How to get the § Self-Service § Scheduled in advance by SAP

course § Each user can request deployment of a new system from Course Catalog § Each user can select one of the pre-deployed systems

Prerequisites § Valid Live Access User ID § Valid Live Access User ID

§ Valid Contingent with Category: 1, 2 or 3 (course dependent) § Valid Contingent with Category: 1, 2 or 3 (course dependent)

Characteristics § Only one user per system
§ System lifetime can last up to 30 days
§ Deployment takes up to 90 minutes
§ Consumption time is defined by Contingent
§ Remaining Consumption time can be reused for another course
§ Suspend and resume can take up to 30 minutes
§ Exercises are supported, and free exploring is allowed but not supported
§ Multiple users on the same system
§ System lifetime is predefined by SAP
§ Pre-deployed systems are available immediately
§ Consumption time is defined by Contingent
§ Remaining Consumption time can be reused for another course
§ No suspend and resume wait time
§ Exercises are supported, but free exploring is not allowed
§ Limited number of seats per system - first come, first serve basis
§ Future system availability is visible, but seat reservation is not possible in
advance
