Objectives
Use these procedures to print Goods Receipt (GR) slip upon posting a GR or at a later moment.

Trigger

Perform these steps when there is a need to print GR slip.

The following cases are included in this Job Aid:

 Printing GR slip upon posting GR
 Reprinting posted GR slip at any other time.

Printing of Goods Receipt slip at GR (MIGO)

Upon successful posting of goods receipt (GR) the system creates different types of outputs:
1. Goods Receipt slip (ZGRS)
2. Bar Code/Material Label(s) (ZLA1, ZLA2)  refer to Job Aid “Printing barcode labels” for
details
3. Email notifications (ZMLD)

Review the output forms generated at GR creation

In order to review the forms generated at GR creation, execute the following steps:
1. Display the Material Document (MD) for the posted GR:
a. Type MIGO t-code in the command field (1)
b. Select Display (2), Material Document (3), enter the number of MD (4) and click
Execute (5)
c. In the detail data section click on ‘Output’ tab (6) and then click button ‘Display
Output’ located on that tab (7)

d. In window ‘Material Doc: Output’ you should be able to see created forms with
their output types, descriptions and other info:

GR slip (output ZGRS) is used for confirmation of Delivery to Requisitioner from R&I and can
provide further support to finance for invoice comparison with PO prior to posting. It contains
the system document info as well as items and quantities received.

Printing GR slip form immediately after posting GR (MIGO)

The GR slip is automatically printed by the system upon posting GR in MIGO transaction and
can also be later reprinted using t-Code MB90.

In MIGO, upon posting GR a pop-up window appears prompting the user to print GR - select
from the list of available local printers the correct A4 one (1) if it is not already defaulted, and
click OK (2):

Reprinting of Goods Receipt slip (MB90)

If GR needs to be reprinted again after the GR, follow the steps below:
1. Enter transaction MB90 (1) in the command field and press Enter to display next screen
2. In output type field specify ZGRS (GR slip) (2), processing mode should be 2 (repeat
processing) (3), enter the correct Material Document Year (4) and Material Document
number (5) and click Execute (6)

The system should show the GR slip output form, click checkbox (1) and click Execute (2):

In the pop-up window accept the defaulted output device (LOCL) and click button Print:

After that a new pop-up window (Windows printing) appears prompting the user to print GR;
select from the list of available local printers the correct A4 one (1) if it is not already defaulted
and click OK (2):
