Applications are invited for the Certificate Course on Organic Farming

Sub: Organization of 30 days Certificate Course on Organic Farming from 7th March,
2019 to 5th April, 2019 by National Centre of Organic Farming, Ministry of Agriculture
and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India in collaboration with National Institute of
Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-500030,
Telangana (MANAGE), Hyderabad venue: Training Hall, MANAGE, Hyderabad.

I am directed to inform that National Centre of Organic Farming, Ministry of

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India in collaboration with MANAGE, Hyderabad
organizing a 30 days Certificate Course on Organic Farming from 7th March, 2019 to 5th
April, 2019, venue: Training Hall, MANAGE, Hyderabad, applications are invited from the
eligible candidates as per the elgibility criteria mentioned at Annexure.

Therefore, eligible candidates may apply for the training course.

Organization of 30 days Certificate Course on Organic Farming from 7th March, 2019 to 5th
April, 2019 by National Centre of Organic Farming, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers
Welfare, Govt. of India in collaboration with MANAGE, Hyderabad venue: Training Hall,
MANAGE, Hyderabad.

Programme Duration- 30 days duration residential training course with field training shall be
imparted (participants have work in field for 10 days).

No. of Participants- 30 No. of participants in each course

Venue/Stay: The course shall be organized at National Institute of Agricultural Extension

Management (MANAGE), Rejendranagar, Hyderabad-500030, Telangana, India by National Centre
of Organic Farming, Govt of India to benefit candidates from southern part of India. For 20 days
participants shall stay at MANAGE and remaining 10 days particiapants have to stay in farm/kvk etc.

Eligibility for participation- The course will be open for Graduates in any stream preferably for
rural youth including women candidates (reservation policies as per GOI norms- {15%SC (04seats),
7.5% STs (02 seats), 27% OBCs (08 seats) including 4.5 % minorities (1 seat)}. In case if suitable
candidate not found under reserved categories than seats can be filled by general category
candidates by giving preference to women candidate.

Age: Preference will be given to rural youth; however there is no age bar

Eligibility Documents to be produced at the time of registration:

i. 2 passport Size Photograph
ii. Self-Attested copy of Aadhar Card
iii. Self-Attested copy of 10th pass certificate
iv. Self-Attested copy of eligible document & marks sheet (Graduation)
v. Self attested copy of Caste certificate in case of reserved categories (OBC/SC/ST
candidates)

How to Apply: Application can be submitted on the given performa

choice of duration of course to the Director, National Centre of Organic Farming, 19, Hapur Road,
Near CBI Academy, Ghaziabad-201002 (UP) along with detailed Bio-Data and a passport size
photograph pasted on the Bio-Data, supported by attested photocopies of Educational Qualifications
(Degree / Diploma in Agriculture) 7 clear days before the commencement of the course. The
applications can either be submitted directly or through the institutions where the applicant is
presently pursuing his studies, however, a signed, scanned copy of the application must be sent to
email id nbdc@nic.in/praveenvootla85@gmail.com with subject line “Application for Certificate
Course” from ………………….to……….…..”. During the training, lodging and boarding charges shall
be borne by this centre; however, No TA/DA shall be paid for attending this course. Selection of
participant will be on first come first serve basis and it will be the sole discretion of Director, NCOF
to change / postpone or cancel any of the course, circumstances, if so warrants.
