FIRST MEETING

1. BASIC TENSES :
The basic tenses are the five tenses which are the simplest tenses in the English
language—present continuous tense (PCT), present future tense (PrFT), simple past tense
(SPsT), present perfect tense (PrPT), simple present tense (SPrT).
a). S + is/am/are + Verb-ing …..... (now, at the moment, at the present, Look !, Listen !)
(PCT),
b). S + will + verb-1 + ….............. (tomorrow, tonight, soon, next …. ) (PrFT)
c). S + Verb-2 + …........................ (yesterday, this morning, just now, last …., …. ago)
(SPsT)
d). S + have/has + Verb-3 + …..... (since …., for ….) (PrPT)
e). S + Verb-1 …........................... (everyday, once a ….., twice a …., always, etc.) (SPrT).
Examples :
1. X : Where is your father dear ?
Y : He ….. in the field since morning, mom.

A memo is a short official note that is sent by one person to another within the same
company or organization
Examples :
