Saggezza Software Compliance

Software Compliance is a critical part of any IT Asset Management Strategy. It helps organization gain
greater visibility and control on how software is utilized. This helps us to reduce business risk, increase
user productivity, enhance security and optimize performance.

At Saggezza, Software Compliance is an integral part of the Information Security Policy and it is
important for all employees to comply with the Software Compliance.

What you must know about Software Compliance

 Do not copy, modify, adapt, translate, alter, tamper with, repair or create any derivative works of
any software installed on your office computers, systems or devices (including without
limitation, phones), any software owned by Saggezza or any software which is licensed to
Saggezza by any third parties (the “Saggezza Software) without written permission from
Saggezza ’s IT Department. Unauthorized copying of software programs may result in violation of
the license conditions and infringement of copyright.

 Do not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any Saggezza Software, or apply any other
process or procedure thereto for the purpose of deriving the source code thereof, without first
obtaining the prior written approval of Saggezza ’s IT Department.

 Do not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, commercially
exploit, or otherwise make available any Saggezza Software to any third parties.

 Do not install on your office computer, system, or other device provided by Saggezza to you for
your official purposes (including phones), or any other computer, system, or device within
Saggezza ’s premises, any software licensed for your personal use or copies of software which
infringe any third party intellectual property rights, without first obtaining the written
permission of Saggezza ’s IT Department.

 Do not bring your own computer to any premises of Saggezza, or use the same to carry out any
work or functions for Saggezza, without written approval from Saggezza ’s IT Department.

 Do not bring any software to any premises of Saggezza (even genuine copies) or use any
software obtained by you in your personal capacity, for carrying out, or in connection with, your
duties and/or functions towards Saggezza, without obtaining the prior written approval of the IT
Department of Saggezza.

 Do not copy any license keys of any Saggezza Software on to, or use the same on, another
computer, device or system (whether or not Official or Personal or belonging to a third party).

 Do not install any software downloaded from the Internet or from any other source, onto any
computer, device (including phones) or system owned or operated by Saggezza or its clients, or
 within Saggezza ’s or its clients’ premises, without prior written permission from Saggezza ’s IT
Department.

 Do not incorporate any third party material (including without limitation, software), or any part
thereof, into any products or services of Saggezza, or use the same for or in connection with
your performance of any functions or duties towards Saggezza, without first obtaining
Saggezza ’s written approval in respect thereof.

 Without prejudice to anything contained herein, you shall not install any Saggezza Software on
any computer or device (including without limitation, phones) not owned by Saggezza.

 Do not download any material that could infringe any third party intellectual property rights,
using Saggezza ’s communications network (including the internet connection of Saggezza).

 Do not use any Saggezza Software for any purpose other than for the purpose of performing
your official duties towards Saggezza.

 Do not use any Saggezza Software, or any computer, system, or device owned by Saggezza or its
clients, for any illegal purpose, including without limitation, for the purpose of circumventing any
third party intellectual property right protection, or performing any act which would have the
effect of infringing third party intellectual property rights.

Any misuse or non-compliance will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of
employment. Employees may also be help personally liable for any violations.

I have read and I am fully aware of Saggezza Software Compliance policy. I agree to abide by them and I
understand that violation of any above clauses may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
