1st-4th quarter skills to be covered. Kristin, April, & 65 mins. Discussed all 4 quarter and what is to be covered for the next
Wendie school year.
1st quarter: Real Numbers (Rational/Irrational-classify,
fractions/decimals-converting, solving all operations, Integers-all
operations, matrices, order of operations)
2nd quarter: Identify parts of an equation. Solving equations
(inverse, distributive, one-step, two-step,multi-step, one solution,
many solutions, no solution, absolute value equations/inequalities,
Inequalities (one and two step)).
3rd quarter: Graphing (coordinates, tables, x/y intercept, slope,
slope-intercept) and Writing equations (slope-intercept, point-
slope, standard) and Systems of Linear Equations.
4th quarter: Rules of exponents, radicals, multiplying polynomials,
factoring, and quadratic formula.
Next Meeting Agenda Topics Kristin, April, & Split the work among the members: Unit plans and tests.

Expectations for Agendas and Minutes:

Agendas:
 should be given to all team members at least a day in advance.
 should include goals or expected outcomes.
 should include specific topics for discussion with estimated times listed.
 should include meeting norms agreed upon by team.

Minutes:
 should be typed in the minutes column of the agenda.
 should be emailed to all PLC participants within 2 days.
 should be read by all PLC participants. When tracked-out staff return, they should read minutes from all missed meetings.
 Email or hand-deliver completed meeting notes to building principal.
