English Project

This bike was given to me by a friend, it is a moped, it is not very fast.


But many points can be perfected, and my great illusion is to improve
everything.

We will begin by listing


all the parts, some pieces
we will change them for
pieces of high
competition, others will
reinforce the factory.

The bike will go from


50cc to 250cc, for this
we need to strengthen
everything,
the frame, brakes and suspensions, and many more things that I will explain
below:

We will dismantle the whole bike and


clean it to prepare the reinforcing bars
the frame And the engine supports:

Once the reinforcement is finished, we will assemble all the new parts, such as
the inverted suspension bars
and triple clam and the handlebars.
Then we start with the assembly of the new engine.
Its price is 2480 € this made of ergal 70/75 and aluminum.

We will open the crankcase and install the double crankcase,


Its price is 2579 € this machined in aluminum.
This allows us to mount a two-cylinder engine.

It is time to ride the cylinders each of 125cc for it will have to file the oil pan
Up to the same transfer rate as the cylinders,then we will put the cylinder seals
and we will tighten the torque.Each cylinder costs 950€ in total 1900€.
At the moment we have spent 7,577.42€ we are still missing all the engine
components

Proceeding to mount the carburation system composed of the carburetor stage 6


R/T PWK 32mm. with the intake nozzle keihin 34mm. and with stage6 vforce3
blade box All this having to buy it for two comes at a price of 440 €.

Now we will paint the inverter system, has a price of 825 € complete, Formed
by transmission of primary gear malossi 14/39
secondary transmision malossi 14/47

The malossi drive kit MHR overranger and


the hood and clutch kit stage6 R/T oversize.
And finally a very light transmission cover of the brand stege6.

The exhaust system is composed of a double exhaust line of the brand TCF with
a price of 860€.Maybe some special support will have to be machined.
We will mount a malossi H20 MHR ignition with internal rotor which will give
us an acceleration.
With a price of 350€
We will install the tires and the tires in
the motorcycle we will mount the

Only the braking system, formed by a front flowered disc of 175mm mark

the electrical installation the fairings and take it to the circuit to test it and leave
it well regulated, the motorcycle has left us for 10700 € approximately but it is
the project that I would like to realize for its great complexity
