DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ASSIGNMENT, made and executed by and between:

NAME, of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNOR,

-and-

NAME, of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the ASSIGNEE

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is a stockholder and owns FIVE HUNDRED (500) shares of
stock with a par value of ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P100.00) per share of YOORINGA
CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under Philippine laws with office
address at Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has agreed and hereby agrees to SELL, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY by way of assignment to the ASSIGNEE, his heirs, successors-in-interests, and
assigns, THIRTY-THREE SHARES in said corporation and the ASSIGNEE has accepted, and
hereby accepts the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum of
THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P3,300.00), receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by the ASSIGNOR, the ASSIGNOR hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS
by way of assignment all his rights, interests and participation in the THIRTY THREE (33)
shares of stock in the above-described corporation free from all liens and encumbrances.
