academic transcripts and certificates to be submitted to World Education Services (WES), Canada. The assessment will cost
CAD $322.00 approx. Fees are not refundable and are subject to change. WES may determine the academic qualification as positive
or negative. If the assessment report conclude academic qualification is negative i.e. not recognized or not as per Canadian
education standard then applicant cannot apply for immigration process.

 Aspirants who qualify for basic eligibility criteria will be allowed to create a profile with Job bank and after every 2 weeks ICCRC-
Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council will select applicants from pool based on points.

 The highest scorer will be invited to file proper Permanent Resident along with supporting documents which are applicable.

 If selected for Express Entry Program applicant will get letter of invitation from ICCRC- Immigration Consultants of Canada
Regulatory Council and are expected to complete the application within 90 days. No extension will be granted if the invitee is not
able to provide requested documents within allocated time.

 Applicant’s profile will stay in pool for 12 months

 Arranged employment holder will get more points.

 5 years embargo will be imposed in case of misrepresentation, if information is different when the profile is created and upon
receipt of letter of invitation but cannot not provide documentary proof while filing proper application in response to invitation
letter.

 To apply for Canada PR visa, applicants have to pay application fee to Federal government and upon Federal approval applicants
have to pay the right of Permanent Residence fee to Canadian High Commission. An application fee will cost CAD $550 for primary
applicant and CAD $550 for dependent spouse (spouse should be 18 years of age and older). Application fee for each dependent
child will be CAD $150 (child should be below 19 years only). Except dependent children, every applicant & dependent spouse must
pay the right of Permanent Residence fee of CAD $490 and there is no particular RPRF for dependent children.. Application fees and
the right of Permanent Residence fees are not refundable and are subject to change. Filing a PR application with Federal
government and Canadian High Commission does not guarantee a visa success. Visa approval or denial is at the discretion of visa
officer and assessing authority.

 A visa decision also depends upon clearance of medicals and background check. To complete medical test with designated medical
practitioner to obtain police clearance certificate (PCC), applicant and accompanying or non-accompanying dependents have to pay
appropriate fees to the issuing authority, as applicable. Failure to complete medicals or a contradict remark in the PCC can turn a
visa decision negative.

 Immigration rules are subject to change without prior notice and applicant may find themselves ineligible, if documents are not
submitted in the right time, thus delaying the filing of application.
