Description:
The Management Trainee is principally responsible for primary interviews, data collection, interpreting data,
formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings. To accomplish this task,
the Management Trainee works with the client to understand, define and document the overarching business
object. The Management Trainee applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and
produce substantiated recommendations. Management Trainee frequently present the findings and
recommendations to the client, sometimes independently depending on previous exposure.

Responsibilities and Duties:


 Communicating directly with the clients to understand and document the business objectives.
 Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off.
 Conducting in-depth research through primary sources.
 Conducting in-depth data analyses and research using traditional and advanced methods of primary
and secondary sources.
 Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the
necessary data is captured.
 Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.
 Making presentations answering questions and instilling confidence.
 Helping the client in organization setup and Greenfield projects in India.
 Travelling cross cities for collection of relevant data.

Skills/Qualifications:
 Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
 Strong in Microsoft Office computer skills, like power point and excel.
 Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.
 Graduate & Post Graduate degree from accredited college or university
 Effective planner
