Mother's Pride was started in the year 1996 to provide pre-school children their first
structured education away from home .It provides them experiences that accelerate
development, while keeping children happy. Under the guidance of Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the
Founder and Principal of Mother's Pride, the school pursues innovative learning and

1) Parent is opting for Both Mother’s Pride & Presidium: 50% OFF on Mother's Pride
printed fee structure available at the branch.

2) Parent is seeking admission in Presidium only: One time waiver of Rs.25000 /-lump
sum on the Annual Package.

3) Parent (of Mother's Pride/Presidium) opting for Presidium for second child (Sibling):
One time waiver of Rs.25000 /-lump sum on the Annual Package.

4) Mother's Pride Current Parent opting for Presidium: Waiver of Rs.10000/- between
Admission and Tuition fee of Mother's Pride.

In case the child is through with paying all Mother's Pride fees, then the adjustment of
Rs.10000/- will be made on lump sum of Annual Package.

5) One can avail this corporate offer in any of our Mother's Pride and Presidium Branches
across Delhi-NCR (50 + Branches)

Corporate Benefit of 15% on Regular Child Care Fee shall be provided to all employees of
FISERV who would enroll their child/children in the child care program offered by the
Company on producing employee identification cards issued by FISERV.

The corporate Benefit shall be extended to all FISERV employees in our child care centers
situated in Pune & Bangalore and Hyderabad as detailed herein below and also to any new
child care centers as may be operated and managed by us in future.

The corporate Benefit as stated herein above shall be extended to all FISERV employees
subject to availability of seats at our existing locations and also to any new child care
centers as may be operated and managed by us in future. Company will intimate in writing
to FISERV of any new child care facility which is operates and manages in future or closing
or change in location of the existing child care facilities.
