Spatial Organization

Administrative Department

Administrative Officer

Will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing dministrative
support and managing their querries. Main duties include managing office stock,
preparing regular reports and organizing company records.

Administrative Assistant

Revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This


generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.

Financial and Management Officer

Operates within company’s financial, administrative, and risk management


functions.

Attorney

Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and authorized to perform


criminal and civil legal functions on behalf of clients.

Training Specialist

Provides standard or specialized teaching, technical training of counseling in a


designated area.

Supervising Administrative Officer

Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in overseeing the work of the


administrative unit focusing on the supervision of activities.

Statistician

Concerned with the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of


quantitative information.

Housekeeper
Support the delivery of clinical care by ensuring the ward is a clean, safe and
attractive place, conducive to patient case.

Cook

Prepares and cook food.

Laundry Worker

Check and stack items of clothing and line, and load and unload washing and
drying machines in laundries.

Medical and Allied Medical Positions

Medical Center Chief

Oversee all aspects of quality and clinical performance improvement, using


performance data and evidenced-based medicine to influence medical staff practice,
reduce negative variation, and improve outcomes.

Nurse

Health care personnel who combines the art of caring with scientific knowledge
and skills developed through their education and career.

Dentist

Treats the diseases and conditions that affect the teeth and gums, especially the
repair and extraction of teeth and the insertion of artificial ones.

Medical Officer

A doctor whose specialty is in public health

Nutritionist – Dietitian

Plans food and nutrition programs and supervise the preparation and serving of
meals. They help prevent and treat illnesses by promoting healthy eating habits and
suggesting diet modifications.

Health Education and Promotion Officer

Encourage people to increase over their state of health allowing them to make
healthy choices in the life style.
Psychologist

An expert or specialist in psychology.
