5 Year Plan  

After graduation, I have one plan in mind. My aspiration has allowed me to focus on my 

studies throughout high school. My aspiration is to become a registered nurse. I know the path 

towards that field will be hard but I am willing to take any risk necessary to get there. Right 

after high school I plan to get into a program which will allow me to expand and emphasize my 

skills in the health field.  

my first few year of of college , when everything is stressful due to having to choose the 

classes and being able to know what classes I need to enter my career field. I plan to be working 

part time at a retail store to pay for college. Along with this I will also try to receive financial aid 

through Merced College’s financial aid programs to further my education.  

I will keep on going to school. I would have already had some medical experience and 

therefore I will try to apply for a CNA program. I am hoping to find a degree by the third year I 

want to go to UCLA to get in the nursing program I want to graduate I want to be get my 

bachelors degree to become a traveling nurse. in these next five years I plan to have my own 

house I have a plan to get my job as a registered nurse at the hospital over in LA.  

I hope to have my family as a young person I don’t want to be with because the old mom I want 

to become a parent by This time because I know I will be prepared and financially emotionally 

and physically prepared along with my partner with my spouse that I hope to come and li this

In these next few years i have planned to buy my mother a house becasue she is not rom here 

and her dream now is to own her own house and be her . I also have planned to buy my dad a car 

one of his dream cars i know we may not be related by blood but we are by the heart. I really 

hope that want i have noted and planned what i want to accomplish and be ready for everything 

i wanted.
