Cost reduction in case of service issues

Data handling is possible without Diasys or MTU service personnel

• data exchange via USB memory stick

• Engine/ECU swop
upload to ECU via USB: specific System data, operating data, SW

• Diagnose (-data)
Mini DISPLAY for displaying small data values (Failure Codes, Status)

Upload of
- failure code memory
- engine identification data (engine number, serial number, ..)
- ECU identification (serial number, mtu number, design verison, CCS,..)
- SW version identification (Application, Firmware, CCS,..)

Failure Code/ DIP Switch

The Smart Connect can display all Failure Codes of the ECU
• Codes are displayed in a ticker mode
• Operating modes can be displayed
(e.g. download active, download failed)

Change of Parameters via DIP Switch

• Parameter can be changed without using Diasys
• 3 different groups of parameter are able to change
(Speed Demand, Droop, Frequency)
