Fusion Medical Staffing Takes Corporate Responsibility to the Next Level

Company becomes the first medical staffing agency committed to making a donation to NAMI for
every completed travel assignment beginning May 1st, 2019.

Omaha, NE, May 22, 2019 --(PR.com)-- Fusion Medical Staffing partners with NAMI (National
Alliance on Mental Illness) to help end the stigma associated with mental illness. According to NAMI, 1
in 5 people will be affected by mental illness in their lifetime. Fusion has committed to donating to the
mental health organization in their medical traveler's name after every completed travel assignment,
beginning May 1st, 2019.

Fusion works to positively impact the lives of everyone they touch, through the internal employees they
have in Omaha to the many traveling medical professionals throughout the country. May is Mental Health
Awareness Month and Fusion kicked off their mental health awareness campaign by sponsoring an
employer/employee Warrior 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health Awareness. The proceeds of the employee
purchased t-shirts will also be donated to NAMI.

Sam Wageman, Owner and President of Fusion Medical Staffing is passionate about helping to end the
stigma associated with mental health.

“My dad was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder when I was young. Growing up I recognized different
behaviors and became aware of what the highs and lows looked like. That diagnosis is only a small part
of him. Everyone has a story, the more we can talk about it, the more we normalize it. Nobody should be
defined by a mental health diagnosis. Together, we hope to make an incredible impact on normalizing
mental health and ending the stigma associated with mental illness. We know that health encompasses
both physical and mental.”

Fusion Medical Staffing has taken the lead in community engagement and corporate responsibility since
the company was started 10 years ago. Winner of the 2018 Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence
in Philanthropy for their “Be The Change” program which encompasses company and employee passions,
