NARRATIVE: On May 17, 2019 at around 7:00 in the morning along Manila East Road Brgy
Macamot, Binangonan, Rizal the victim Dan Mark Aran y Cabautan was waiting his girlfriend and
suddenly approached by the suspect and said “HOLD-UP TO AKIN NA CELLPHONE MO” but
the victim resist and suddenly stabbed by the suspect and run away. On the follow-up
investigation conducted by Binangonan MPS, witnesses Teofolo Cequeña y Cerrero and Amy
Doblas y Alabado positively identified the suspect Spencer Francisco, legal age and a resident of
Cerrro St., Brgy. Tatala, Binangonan, Rizal. Pertinent documents were being prepared for filing
criminal charges against the suspect before the Rizal Provincial Prosecutors Office, Taytay,
Rizal.

NARRATIVE: ICOW the above reference, please be informed that laboratory examination
conducted on confiscated pieces of evidence yielded POSITIVE result for the presence of
METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE, a dangerous drug with total net weight of 0.42
grams.That on May 20, 2019, cases of Violation of Sec. 5 & 11 of Article II, R.A 9165 were
already filed by the PNP Antipolo represented by PMSg Rommel M Vital, and Pat Edward
Soriano II thru inquest proceedings against the suspects Aldrin Tolledo y Kempis alias ALDRIN,
and Garry Gomez y Ladiana alias GARRY before the City Prosecutors Office, Antipolo City
under the sala of Assistant City Prosecutor JASON O. REYES with DOCKET/I.S No. XV-01-INQ
19E-00412. The suspects currently detained at Antipolo City Lock-Up Detention Jail while
awaiting Commitment Order from the Court.

NARRATIVE: In connection with the above references, please be informed that immediately
after the incident investigator on case conducted follow up investigation and was able to obtain
information from home owners that the possible suspect that resides in the shanty where
bloodstains were found, was identified as VERGEL LATUSA. Further, on this date a certain
Susan Cortez came at Cainta MPS and identified the cadaver at Heaven’s Gate as his brother,
FRANCIS VIÑAS y GESMUNDO, 39 years old, born on April 24 stay in employee at Cara and
Michelle Eatery at Marikina City. Investigator on case is still conducting continuous follow up
investigation and gathers information from witnesses that could implicate the suspect to the
killing of herein victim.

about 01:00 AM at 164 May Bituin St. Brgy. Mahabang Parang, Binangonan Rizal. The drug
related pieces of evidence confiscated from their possession are Fourteen (14) pieces
transparent heat sealed plastic sachets containing suspected methamphetamine hydro chloride
also known as SHABU, the pieces of evidence were brought to Rizal Crime Laboratory Office,
Taytay, Rizal for examination. Examination conducted on confiscated pieces of evidence, yielded
POSITIVE result for the presence of SHABU, a dangerous drug. With a total weight of 0.62
grams. Further, above named suspects were presently detained at Binangonan MPS Lock-up
Jail.

NARRATIVE: In connection with the above-mentioned references, please be informed that at
about 5:00 in the afternoon of May 21, 2019, Operatives of Warrant Section of Antipolo CPS led
by PSMSG Marcelino B De Guzman, under the direct supervision of PLTC VILLAFLOR SABIO
BANNAWAGAN, ACOP, conducted police operation against wanted person at Blk-23, Lot-63,
Sterling Street, Lores Subd., Brgy San Roque, Antipolo City, Rizal, in line with Manhunt Charlie
and Oplan Galugad, that resulted in the arrest of accused one (1) MINERVA BAUTISTA y
BORJA, aka Minerva Borja y Tolentino, 43 years old, born on October 14, 1975 in Antipolo City,
single, jobless and residing at said place where he was arrested. Subject accused has an
existing WOA for Grave Threats in Criminal Case No. 09-0325 with Php 2,000.00 bail
recommended, issued on March 15, 2019, signed by Hon. Presiding Judge Evangeline C.
Cabochan-Santos of MTCC, Branch 2, Antipolo City. Further, accused was apprised of her
constitutional rights during her arrest and now under the custody of Antipolo CPS and had

NARRATIVE: At about 5:30 PM of May 21, 2019, victim personally appeared Cainta MPS to
report the above cited incident for investigation and disposition. Initial investigation disclosed that
on May 15, 2019 at about 6:46 PM, victim parked her motorcycle infront at their residence and
left unattended. On May 16, 2019 at about 8:00 AM, victim was surprised to discover that said
motorcycle was missing. Diligent effort to locate and retrieved the same but to no avail.

SUSPECT: MYRNA VILLAMOR y CAVA @ MAVI, (Arrested/Pusher/User/listed/Name Already
Submitted to PIB), female, 33years old, born on Sept 8, 1986 at Davao City, single, jobless,
College level, catholic, resident of Bagong Paraiso, Brgy Mambog, Binangonan Rizal.
RECOVERED ITEMS:
 Six(6) pieces of Heat Sealed Transparent Plastic Sachets containing white crystalline
substance of suspected shabu were marked as TDP-BB, MCV-1, MCV-2, MCV-3, MCV-4
and MCV-5.
 Two (2) pieces of one hundred peso bill were used as BUY BUST MONEY with serial
numbers EN628799 and MS325219.
 One (1) piece of one hundred peso bill and two (2) pieces of twenty peso bill suspected as
Drug Money.
NARRATIVE: Initial investigation disclosed that at about 3:00 P.M of this date May 21, 2019, a
confidential informant arrived to Cainta CPS and reported about the ongoing selling of illegal
drugs at Dogwood Extension Street, Brgy San Juan, Cainta Rizal, wherein certain ALYAS MAVI
was behind in the said illegal activities. In response the given information the undersigned
instructed said operatives of Cainta MPS to validate and conduct immediate operation against
said personality upon positive validation operatives of Cainta MPS coordinated with PDEA 4-
A/PDEA RIZAL for a Buy Bust Operation against ALYAS MAVI in which gave a control number
10005- 052019-1065, wherein Pat PENETRANTE posed as poseur buyer using two (2) pieces of
one hundred peso bill as buy bust money and PMSg DE GUZMAN as primary back- up, said
operation led in the arrest of said suspect and confiscation of pieces of evidences. The arrested
suspect was apprised of his constitutional rights and brought to CAINTA for proper
investigation/documentation. The seized and recovered pieces of evidences together with the
suspect will be brought to Rizal Crime Laboratory Office, Taytay, Rizal for appropriate laboratory
examinations.

DTPO: May 21, 2019 on or about 9:05 PM, along Guido St. Brgy San Pedro, Angono, Rizal.
SUSPECT: Rafael Balverde Jr y Ungriano, 26 years old, born on November 3, 1992, at
Angono, Rizal, married, jobless, about 5’6” in height, 60kgs, College level, and currently residing
at 556 Villamayor Compound Brgy Pag-asa, Binangonan, Rizal. (Sec. 5, and 11, Not Listed)
RECOVERED EVIDENCE:
 Three (3) pieces of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white
crystalline substance of suspected shabu, marked as RUB, RUB1, RUB2,
 three pieces of one hundred peso bills with serial numbers UD878313, DM212957,
EW208724 used as buy-bust money, sum of money amounting to php 200.00 suspected
to be drug money.
NARRATIVE: Investigation disclosed that on or about 8:25 PM of May 21, 2019, a confidential
informant personally appeared to Angono MPS informing that a certain alias RAFAEL was
engage in selling illegal drugs along Guido St. Brgy San Pedro, Anono MPS, upon receipt of
information and given a control number 10005-052019-1082, D.E.T operatives of Angono MPS
led by PCMS Dennis M Hernandez under the direct supervision of PLTCOL GLENN C
MAGSINO, proceeded to the area to conduct buy-bust operation, upon arrival at the area
arresting officers who acted poseur buyer were able to buy from the suspect one piece of small
heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu, which prompted the
arresting officers to took effect the arrest, thereafter, suspect was put into pre-emptive frisking
and recovered from his possession and control another two pieces of small heat sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, the buy-bust money and sum of money
amounting to Php 200.00. All arrested suspect was informed of his violations, and apprised of his
Miranda Rights, but all opted to remain silent in the absence of his chosen counsel.
STATUS OF THE CASE: Under investigation and for Inquest proceedings.
ACTION TAKEN: Confiscated pieces evidence were properly documented and thereafter,
submitted to Rizal Provincial Crime Laboratory Office for examination while the suspects will be
subjected for Drug Dependency Test.

confidential informant arrived to Cainta MPS and reported about the ongoing selling of illegal
drugs at Parola, Brgy San Andres, Cainta Rizal, wherein a certain ALYAS MICHAEL was behind
in the said illegal activities. In response to the given information the undersigned instructed said
operatives of Cainta MPS to validate and conduct immediate operation against said personality,
operatives of Cainta MPS coordinated with PDEA 4-A/PDEA RIZAL for a Buy Bust Operation
against ALYAS MICHAEL in which gave a control number 10005-052019-1077, wherein PMSg
CRUZ posed as poseur buyer using two(2) pieces of one hundred peso bill as buy bust money
and Pat LAURETA as primary back-up, said operation led in the arrest of said suspects and
confiscation of pieces of evidences. The arrested suspects were apprised of their constitutional

Antipolo CPS led by PLT AMADOR C RAZO JR, OIC, PCP 2 and PDEA Rizal led by IA1
ROBERTO T. SEBASTIAN with direct supervision of PLTC VILLAFLOR SABIO BANNAWAGAN,
Acting COP, Antipolo CPS conducted anti-illegal drugs operation (buy-bust operation) at Sitio
Kapatiran Padilla, Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City with PDEA Coordination Nr. 10005-052019-
1081 that resulted to the arrest of the suspect certain alias “Macky” after selling one (1) pc Heat-

That OOA 2:00 AM of May 22, 2019 the victim and Brgy. Tanod personally appeared to
Binangonan MPS and turn over the arrested person for alleged Stabbing Incident, Initial
investigation disclosed that OOA 9:00PM of May 21, 2019 victim identified as one (1) Rey
Abbariao Y Iris, 34 years old, born on July 31, 1986 at Bato Enrile, Cagayan, married, lineman
and presently residing at ESG Compound, Brgy. Pantok, Binangonan, Rizal when he was about
to drunk together with his workmate at ESG Compound, Brgy. Pantok, Binangonan,
Rizalsuddenly a two (2) suspects came from other barracks shouted and stabbed the victim.
After which, the victim run and goes to barangay and report the incident happened transpired at
ESG Compound, Brgy. Pantok, Binangonan, Rizal and the barangay tanod follow up about the
complaint and that resulted to the arrest of the above named suspects. After the incident, the
victim was rushed at Margarito Duavit Hospital for medical treatment. Thereafter, the arrested
