normal. Serology shows IgG antibodies to EBV but IgM antibodies are negative.
2. A 45 years old HIV-positive man presents to A&E department with blurred vision
and head ache and is found to have a left parietal mass.
3. A 54 years old man is admitted to the causality with severe abdominal pain. On
examination, he has splenomegaly. Full body CT scan confirms the presence of
massive splenomegaly and shows infarct, but there is no evidence of
lymhadenopathy.CBC shows lymphocytosis with villous lymphocytes.
4. A 38 year old man is post 42 days sibling stem cell allograft when he gradually
develops spastic paraperesis.Neurological examination confirms the presence of
increased tone in the upper and lower limbs and upgoing planter reflexes. Level
of consciousness is reduced.
5. A 34 years old man who is post stem cell transplant develops hematuria.
Cystoscopy excludes the presence of space occupying intravesical lesion and
shows mild inflammatory changes in the bladder wall.
